I signed up for mobile pick up, and wasted 20 minutes attempting to check in. Site kept deleting my info and giving error messages. Unfortunately, this forced me to see an agent. He was highly disengaged, seems like I kept interrupting whatever movie on his phone. At one point, I had to remind him I responded to the mobile prompt because he was caught up in his entertainment rather than anticipating the information that he just asked me to submit. He continuously spoke low and did not adjust all the 20x I asked him to repeat his thoughts. As if he can't see we're speaking thru a mask, shield, and social distance. Even my colleague was confused why the man would speak in such a way. Pay attention to the next customer and use social cues. There are too many other options these days.

very disappointed with U haul i was charge additional $132.78 for fuel charge. before i returned the vehicle i put gas back in the truck. I'm very upset this company and will never used it again.

During adverse weather please make sure to have all the ice & snow off the top of roof because it kept falling off While I was driving scaring me and other motorists. The agent did not do a good job and was so distracted being on his phone he couldn't focus on preparing the van properly.

There was lack of employee help. I rented the truck online and still have to wait on line After uploading my ID info and reserving online ! and there was only one employee taking customers I went outside and there was no one there to help for 15 mins I left the parking lot at 12:20 pm for a 12 pm reservations! And still got charged for the full hour! Slow customer service .

While the location was very bright and inviting, the customer service was HORRIBLE to say the least. The counter person was rude and very unorganized. The person receiving the truck was just as rude as the counter person. He was rude, and the way he speaks to peois disgusting!

The close at 5 pm and someone where still at the location whoncannot give any help to customer and I spent 1 hour to complete the return because I have an android (samsung) who cannot pick up the location anytime I tried it comes with an error I have to call my son to come with his iphone to complete that return for me. I was very upset and this is very discouraging.

Company representative was rude, equipment ( hand truck ) was missing unknown to me, u-haul changed original one way reservation ( queens to Bronx ) to return to queens ( very inconvenient )on day. before pick up. All this amounts to a pandemic unnecessary overcharge.

The Jamaican guy at the rental person wasn't the problem. He was quite respectful and helpful. It the Mobil app that u have. It's sucks. I did everything on the app and I still had to wait there for an hour to a truck. The reservation was made but the van selection proceeds did not go through. That's unbelievable. Won't do that again.

Experience would have been better if the truck was at the location where we booked it 3 days prior. We were told it would be here. It wasn't. Instead we had to add extra mileage on it because it was at a different pickup location. 10 miles out of the way.

Day before I was supposed to pick up the truck I was told by U-Haul Via text message that my truck I was no longer available and I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up a truck in a bad neighborhood, customer service rep gave me no alternatives, I had to call 3 times but received the same answer With no help. The truck was still being cleaned at 9am when my truck was supposed to be ready and it was not ready till 10am an hour late.—— whoever reads these please see if a full or partial refund can be applied, I've used U-Haul a lot in the past but won't be in the future if these issues aren't rectified

You guys need to be more specific about the gas gauge instead of drawing a circle around the amount of gas amount in the tank when picking up, it's very confusing to the customer. If you are just below the mark you charge above fast rates but there's no refund if I'm above 😇

There was only one customer service rep and 7people waiting. It took nearly an hour and half to get the truck. The representative was ok and was trying to service two customers at a time which isn't an ideal way of handling customers. I also had issues with picking up my truck at another location. The overall experience was way below average
