I appreciated the staff member let me wait inside during the vehicle inspection as it was cold and snowing out. *It was disappointing to pay for extra miles when the pick-up and drop-off locations were changed and created extra distance for traveling that I had to pay for. When calling into U-haul for assistance when my drop-off location was closed, I was transferred three times to the incorrect region before Virgina (very kind staff member) was able to help and she gave me ~10 miles for the extra drive, not quite enough to cover Post Falls, Idaho to Spokane, Wa.

Reserved car dolly from downtown Spokane location. First dolly, lights defective, second one dolly, was to small. They did not have any other car Dolly’s, so I was sent to the Spokane Valley Uhaul. What a pain in the neck. Two hours wasted and extra miles driven.

The Sprague location had excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the store at W 21 Third Ave, Spokane Wa was horrible. That store was where I had made my reservation and when going to pick up my reserved Uhaul was told they had given it away to another customer. I had gone to the store at 9am right when they opened, which was my reservation time. Their response to giving away my reserved uhaul was that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do. Only then, when I asked if they could check another location would they do so. I then had to drive all the way to Spokane Valley-Sprague location to pick up a Uhaul, wasting 1.5 hours in total. When asking for a discount or a refund for having given away my reserved Uhaul, they gave a mere $6 discount. The customer service at W 21 Third Ave was more than disappointing and I will not be returning in the future.

Drop off was terrible. Extremely rude and very short mannered individual who checked us back in. Greg Coy was the employee's name. I plan to call local HQ and file a complaint. This location will not get our business in the future because of thw comments and attitude of that employee.

I can't say enough good things about this location. After the disaster I had at the pickup location (literally had them blown away that I had to move trucks and hook up my own trailer). These guys did all they could to try to correct the messed up paper work, and try to sort everything out that was dropped from the pickup location. Do I think this makes up for the pickup problems absolutely not, but was it nice to have some guys trying to make it right absolutely.

The manager was not nice and was condescending. Acted like I was an inconvenience because the truck was not ready and his employee was somewhat disheveled. By the way, the queen size plastic bags for the queen mattress DO NOT FIT A QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS. I purchased two bags and ended up throwing them out.

the wiring under the hood and in the rear of the truck looked terrible. was looped over the fan shroud, very few zipties were used. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the job. The young crew was playing grab ass instead of helping customers. The price I was quoted was no the price they tried charging me. I had to ask them to change it.

Was not informed that the 10 foot did not have a ramp. Cargo area had a very strong gasoline smell that even with leaving it oprn overnight still smelled and we were hauling household furniture the next day. Was given key with the last persons return check off still attached. Felt like if you need this then here it is and what it costs now just go. Not how can we help you and lets show you some basics. Had computer issues checking me out. Just felt it was poor customer service all around.

Your employees at this location are totally disconnected. After waiting for 10 minutes I had to walk the lot to find someone to help. I finally found someone who had a Bluetooth speaker in his pocket blaring music. I thought he would turn it down as I checked out, but he didn't. Totally unprofessional and if this is the type disrespect you show your customers you will lose business.

Customer service experience was the worst I've seen anywhere in a very long time. Another customer asked me if there was anywhere else to rent a truck. The boss was combative and the rest of the associates hate their jobs. I will not go back to this store, maybe not back to any U-Haul.

I need a refund for missing the guaranteed arrival date of 9/14. Instead it arrived on 9/27. I need a credit of $650.00. The valley store doesn't answer the phone. The manager does not answer email. Our mailing address is wrong on the contract. What an experience!

Upset. I had returned the vehicle at 7:08. My husband tossed the keys in Box without letting me finish the final check in. I called the 1-800 number and the lady said she made note. The next morning I was still charged and longer usage. I called twice and the Manager never called back to help correct the situation. I want my money back that was taken extra. Upset!

We would like to say we have used this location numerous times this summer and fall, and Robert Ogle (I believe that's his last name), has been the one to help us in some way each time. He is awesome!! Great attitude, very knowledgeable and great customer service!

The truck smelled like Chinese food, but even worse had to be jump-started every time we turned off the engine. Huge hassle from a rental that is supposed to make moving more efficient. We also paid for 12 blankets but only had 6 in the truck.

This experience was a shit show beginning to end. Mostly due to Uhaul central. To their credit the local guys tried to make things right in the end. The call center, the service schedulers, the billing people and the U box department were just terrible. I will never, never use this service again. Period. Ever. Nope.

The local phone number sent me to a call center and that person didn't tell me that and didn't know the inventory at the location I wanted. When we drove there we were told the gas tank was full - not. 3/4 full so both my sister and I called separately and never heard back. Grr

This location is constantly slammed on Saturday mornings. They seem to only have one person that knows how to use the computer system. And you're stuck waiting in line for someone to help you. We attempted to do the new self checkout at the location. It took 3 tries. On the third try, success finally, yet the key was not in the lockbox. After talking to an employee it turns out the system had double booked the truck and the one we had just inspected and been attempting to take was literally driven away by someone else. They did give us an upgrade with no-hassle. And the return went smooth. But the lack of staff during their busiest times is a constant hassle. Unfortunately it seems only one person who can solve issues is ever working during their busiest times.

The guy that we checked in with was a moron. We spent 20 minutes waiting for him to try to figure out what he was doing. He added on the insurance when we told him we didn't want it, he was looking at his cell phone on Facebook when the other guy there went to get the truck and check the gas level. When the other guy came back with the truck, the guy checking us in asking him the gas level, he forgot to check and he mumbled F**k under his breath and the other guy checking us in continued look at his phone. We finally leave and get back home to start loading our uhaul and neither of the 2 guys put our dolly in the truck, so we had to drive all the way back and the guy didn't even apologize. All he had to say was, "oh let me get that for you" while he was looking at his phone when we were walking outside. Overall terrible experience!!!

Here is the review I left on google: Bottom line if you don't want to read it all: if you want rental equipment, this location will do the trick, if you want anything resembling service do not waste your time here, it is understaffed, and the person who appears to be the manager is rude. 8 am reservation, arrived on time. An employee who I assume was the manager rudely sent me out to go to any trailer. Trailer was hooked up by 8:10. When I went back in the lobby there was nobody behind the counter, when someone did show up we were skipped and someone else was helped that arrived after. 8:40 and finally done with paperwork. Reservations apparently mean nothing. When returning the trailer I arrived at 1:50 pm, the return line was packed with empty trucks making manuvering quite the task. I found a place to park and proceeded to wait 15 minutes until I gave up and went inside, finally getting some help and leaving for the last time. This is the second time I have been to this location, my second negative experience, and my last time ever going to this location. The first time I was returning a 26' truck and car transport. Again, the return equipment lane was blocked, an employee in the yard yelled at me not to park there and told me to park under equipment return tent. I replied that the turn was impossible and she was more than welcome to try. She backed down but was very rude throughout the entire return.

My first reservation the week before was handled grossly incorrect. I had reserved a trailer for Friday. I was called on Thursday and told the trailer was accidentally rented out. I could pick one up on Saturday instead. As I had already made arrangements for moving help, I cancelled them. I was contacted Friday and asked when I was coming to pick the trailer up. The following weekend I rented a truck. I picked it up Saturday morning and returned it Saturday evening. I was called on Sunday and asked where the truck was. I suggested they look in their drop off area. The final bill came with a return date of the following Monday. I was subsequently charged an extra day's rental. I am looking forward to a refund of at least the over charges

This was the 2nd location that I was sent to. Location 1: 10304 E Sprague, is ANOTHER EMPTY BUILDING. I was lucky enough to find a UHaul employee who was just wandering the site, and he told me "There's a depot a few blocks down," although he must have meant miles, because I drove at least 4 more miles to find this location. The one saving grace was the employee who helped me return the equipment. He was helpful and understanding, which seems to be a rather unique quality among your organization. He indicated to me that I would not be charged as an apology for the headaches and problems I went through with your organization. However, I now find that I've been charged. Please know that you have lost a customer FOREVER, and I will be sure to spread this bad word of mouth to the best of my ability.

The truck good but the customer services bad. They lied to me when they told me that the truck had full tank gas. It was not full and i noticed when i was already away from them. Tho i took a picture and showed to them, thinking that they maybe they will do something about it but did NOTHING AT ALL. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. SO THEY SHOULD NOT LIE ABOUT STAFF LIKE THAT. He said his hand held unit was correct until I showed him the copy I printed from home...what gives with this activity?

The customer service while picking up the trailer was terrible, the person checking people in & out made it seem that the customer should happy or privileged for talking to them. They did not seem happy with their job or provide a good image of the U-Haul organization. The individual behind the counter doesn't realize the importance of providing customer service, and while performing customer service duties he/she should actually provide good customer service to keep his/her position. Needless to say after the visit to the store, several emails & texts when out to warn my friends and co-workers about this experience at the Spokane Valley store. I will not rent anything from this location again.

The attendants that work at this filthy location are very rude. I will not go back, and they messed up on my bill. Should have charged me for the full 40 miles instead only charged for 2 miles. But location was so bad I am not going to return to have them correct

Ive used this specific location multiple times now and im from Spokane so ive used a ton of different uhaul locations and this one is the best! They answer questions very easily, always ready to help, greet visitors, constantly actually doing work (all the staff) when ive stopped in, the trucks are perfectly maintained & clean, whenever ive dropped off truck they just say "thank you, we will take care of it, have a nice day!", that makes a hectic & stressful day/move, so much better when they dont make you stay in truck to inspect or make you stand inside going over documents & I simply prefer this location overall. I will never use another location again. Thank you

Whoever was checking in the trucks had me doing things I've never been asked to do before. Sit in the truck and turn on the headlights, high beams, turn signals, dome light? I felt as though a physical was coming next. Then one of your counter guys with an inflated ego who thinks he's more important than others comes out and starts yelling and swearing at the yard boys. Doing this in front of a customer is even more tacky. I won't be using this location again.

When I showed up the trailer was not clean. There was a rail broken on the inside prior to me renting it and it was being held together with a zip tie. The customer service rep that was cleaning equipment was very inattentive, very oblivious to what was going on - he had earbuds in his ear and wasn't paying attention. The rep had to be tapped on his shoulder to get his attention. When I returned the equipment the same employee was outside, there were two cars that pulled into the parking lot and the employee walked into the building instead of coming to check out equipment. We had to go inside to tell an employee we were waiting at the "stop here for equipment return" Would not refer friends to this location. There are other locations in the area that I will now go to.

Where do I even start, there were so many things done wrong! 1st-ordered tow hitch online and website indicated in-stock. I received a call that it was actually for another customer and mine was on order and I would receive a call when it arrived. I was never called and had to call in myself multiple times to find out my hitch was in. After having hitch installed there was no explanation where the wiring was. So, I called three more times to find out and was never called back. I went to location and finally a helpful young man assisted me. He showed me where the wiring was and he noticed the installers did not reattach my muffler. So he did it. I thanked him for his help and learned he was a recent transfer to this location. I wish I had his name because he is the only helpful employee I have encountered at this location in 3 separate times of doing business there. I will not be going back for a 4th experience. There is obviously a lack of concern for the customer from the management here.

The 20 ft truck we received to move our household items to Boise was not a well taken care of truck. At about 50-55mph the truck would shake terribly! We had to drive/ride like this for 8 hours. The alignment was off and our arms were exhausted from trying to keep it under control. My husband was a truck driver for a good service company for many years, so this was not a well maintained truck and very disappointing to drive for a long haul.

The vehicle had broken glass in the back and the and when we arrived the staff just stood around looking at us until a manager walked in and started to help us. The rest of the staff were joking and on their phones. The return process took even longer than renting the vehicle even though we were the only people there at the time and there were 2-3 workers in the building.

I was told a truck would be ready for me in Pullman,wa. The day before, I was called and told I had to drive to spokane (almost a two hour drive each way) to get the truck. I had to drop everything and go get it, and the day before moving one doesn't have an extra 4 hours to be away. The truck ended up being very old and dirty, the cab smelled like an old motel room and had cigarette ashes every where and a dead hornet on the dashboard, as well as the exterior being dirty too. The truck did the job, so I appreciate that, but it was so loud inside the cab while driving (whistling windows and engine/road noise) I couldn't even hear music. The agent who helped me pick up the truck was nice, and adjusted my reservation because somehow someone had changed my details to say I was going to Phoenix, AZ instead of Tacoma,WA.

The time response and the customer service to get our Uhaul truck and drop it off was horrible. We waited over 30 minutes to get our truck and 30 minutes to return. The employees that helped us didn't rush to make sure we were taken care of, didnt acknowledge that we were waiting in line for a long time and when they helped us werent very friendly. On top of this we were not the only ones waiting both times there was at least 5 people behind us. We've never experienced this at Uhaul before and hope that the staff can learn how to handle high level of customers. Even just an acknowledgement that they would be with us as soon as possible would have been nice. Maybe some more training so they can be more efficient and timely.

I've used this location multiple times and have never had a complaint, until this last time. It was a busy day, so I kept that in mind. When she called me forward and I said I was there for a trailer that I had reserved, she remarked "Oh, I hate looking up trailer orders". Excuse me, but that is her job, not my problem. Also, she did not seem very familiar with the process of printing up all the paperwork.

I just needed to rent a pickup for a couple of hours in town. I waited in line for over 30 min to get the truck but ended up cancelling the reservation because I ran out of time. One of the employees helping a customer was verbally complaining to a fellow employee (in front of all the customers) about screwing up a reservation and how difficult it would be for him to get the right trailer out of the VERY back for the customer. I went back the next day and did end up getting helped quicker. However, the attitude and conversation between the employee helping me and a coworker was inappropriate (talking about oversleeping being late for work, happy it was pay day, etc.). I used the truck for around 2hrs and put less then 15 miles on it. When I got back the employee that helped me check in said I had put 200+ miles on it? I would have had to be driving REALLY fast to put that many miles on it in 2hrs. He was nice about it and saw that it was not accurate and only charged me for 13 miles. However, I was pretty frustrated because this told me the odometer was not recorded correctly from the last time it was used. The odometer should have been verified by the employee that I worked with when I picked up the vehicle!

There was significant damage done to the back door that the employee told me about yet never marked anything anywhere on paper or the van so that I wouldn't be blamed for it.a friend who works for uhaul took a picture and sent it somewhere so I wouldnt get blamed. The van was still showing as it was in another state so it was never actually shown as in spoKane even after I rented it. I did the rent and check in by phone but ir took over 30 mins to get the van to me. When I dropped off the van I had my dog seat belted into the front seat and while I was bringing my car to van the worked unbuckled my dog which he was not given permission to even touch him , this could have ended with my puppy running. All the workers were nice just very unprofessional. Van was clean and ran very good.

I rented a 6 X 12 trailer and it was attached to my truck by a UHaul employee. While towing the trailer, the trailer coupler came off of the hitch and was saved by 1 safety chain. The coupler locking mechanism had not been engaged and locked down. In addition, the safety brake chain was not properly attached to the tow vehicle. When the trailer separated, it blew one of the fuses in the tow vehicle. I had to drive about 20 miles to get a new fuse from a dealer. While there wasn't any damage to the tow vehicle or the trailer, and no one was hurt, this avoidable occurrence could have been catastrophic. Employees at the UHaul dealer indicated that training of new employees had been abandoned because the turnover of staff was too large. I would suggest that employees should be properly trained and that UHaul look into why there is so much turnover.

Little more of a speedy process while picking vehicle up. Took me 40 min from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out with uhaul. I had to back the truck out of its spot, it was not waiting for me like I've experienced in the past. The truck had not been swept (or wasn't done well) when I got the truck. Waited for 45 min just to get help and meanwhile watch one of the attendants walk around outside looking at the equipment and cleaning the parking lot. The truck was dirty in the cab and the truck bed. The gas was not at the level they stated was the level upon check out. Seemed like everyone had one pace and that was extremely slow. Upon moving we visited this particular Uhaul 4 times to get more boxes and wrap etc. Each time it was the same. One gentleman was very rude and stated he didn't know how to use the computer system. He stood there and watched the floor and everyone else and didn't even attempt to help the people in line or the other attendants. You should know how many trucks are expected to go out in the AM and PM. Why not get appropriate staffing to cover the floor and cashiers.

We ordered a 17' truck. Every time I called, I received a different answer. When we returned the truck, we were over charged. We were charged for equipment we did not use. We rented a dolly, but we were charged for a second one. We were charged, according to the receipt, 2 sets of furniture pads we did not use or ask for. Asked for other locations that might have a 15 or 20' available. Found one 20 miles away. Final pick up site in valley helpful, after they realized I wasn't going to re-position a 26' truck for them. When we ask for a 15', we don't want a 20' or a 26' If you need repositioning, then pay for the reposition.

Went through the online process to eliminate a trip to the counter, but it didn't work. I was sent to the counter, which had 4 people in line in front of me and one person (at the time) working the counters. Others eventually joined to help clear the backlog of waiting customers. At that point I discovered that my vehicle had not yet been returned. It was due at 9:00am but at 10:30 (when I was finally served) it had not yet arrived. The clerk called the person who mistakenly thought she had 24 hours - 15 minutes later it arrived (now about an hour past my original pickup time). There were no other vehicles available to rent, even larger than the 10' I requested - I checked in the hope of getting on with the move, and the labor that I had standing by waiting for my arrival.

The Sprague location made me feel uneasy...I returned the vehicle from where I picked it up...due to a family emergencey I was unacle to make the one way trip to Seattle...Kevin the customer agent was mouthy and direct in that I would pay a $ 500.00 fee...another nice customer agent witnessed stepped and helped me...I was directed to call Corprate to find a location that would take the Vehicle...I went to the Indiana Ave location where I was meet by Andra who took me in and most helpful even though her computers were down and in Stressful situation...she handled it flawlessly and with a great positive attitude restoring my confidence in U-Haul!!!

The person I dealt with on the phone before we arrived was rude and uninformative. I told her that I was moving and what I had to store. She simply wanted to "fill" her storage to capacity in order to win some prize because when we arrived, we were told the unit was upstairs! I had household furniture and now I'd have to move it up 8 stairs! She had mentioned that was the last unit when we arrived. Had I known I would have to carry all my furniture and things upstairs, I would have gone with a different location! Then we were forced to purchase locks there because they wouldn't allow ours. It seems uhaul is ALL about making money and not making lasting customers.

We didn't feel good about the tires. The agent said he'd replace them when they came back. We rented a 4x7 open trailer. Got it to our place an hour away and found out the trailer really wasn't a 4x7. When we returned I said to the guy hey this isn't really a 4x7 he laughed and said ya I know. The actual facility was absolutely wonderful and very clean with friendly employees. Your call center for customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I was cold transferred 6 times before I finally gave up and hung up because no one could assist me correctly. Apparently your reps at the downtown U-Haul accepted my drivers license for someone else's name and they didn't pay you (she couldn't have had the real one because I keep all of mine and still have every single one I have ever had) . I don't know how ignorant you have to be to not realize that a license in Washington has the persons name as a part of that number and our names are 0% alike her name is Kerry Hill by the way. Your security and screening procedures are clearly appalling and need to be seriously looked into.

The female that I spoke to was incredibly rude and curt. I asked for the prices of a trailer, and she merely pointed at the wall, then I said, "You mean to tell me that I can get a 6x12 enclosed trailer for $14.95?" She responded with a snort and said no. Then I was motioned like a dog to come follow her outside, I asked where I was supposed to go, she said that she needed to find it first. Then i'm hollered at again, like an animal and I backup to the area. I drag the trailer myself and attach it to the ball on my hitch, because she was having difficulty moving it. Then, I have a spade-type plug for a trailer, your trailers take a 4 plug type. I tell her that I evidently need to buy an adapter, she wanders off, (presumably to find one), and I proceed to re-connect the trailer, (She didn't even twist the chains, and instead let it drape on top of the trailer tongue). She eventually comes back and says "we don't have one, you'll have to go somewhere and buy it, maybe to autozone" So I say fine, and I go to autozone and buy one for $10. I come back and pull up to the same spot where I was parked before, I get out of my truck, and again am "greeted" by her, saying "You need to move, I gotta get in here" I ask her where I should move, she doesn't respond. I then asked the other female employee working this morning if her co-worker was having a rough day, to which she said yes, that they've had some real assholes who were mean for no reason. Then i'm grunted at by the first female, saying that I should go back there now, and am hooked up. When I went to drop off the trailer, there was a semi-truck blocking most of the parking lot. One employee directed me where to park, (A male) and I waited. I waited 15 minutes, then I called the number on my form asking for someone to come out to check me out, and i'm told that he didn't work there, (as if it was a call center) but just answered the phone for them though he'd send them a message and let them know. I wait another 5 minutes and go into the store, there was a single guy checking a couple out, aside from that there were no employees to be found. Then I wait another 5 minutes, (now I've been waiting 25 minutes to drop off the trailer), and he walks outside with me. The first phone he grabs is evidently dead and needed to be charged, so he got another one. Finally, after waiting 30 minutes, i'm disconnected and sent on my way.

I was originally scheduled to pick up the truck at the downtown location at 7 am and no one showed up to work until after 8 am. Then my reserved truck wasn't returned. It was after 10 am before I was able to finally get a truck at the sprague location. The overall experience was stressful to say the least but the staff were always friendly and helpful.

I was there just to drop off a trailer. After waiting in line for 45 min. the young lady at the counter, who didn't seem to know what she was doing and treating the couple at the counter in front of me very poorly, asked to help two other people before me who had arrived well after me. Very rude, then a gentlemen who was there helping in the yard saw the issues at the desk and came in and helped. He was great. I would not recommend if the young lady is still there. Very poor service from her. Around 11:00 am 6/9/17. I have had good service there before but not today...

The only problem I had with this location is the general manager seemed to be "stoned" at work. His eyes were glazed over and he was not really acting coherent with people. It was unprofessional. Just because pot is legal here, doesn't mean you should be using it, especially before or during work, and most definitely not as a manager when you should be setting an example.

My experience with U-Haul has been mixed. Once a year I need to rent a truck for intown 3-4 days rental. I have been cancelled at the last minute or had to travel out of town to pick up my truck. This is so stressful, I know this is a high need time of year, but I order a touch 6 weeks in advance. I have had to scramble at the last minute and hope to get a rental from Budget etc.

I reserved a 10' truck for Memorial Day Monday. I got a 10' truck because my wife can't drive anything bigger. I realize that holidays get busy. Normally, there's a 2 hour window before reservations get cancelled. I called multiple times days before to ensure I had a truck. I had to scramble to get stuff together to move and my phone had died unexpectedly that morning missing the call that my reservation had been cancelled 45 minutes after i was supposed to be there. The manager and owner scrambled to find a 24' GH truck (HUGE! My wife can't drive big trucks) that I could use. I do appreciate that but I confirmed that reservation days in advance, I don't care if you had a 1000 people waiting for it. That was my truck. Tough on the other people that waited till the last minute. I've driven countless miles to get one or done without at times when I needed to rent a truck. If this weekend was going to be that busy a heads up a day or two or whenever beforehand, not THAT morning last minute, would have been nice to ensure that my reservation was at risk of being cancelled. I was pissed and scared when the manager and owner cancelled my reservation. Sheesh! Stress and headache I didn't need.

I booked this Uhaul over one month in advance and asked for an 8am pick up time because we had family that were going help us move. I called 4 days prior to confirm and was told that it was fine to pick up at 8am. The day before our scheduled pickup the time was changed to 3pm. This messed up our plans. Very disappointed with this service. I will not use again and will not recommend to friends.

There isn't enough parking spaces in the small parking lot. After those are all gone there isn't anywhere else to park. That's my only concern. Otherwise everything else was easy.

Sprague Ave out toward the valley is not historically a nice neighborhood. It looks a lot better now than it did in the 1980's I would not send someone there in the evening or at night. This is not in any way a reflection on U-Haul, the staff or the building itself, they were all wonderful. The location is just on the edge of a bad part of town. Closer to down town is worse than the actual location of the U-Haul building.

Communication between the reservation center and the service location failed to clearly identify the type unit reserved resulting in a return trip to swap the unit with the correct one. All other information was correct but the service location did not know initially what or who reserved a particular type unit resulting in the mixup. When a complaint was made, they made the correction and all went well afterward..... That could certainly be remedied with a little effort. Ratings for the reservation center communications would NOT be favorable.

There was a long wait at the drop off point. Not enough staff to meet the customer demand. I returned the van two days earlier than outlined on the contract and should have received a credit. ( you would have charged me for extra days had I returned it late). The young lady helping me miscalculated the mileage and a manager had to undo the incorrect charge.

The a count set up was a nightmare and to top it off I had to use my email which I couldn't do cuase my data plan ran out, needs to be simplifyed, like send text messages with photos or something easy !

The WORST customer service I have experienced at any business...ever. Employees overcharge, then say "oops, the manager can fix it when you return the truck." When I return the truck the employees say, "He's gone, could be an hour, could be 2 or 3 hours. We never know with him." THEN get told the manger is on the premise...but no one can find him. Wait 30 minutes while they look for him (including walking around the parking lot yelling his name as loudly as they can), and then STILL get overcharged because, "only the manager can fix this."

On previous rentals this location was ok. In the past month I have rented nine U-Boxes, a 20ft truck and car dolley and the 26ft truck on this occasion. Bobbie, the woman in charge of the U-Boxes is awesome. The manager is always running around like he doesn't know what he is doing, and seems quite flustered everytime I have been in. He has no idea how to deal with the U-boxes, which is a problem as Bobbie is gone alot on pickups and deliveries. I had to come into the location to move stuff out of some of my boxes as I had overloaded them and the manager had no idea how to deal with it. On this rental, they did not have the truck ready for me. They took me a truck and handed me the keys and that was it. I got in and the windshield was so covered with bugs I couldn't see out of it. When I asked them to clean it, Kevin seemed quite put out. He swiped it with a brush and asked if that was good enough. It was not, so I asked him to do it again. When I got to the loading location I opened the back and it was dirty, contained a dolly, some used packing blankets and garbage. I did not request either a dolly or blankets. I did return them with the truck, but a dishonest person would not have. Other than the above the truck itself was mechanically well mainted and ran great. Overall, I was not happy with my interaction at this location on this trip.

Laziest Counter staff I have ever encountered in my life. Kevin should be fired. The last 2 times I have rented there in the past 6 months all staff have been horrible. Counter staff arguing with each other on who should do what. Truck had low coolant, garbage in the box and had zero gas. No employee went over the vehicle at all with me to even verify fuel, fluids, damage, or operation. Never will I rent here again.

I had reserved a large open trailer at the downtown Spokane location for Saturday. I was called late friday saying sorry we don't have one. But we could drive way out of the way North to get one because they had one. Then another call later from someone saying sorry they no longer had one there for me someone else has it now- but I could now pick one up they had in the valley reserved for me. When we got there they had my reserved trailer hooked up to another vehicle ready to take it and then it took almost an hour and a half to get it unhooked and then set up on our truck because they were so busy, THIS IS EASILY THE WORST SERVICE EVER, NO ONE COULD CARE LESS IF YOU GOT WHAT YOU RESERVED OR NOT.

Curious that they waved me into to a spot. Unhooked me and was ready to let me drive off. No looking at my paperwork. Didn't look inside. I had to ask for them to walk around and inspect for damage. When I initially picked it up...it seemed required. On the return end it seemed like no big deal.

I thought the cost of my 6x12 enclosed trailer rental was extremely excessive, I paid over 500$ just for the rental, after taxes and insurance it cost me nearly 650$, and for how beat up the trailer was I felt it should have cost me half that. I could have been halfway to purchasing my own trailer new for that chunk of change.
