Customer Service Training. My experience picking up the vehicle was straight forward and pleasant. However upon returning the vehicle the female representative working was very rude and disrespectful. When I pulled onto the lot in the truck, she was in another uhaul truck that had been returned, while conducting a personal telephone conversation. I said, "excuse me young lady, can I leave the truck parked here?" Without looking at or acknowledging me she responded, "put the truck under the green shed". The parking lot was crowded, the truck the employee was in was parked to my left, parked beside (parallel) the green shed. The truck I drove onto the lot, was stopped beside the vehicle the employee was in, mine was facing the Office door. I proceeded to unload some personal items from the uhaul rental into my niece's personal vehicle. She had come to pick me up, I said to my niece I think she said to park the truck under the shed. I'm not sure because she didn't look my way when she said it. However, I could not pull the uhaul rental under the shed because two other Uhaul Vehicles were parked blocking the entrance. Instead I went into the office to make sure I had completed the return process. The employee in question, was behind the desk along with another female employee. I stated I was returning my rental uhaul, the 2nd employee asked where I had parked the truck. The 1st employee responded before I could speak, "I Already Told Her To Put It Under The Shed"; the tone was sarcastic. I'm old enough to be her mother, I said Young Lady You do not have to be so rude to me! Her response was well I'm not from here! My response was you should Keep that rudeness and disrepect! Maybe she did not mean to be disrepectful, maybe that's how she treats people. But there is a correct respectful tone that should be used with anyone as a common courtesy. I'm not trying to have her disciplined or fired. However, I simply came to return a rented vehicle and at my age I simply will not accept an employee disrespecting me or talking to me as a customer in a condescending manner. It Simply was unprofessional, unnecessary and uncalled for. The 2nd employee walked out with me, and simply said "Ma'am I'm sorry for what just happened." She then Moved the two trucks that were blocking the entrance to the Green shed, and I pulled my rental in. As a customer and Human Being, I give respect and expect to be treated likewise. This was the most disgusting truck I have ever rented. I have used Uhaul numerous times and this will be my last. I have video and pictures. The drivers door had a vibrating, knocking noise the entire time I drove. The truck looked has it had not been clean in months. The floor, the window were absolutely disgusting. Set up order to pick up 04/10/2021 at 8am. Arrived at uhaul and no one was there until 11 am. This is very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The manager claims she was out of town, arrangements for the store should of been made properly. I had to pay my mover extra money due to this. When we came to return the U-Haul at 6:55 the door was already locked & they wouldn't even open the door to let us check out. I am told that renting pickups trucks are a problem for "that" location. I am personally ok with that so long as I can get the smaller van. I don't be moving I only be moving stuff I understand that they have a problem with renting vans from that location. That is ok by me so long as I can rent one of the smaller vans. The young lady at the counter did a great job assisting the customers inside the store while the young man was outside cleaning the trucks as soon as they were returned. There was a slight problem with my rental (the van rented to me was being washed inside and out) but the associate was able to call the manager who had no problem putting me in a different vehicle. I was able to complete my move in a timely manner and return the truck with no issues. Being a former employee of the company and knowing how the rental process goes, I can say they did a great job and I would recommend others to visit this location.Ashlei G.

I rented the unit on behalf of my Nephew who lost his mother to a heart attack in July and his Stepfather in August. He lives in Florida and needed someplace to store househhold items. I am extremely disappointed that I could not get a refund of the unused portion of my rental payment. The ending date for my initial rental was 24 September. Prior to that date, I made a payment. My nephew and I cleared the unit out on 27 September, just 3 days later. I believe that I should only be charged for the 2 or 3 days from the 24th. and rest should be refunded to me. The storage facility itself was excellent. I used the unit for several years and found no problems with my stored items. The problems that I had was with the parking. On Saturday, September 12, 2020, I parked my vehicle in a parking space painted for parking. When I parked, I felt a pull on my right bumper. When I looked, a nail protruding from the cement barrier had ripped off the right side of my bumper. I informed the manager, Shinita Cunningham. She said that the parking spots were for hitches, but there were no signs saying the parking spots were for the hitches. I now have a damaged bumper and I am not pleased about it because it could have been avoided. There are no customer parking spaces for storage customers. That problem needs to be addressed. On Sunday, September 13, 2020, the normal staff was off. The gentleman filling in could not open the storage area because he did not have the keys or codes. Me and my family waited for 1 1/2 hrs but were still unable to get into the storage area. I thought it was ridiculous that he did not have the correct information necessary to continue normal operations. It was very frustrating and I had to reschedule meeting dates with my family to complete emptying the storage unit. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had moving with Uhaul. I just have spoke with 12 individuals from 800 Uhaul online, Ethics department, store managers, clerks, and maybe 2 individuals were pleasant and willing to assist my family and I. Hey ur storage reservation was secured wrong by representative, the services that were supposed to be available were not available putting the safety of my family at risk. The size of the storage that I reserved and was forced to down grade to a unit that almost didn’t fit the capacity of my goods. We were threatened by the staff.
