This location was so well organized, clean, well staffed, and quick! Shawn Cummings was the person who assisted me. He insisted upon taking my picture MASKLESS, which he said was store policy. I have been to another Uhaul and that was never requested of me. He also took that photo with his personal phone AND took a photo of my drivers license with his personal phone. I have no idea why he would do that and furthermore it was a little creepy - how do I know he deleted those? Shawn was â€œprofessionalâ€ but his interaction ensured I will not use this Uhaul location ever again.MATTHEW G.

I'm being charged 89.99 per day plus mileage for a 19.99 per day van. They call me while I'm at work, as if I can just stop what I'm doing to pick up the phone. When I try to call U-Haul, I'm out on hold. Average wait time is 5-10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I give up. I'm told to login to my account, but can't retrieve my orders. I have a storage in Indiana and want to change payment options to a different CC, spent two hours on the phone, only to be told to clear my cache or use a different browser. Wouldn't even update my payment option or allow me to pay in advance using a different payment card. I am getting a lawyer.Carlton D.

I truly am disappointed with myself that I can not remember the name of the team member that assisted me but I want to say that he truly went above and beyond to help. Even so far as to Google maps a destination for me (he could've just advised me to use Google maps). He recognized that I wasn't from the area and did all he could to help me. I'm truly impressed with the quantity of your various size rentals. Every place else was totally sold out due to low inventory of rentals. Lastly, each vehicle is throughly sanitized between customers I witnessed this happening firsthand. My entire rental experience was extraordinary from pick up to return. The staff there are doing an impeccable job. Thank you for saving my event. I was able to get all of my decor, props, etc to its destination because of this facility. KudosTERA J.

We unfortunately did not check the fuel gauge and the level was not as stated on the rental agreement. A mistake that cost us $20. In the future we will check every aspect of the rental. Please make the website usable, because the hold time was WAY too long! I was on hold for almost 60 minutes, and while I can understand this, the option of the website is given and it does not even work. If the website worked the process would be way less stressful...also, we were not given clear instructions on where to drop off the vehicle so return was a huge hassle! They need to find a place to fill UHaul with gas. Hard to be all ready to go ask worry about running out of gas. Down town houston really tough for everyone on gas as there just aren't any gas stations downtown. I did have maybe a quarter of tank when received but in less than 5 miles that was approaching E. Gauge may need calibrating. Only drove vehicle less than 20 miles and spent $25 on gas?SCOTT C.

I arrived just after 9am and it took me over an hour to get the van I had rented for the day. The requirements for self-check in were extremely stringent (requiring my employer or alternate contact to answer the phone immediately on Memorial Day weekend was stressful and unreasonable) and the line was incredibly long with not enough staff working to check-in or answer questions. There was no customer parking available that morning so I had to pay for parking at a nearby lot.Lauren C.

Staff was efficient. I really appreciate that when I turned in the dolly about 45 minutes after closing hours, an employee was still available who offered to perform the check-in. I did not appreciate that I was put on-hold for over 30 minutes when calling Customer Service to speak with a call center based u-haul representative.
