First reservation had "if your reservation is not ready, $50 refund." It wasn't. Panicked. Called and another was found at this location. So want that $50 refund as shown on website.REBECCA R.

I would not want to go to this area after hours at night There was no lock box outside to pickup the truck key when I tried to pick it up in early am before store opened. I didn't know the key would be inside the truck trailer . I just guessed to unlock the rear sliding door and the key was inside .John W.

The after hours pick up lock not on the vehicle-found in right door pocket with no instruction of that. No washer fluid and a right front tire with 20 pounds of air not 80 pounds like the others. Delivering toys to Mayfield tornado victims and no off rate discount-the negligence made the toys arrive late. The Manager was asked to call me when someone dropped off the van for me and never heard from anyone. Lastly-you cannot contact a location, customer service has an hour hold time and while the sales line answers immediately they could do nothing. I called several times hoping someone could simply call the location and have them call meâ€”the answer was they could not and not one person apologized on behalf of U-Haul. I highly recommend a company over haul at u haul in terms of processes. No apology, sending out dangerous vehicles and after calling enterprise rentals-their van was half the cost with unlimited miles.Amy S.
Clean the inside of the truck. It smelled horrible. Make sure a truck scheduled to go to another state is in great condition to drive to another state. The truck broke down on us.Jessica R.
