This location was extremely crowded and hard to get into. Once we arrived, no one was there to greet us and we were not sure what to do to return the truck. After about 3 minutes a staff member came over and he was very nice and helpful, but things should have been more clear beforehand.Frank B.

There were issues every step of the way. Drop off was not delivered til the day after and I wasn't even notified until my delivery window had passed. The next day, they were late again. Pick up was a day late with no notification again. There were several issues with my ubox delivery to my new address that were never mentioned before I tried scheduling, and we're it handled promptly, accurately, and I spent a week calling every day talking to several people to get the help we needed. So disappointed. Moving is stressful as it is and the lack of knowledge and communication made it that much more stressful. Managent was incompetent and unwilling to help, return my calls, or step up to get the issues solved. I'm disappointed to say the least. I never did get a call back from the GM. That's been the theme however, no one seems to want to get things done and it puts a lot of unnecessary stress on the customer. Horrible.Amber L.

I ordered q storage facilty.i showed up with a loaded trailer and they told me to go to a different spot and then go back. Shit show. I could turn trailer around and i couldn't get in. Then was told I was blocking entrance. Fucking disaster. Get ur shit together Uhaul u have been around.too long for this bullshit. It was the callcenter and Colorado that didn't inform me. Initial reservations were messed up, no truck available to tow trailer, no trailer, (someone took the wheels) no uboxes available (all either broken or without covers). The folks in charge of the uboxes wouldn't answer the phone when Victor tried to call them many times for assistance or status of the uboxes. Employee Victor Gutierrez however single handedly saved the day. Got a trailer from another location, repaired and found covers for the uboxes, the truck to tow showed up and he sent me on my way with a smile. Unfortunately he was unable to help two other customers because their reserved vehicles were not available. It was a real zoo there for awhile. I recommend Victor gets a promotion and the local manager get fired. I do not recommend UHaul for unreliability in scheduling or reservations. The crew at the rental office bent over backwards to see an person from out of town with no recourse was taken care of.Richard E.

I said yes about the truck being clean but it could have been better. I just chalked it up as " oh well I am renting a public vehicle". It would have made my life extremely easier to have been able to go one way without having to return the truck to that particilar location. Because of that I had issues getting the truck back on time. I arrived to return the truck 4 mins after closing time and the guy was at least kind enough to inform me that I could drop the keys in the return box. Had I known that I could have returned the truck the previous evening. But the website said no after hour returns. As of yet I still have not been emailed my receipt with total charges to my credit card. Other than that my rental was fine. Thank youJennifer G.

Update information on the computer. When calling to confirm, agent should inform customers that equipment is not one way, as well as inform customers which equipment is actually available. I reserved a cargo trailer online, when agent called to confirm, agent should have informed me of the above. Caused me to have to settle for a utity trailer, which is not what I reserved, because od lack of communication on the agents part, I had to go an addiltional 35 miles out of my way, because it was not one way, only in town usemelvin K.

The truck seemed to be geared wrong for the work. Needs to be a 6 or 8 speed transfer. A bluetooth radio upgrade for hands free cell use. For easier communication with other parties traveling with the truck. A USB connection or Aux input for my music the AM/FM reception is hard to find stations I want to hear. (Not to many choices in the high desert of So. Cal.) The 20ft truck drove adequately loaded or empty. Thank you.Robert D.

I had some break-ins from people and missing items but the U-Haul Moving Storage was weeded out from thieves and now I think it's just not being vandalized anymore Courtesy and professional are the staff, which I like and friendly with respect is a plus for me I got a place now but I am skeptical about it just making sure I don't get ripped off, here, that's why I haven't ended my storage unit yet, LA is very unpredictable. The pick up location was not my original pick location. U-haul sent me to the wrong location and it cost me time and money to go to place that had the right truck for me. The first place I was sent to does not carry any trucks over 10 feet but I ordered a 20 foot and 26 foot. U-haul needs to make a note of which vendors carry what size trucks.Belinda C.

This 26' truck drove fine on surface streets. However once I went past 50 mph on certain parts of the freeway the cabin starting bouncing violently and had to slow way down. I was on a time crunch so I didn't have time to try and return it to see if there was another truck, but I had to call them and let them know. you need to either fix or eliminate the online checkout option. It took me about half an hour, standing in the hot sun, to check in, and then afterwards I still had to go inside the shop and wait in line another 15 minutes and they needed more information that I hadn't been informed ahead of time would be required. And then after all that, they still made me return the truck at the same time (I had reserved it for 4 hours) even though almost a quarter of the time I had paid for was gone already. I had to rush to get my errand done and hurt myself by pushing too hard to get it done in less time than I had paid for.JODY C.
I had a reservation at the Fontana store for a car hauler trailer Sept 11, 2020 when I arrived to pick up the trailer none were available. I rescheduled for Sept 12, 2020 in Fontana for a 3:00 p.m. pick up when I arrived no car hauler trailer's were available. I was livid, I then asked Miriam if I could pick up a car hauler trailer at the U-Haul San Bernardino store which I did. When I arrived in San Bernardino to pick up my reservation the owner first told me that no car hauler trailer's were available to rent? I was livid!!!!!! When I mentioned that my reservation had been transferred from Fontana to the San Bernardino store he then said that he had a car hauler to rent me.
