I'm totally convinced the truck needed servicing before it was given to me. The drive was very unpleasant. There was constant hesitation, approximately an hour into my journey, I was convinced the truck was going to shut off and the inside of the cabin was very hot. I had no problem with any stage of my rental. Customer service was very good and the personnel respectful. Uhaul gives you all the tools necessary...checking your equipment, checking out your vehicle for damages and reporting it right away...checking the Guage for mileage and fuel usage...do everything right there and the majority of your problems are done. I was charged $10 more for the same vehicle because I was late to pick it up. I was told they had giving my 15" away and the only thing left was 17". There is no seized written on your vehicle. I came with a friend of mine 2 weeks ago and picked up a 15". So I know I was not giving a 17". I also checked the paper work, didn't see any seize on it. The Staff does not know how to read the mileage. If the mileage said 12345.0 and you drive 12345.3 they said you dive 3 miles .NICOLE W.

Clean your trucks before renting them. I rented a truck in which I transported new vinyl panels which I removed before returning the truck, The truck had not been cleaned by the previous renter or employees at this location. I mentioned the facts to the employee who checked in the vehicle and yet when I received my e-mailed bill I was charged $60.00 for cleaning. I now have been on the telephone for customer service for well over an hour. I would have cleaned the raggedy truck as it was only3:49pm and the truck was not due back until 7::23 am the next day.marvin S.
