I had a issue returning the truck and my phone broke moving the stuff but i returned the truck at 830p and i even called and i got charged for fees

Although I did not mind, the person who helped me at first got one of his associates to go through the process with me as a training exercise. As I watched and listened to the process, several mistakes were made and the associate had to get back to several screens. I felt the anxiety in the trainee as he wanted to help me but was getting some bad directions. In the end, I think he was just as confused as I was on how to get through an induction process. Again, I did not mind waiting, but it seems that first time training should be done off line and not in a real world scenario. The next customer may not be so patient.

The original location to pick up was Fast & EZ Storage across the street from this location. I had to leave there after 45 minutes of dealing with an untrained employee who was tring to get assistance over the phone from the manager. I finally got what I needed in 10 minutes after going across the street to the U-Haul location.

The price...I rent a small truck for 52 minutes and they charged me $45 which is too much?

After completing the rental agreement. I was told to drive back for the rented trailer. But to wait to get hook up. I went back in the office what taking so long. He was completing another transaction and i was told to wait after i already waited. My take it is, get the job done, hook up my trailer , let me go. Then work on another customer. I am a regular customer at this location. my observation, this is a normal practice of the store or maybe its a corporate policy. Let me say, i have other option.

They had large inventory but locks were rusted and had to get off took 10 mins of trying to get the lock off the back to get the keys. The 24/7 pick up was RIDICULOUS!!! It took us over 35 mins to get the truck doing the online option. It just kept saying please wait to approve account. Had to do chat with someone after 10 mins of waiting then took another 25 mins for the person to come.onto the chat to approve it!!! Was a waste of time when trying to move!

There was barely any gas in the vehicle. Gauge was on “E”. I brought this to the attention of the man helping me and asked for a different one, as I was going to the far end of Mess. He said that it SHOULD be enough to get me there. I was very unhappy about this. Also my paper work said 1/4 - 3/8 tank which was wrong. He told me to take a picture of it. I returned the vehicle with 1/2 tank & pointed it out. I feel I should have been compensated for returning it with a lot more gas than when I picked it up.

My shipment was delayed 4 times. No one called me to tell me the shipment would be late. I went to the branch 3 times, made multiple calls and could not get a response as to why it was late.

My belongings along with my bank information was stolen from the uhaul because someone came in paid the bill and took everything out of the van without my ID, without me being present !

I was told the first month was free. They still charged me. When I signed up too I asked to be on monthly autodebit. The gentleman said it wasn't an option even though I pointed it out on waver.
