rented box truck from you guys cuz you didn't have a regular size pickup had it for a month and 2 days then the U-Haul got stolen from me with my equipment you already took out over a thousand for four weeks that I had had it then you want to charge me additional $2,000 more and you fucks cannot contact me when y'all went to go pick up the U-Haul truck to make sure there was no other personal items in there never got a phone call from you fucking ignorant fucks never got a confirmation until I had to call you all to fucking find out what was going on nobody contacted me at all then you send me a fucking bill for $2,000 some dollars you want me to pay after you have gotten 1,336.77 already from me and you have not yet still contacted me about my insurance that I had on the truck with all my fucking material and my shit and my tools and my wallet and my money was stolen and you fucks can't even contact me to get me situated on that so fuck you you haul I would like to sue the fuck out of you and I hope I'm going to give you a bad review as many times as I Larry Donald Moon II hasmultiple times rented vehicles and trucks from U-Haul never had an issue now I have one issue and y'all want to fuck me don't worry about it you'll be hearing from my lawyers.PS poor ass customer fucking service at that location everybody is fucking stupid and dumb and has no fucking idea what they're doing.LARRY M.

Make sure the rental is ready at the original location. I have to be transferred to a different location to pickup my equipment. I am still waiting to hear back from corporate about my 50$ credit towards this rental. I was instructed by your employee to reach out for this credit. I also read this on the rental page if your rental isn't ready when promised they're will be a 50$ refund/credit . I rent these haulers 2-3 times a month. Not allow someone to reserve & pay for a truck at one location, only to find out the day of pick up, that the truck isn't available at location where it was reserved. It causes delays and confusion, which leads me to wonder why do an early reservation if you're going to be sent to a different location than reserved.Teyonna M.

The representatives behind the counter should be experts and make the right recommendation. Probably with asking where you are moving to and from. I feel I was over charged and had to drive defective equipment 2 hours out of the way. My vehicle smelled like an ashtray and had several issues with the radio and driver mirror was shaking excessively while making noise the whole trip. Also The vehicle required roadside assistance and extended my move by four hours which meant I had to work all day and then drive the equipment back.Chris S.

Effective equipment management: I was â€œupgradedâ€ to a much longer truck than I requested. It was stressful to drive, cost a fortune in gas, and was 2 x bigger than I need for my things. I found out later the fender was left down on my auto transport by the UHaul rep who set it up. There were no dollys available even though I had requested one.JOSEPHINE C.

You need to put a bell/buzzer at the "return station". I sat there in my truck as instructed for 15-20 minutes not knowing whether they even knew if I was there. Finally, I walked into the counter and found both agents helping other customers and they asked me to return to my truck and one of them would come ASAP. The woman who came was very through and apologized for the long wait with no explanation as to why? She checked me out in less than 10 minutes and I was finished.MARK Y.

I would not recommend going to the Columbia location. The girl that checked us in not only acted as if she did not care for her job but she got into the truck and couldn't drive it. She ended up backing into another piece of U-Haul equipment hopping out of the truck and laughing about it. I caught it on camera. She also blatantly lied to our face and told us the truck had been cleaned and sanitized and then we found an ashtray full of cigarettes in the truck and we are not even smokers. After that the U-Haul actually had a leak in it so after driving 22 hours and it being late at night we realized that a lot of our stuff was water damaged. At this point no one has made anything right for us in fact they actually told us that the insurance does not cover water damage. They told us the claim will be denied and that we still have to try to reach out to U-Haul to go ahead and arrange something. Well it's been three days since I reported this and no one has done a single thing about it. They also gave us the truck with 1/4 tank of gas in it and we returned it was 3/4 full because how are we gonna take gas out of it? We weren't even compensated for that. The customer service representative from U-Haul told us when dropping the truck off to ask for them to correct this which the guy where we dropped it off was great he actually admitted that there was a leak in the truck and he could visibly see it. He also stated that he was going to take the pictures that U-Haul would want to see not just the pictures that I took. The only thing that he told me that didn't happen so far is that someone would be reaching out to me. He told me that they were not honest with me about the truck And that it was not my fault. So my suggestion to anybody is if you're renting a truck definitely search around and make sure you get inside the truck and check it for any type of water damage and make sure you thoroughly ask questions about what the insurance covers and make sure verify that that vehicle is clean whether you are a smoker or not.WHITNEY C.

The Male Manager was very rude, The two rude occasions that I experience his rude behavior. The first time I came to the campus I park in the wrong park he went in my car and blew my horn and said you can't park here. I told him I agree with him. I also told him you don't touch my Possessions, he said I could have got your car toll away. I said he could have gone inside and announce the car! I was tired but his sign didn't jump out to me! He said a few more rude statements and wake away!!! I also had another run in with him! This particular time I was running like 30 minutes late with the truck I was supposed to bring the truck back 12 o'clock and I brought it back 1230 the mail manager kept on calling and calling telling me to bring the truck back after I have already told him what was going on and what I had it what I had to do when I got there he already cash me out I was wanting to put it on cash! He finished My account while I was gone I had no time to get it through to tell him that I wanted to pay cash and that on the car he charge me I don't know what he charge me I did not get a receipt because I was wondering why did he do you know this is so fast. I was taking a while to get out the car and make sure my position is gone when I got to the front Dess he said you're done you're ready to go and I did not tell him he could've waited until I got an answer but he cash me out so fast it was just like he just wanted me to leave and he was just really rude I just didn't like the fact everyone else was very nice and very other than that moment all the other staff was very kind and very nice I had a very good experience with the other staff but the manager was really rude he has a very nice team but his attitude stinksRochelle R.

The service was very slow. But friendly. When I got in the van it smelled like the inside of a colonoscopy bag. Not as bad as the last time when the boxtruck I rented smelled and seemed like 2 cats had been left to die in it. I had to hose it down and treat the leatherTo make it even tolerable. I have an issue with the extra coverage saying it is 20 added to the bill when the total was 10 for the length of the rental, also the decresed mileage rate never got offered to me even though I am a returning customer and I drove >100 miles. _ The rental length was for 1 day not 2 and I had been assured the clerk woukd correct this and that I should be okay to leave before getting it written up. And finally, I filled the tank to the proper level at the gas station directly in front of this location and turned it in. I know the gas level was at the last bar before full and so for the ticked to show it inaccurately baffels me. Can these things be corrected? These kinds of tgismngs are #Helen A.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Before arriving to orginal location that was in the contract, I called them and they could not accept me because the dolly I rented was not in their contract to check in. They were very nice about it though. They mentioned a location on Two notches that would take me. One of the locations I went to on two notches road was a gas station and they also could no accept me when I arrived there. I then went to a different uhaul location on 8400 two notche road and they rudely informed me that their internet was out. The employee mentioned another location down the road but could not give an address or any other information since his computer was down. Finally when we get to the final location, we get there by 6:28pm and the employees tell us they close at 6:30pm so they cannot help us at all. Thankfully we figured out how to do the self checkout and were finally done. Overall I am disappointed with the lack of communication of Uhaul and how difficult it was to drop off the equipment.TYLER T.
