truck was not clean, they did not check my truck back in an overcharged me, wiping my bank account clean when I have bills to pay. Beacrice from customer service understood how angry I was an helped me. shes the only smart person there! but I will never rent from them again.

I picked up the 15' truck I rented and at checkout they tell me it should have a 1/4 tank of gas in it....I drive it off the lot and onto the freeway to meet my 4 workers @ $15 an hour and before I am even off the freeway for the short distance of Burien to Tukwila the truck is beeping and says 48 miles until empty then it starts dropping fast 38,33,26,22,14,12, and with in 1.5-2 miles it is down to saying empty in 8 miles and then 2 miles and I meet my workers and let them know to follow me to the gas station up the street and then it was at 1 mile until empty (STRESSFUL) so I put $30 dollars of gas in it while I am paying 4 workers $15. an hour to wait for me so we can head to our job ahead. While filling up I call into Uhaul to let them know and they said to make sure I talk to the Burien site when I drop the truck off. When I am done around 3pm I call into Burien to ask what should I do about gas? Fill it up to 1/4 tank or leave it? They said fill it up to 1/4 or I will be charged for them to do it. So I go to the gas station again put another $25. in it and take it back. I wait around to check it in to a person who knows how to credit as the guy trying to check me in is new and doesn't know how to do it. So the lead lady finally comes after about 15 mins and I tell her the issues I have had and she says I will get a $47. credit. Now I am looking at my bill they emailed me and they gave me a $47 credit for gas and charged me a $25 fee for clean up??????????? WTH?? I need a $100 credit for mine and my workers time for the mess up and stress today!!! In Burien they ARE AWARE that their Trucks get their gas Stolen OFTEN as they have said it to me.....Your problem shouldn't be my problem?? I rent from this Uhaul location often--at least 20-30 times a year for many years. Someone at (UHaul) needs to credit me correctly and have their workers CHECK THEIR TRUCKS BEFORE they let them leave their lot on EMPTY and MESS UP someones day. This is a BIG company and should not be happy with this happening. BAD business for sure UHAUL!! I will be calling to complain until Uhaul makes this right.

You did not have my reservation I had to come back to get I was told I would get a 50$ incovienence fee for credit did not get it I was told I would was late on moving vehicle almost lost it etc

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company in my entire life. Both of our reservations were not kept, the employee was rude and absolutely incompetent. He overcharged me, he put insurance on after I said I didn’t want it, he didn’t tell me I needed to put gas in the truck, he directed me to the wrong truck, he blatantly ignored me when I asked why the keys were incorrect, and there was a car accident in the parking lot while I was there because it was so unorganized. The GM was nice and tried to remedy the situation but I’m very disappointed they didn’t do an immediate charge back when the employee overcharged me. I also wanted to return my rental to Edmonds and they had me return it to Lynwood instead which was a farther drive. I will never use Uhaul ever again and I will discourage all the people I know to stay far far away from this awful company.

Set up appointment for a hitch and wire install show up for the appointment and they tell me the parts are not in and they don't do those services on sunday...so why set an appointment if you don't do it. Finally got it done 3 days later and it is the crappiest job I've ever seen. The wire was sticking out of the hatch not where it should of been. The wire was ran under the car and dangled almost to the ground they did not even secure it under the car. They put the wrong ball for towing the trailer. I only found all this out after our car broke down bc it was not the correct hookup so it took a toll on our car. Needless to say we had to buy a new car and a new hitch. I went to a different company for the hitch and it's amazing. Never will I shop with uhaul again with having so many issues. I just can't understand how this location is open with the crap jobs they do and the rude service. I even called the 800 # to speak with someone higher up and got no where except transferred 6 times to call center. The nicest person in this location is Brett. I do not recommend this location to anyone and I know I'm not the only one as there were several people in line complaining when I showed up to get my trailer. I would like to hear back from uhaul and have someone listen to the disaster o have been dealt bc of the employees whom don't care about the customers.

Returned at gas level received, 3/4 tank. Rep said it was at 5/8th's when rented. It was not! Further, he did not tell me to verify the gas first and go back to him if there was a discepancy. He should have checked it himself before he let me take it! Plus, I had to pull over because the gas cap was not tightened when I first rented the truck!!

Renting through the app turned out to be more of a hassle. Things like the license pictures should've been done prior to arrival like when I set up my reservation initially. The App was buggy and kept timing out during this process so I eventually just went inside and got help accessing the truck. The interaction with the clerk was minimal but soon I was on my way. The truck wasn't terrible but the seats could've been wiped down. Everything with the 2 hours I had the truck seemed normal. Returning the truck turned into a 30-minute ordeal trying to find what seemed to be a hidden key drop. There was a large sign saying key drop but I never got a padlock code to safely leave the key there. My friend and I eventually found a slot in the door to the hitch shop next door where the keys were dropped, but the entire experience was a waste of my time. The drop should be better explained. This experience was extremely unfortunate as I am getting prepared to move from Seattle to Salt Lake City but now I think I'll be looking at other rental options.

Was told we would get a $52 credit for fuel because the tank was 1/4 full. Put $30 in the tank even though we used barely an 8th tank. When we returned the truck, we were told we wouldn’t get the credit and we were told that in error by the morning agent. “Sorry about that” doesn’t cut it. Don’t tell the customer something and then not stand by it. Poor customer service.

The 20ft truck I reserved had been rented out to someone else. Was given a 26ft instead that was in poor shape. Have rented from this location many times and this was the first time I've had an issue.

How can the West Seattle location improve? Let me count the ways. I made a reservation for a hitch install AND a trailer rental for cross country travel and they only made the hitch install reservation (even after I confirmed with them - you made both reservations?). When I reconfirmed my coming reservation they said my hitch install was right on track. They had no idea I needed a trailer, too (strange, since they confirmed both reservations the first time I made it). When I came to get my hitch installed they didn't have a hitch. They had sold it between my reconfirmation and my install. They had to drive to another city to get an appropriate hitch. It took most of the day. I didn't have my car to use most of the day. When I wanted to get my trailer - sorry - they didn't have one at the West Seattle branch I had to go to another branch in a nearby town. I went to get the trailer. Anything I need to know about pulling a trailer? I've never done it before. They shrugged their shoulders and said good luck. The experience was awful.

The self check in service app didn’t want to that photos. I had driven close to 400 miles and the last thing I need was to have problems whit the self check in . Then if that wasn’t enough I spent 30+ mins trying to talk to someone on the phone so I wouldn’t be charged an additional fee. Your web site and phone Systems need to be updated. Hauling a car that wasn’t on your standard list was a real pain. It took 4 phone calls. I was placed on looong holds several times. One long hold dropped my call. Talked to 5 or 6 people til I found someone who could figure out a solution. I

Would never ever tell my friends to rent a u-haul. The prices are ridiculous. Especially because what’s being advertised ($0.99 every mile) is not even close to what you guys are charging. This has to be the worst experiance moving I have ever had. All thanks to this horrible bill that was presented at the end of our trip. Never again.

I rent a lot from this location and really like them all. I worked with Tyler the last two times and he is top customer service!! I sure hope Tyler sticks around a long time. This place is extremely busy and you might wait a little but it’s worth waiting.

This storage should have at least one person who knows what’s going on because I still receive bills after I have moved or of my storage and returned all keys and I have my receipt to prove that

I hauled this trailer from FL to WA state and the trailer pulled very nicely the entire way. The staff at the delivery location were very helpful and curtious, especially the manager Linda Price.

These folks are great. Super helpful and friendly, they stored my single Ubox for a brief time until I could come and get it, and then made it easy to pick it up and bring back. Highly recommended!
