Due to staffing issue, only one employee on duty. I waited 15 minutes in empty waiting area for service. Trash cans were overflowing in parking lot. Equipment was rusted, difficult to spin rusted bolt on 2" ball hitch.

The staff and management here was excellent. Customer service was fantastic, and all commitments regarding my installation were kept or exceeded. I traveled to this location after having difficulties with another, closer location to my home, and it was worth the trip and longer drive. If you want to feel well taken care of, come here!

Ot was terrible I only could use the truck for less then 8 hours the reps was helpful but then I returned the truck half an hour late AMD I called yet my card was charged 95.00 more now my card is in the negative. I'm so annoyed right now because I'm currently homeless I dont have the money to pay back that card and I dont think it's fair to take money that you didnt ask permission to take also I never was told the reason why. 1) charging by the mile and the having to top off gas is a rip off. I drove 15 miles and cost me 15 in gas to top off. Obviously it was not as full as indicated. Unless van gets 1 mile per gallon. Then add 12.00 for mile rate. So 27 bucks for 15 miles driven?? 2) nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. Phones bounce back and forth between dispatch...Dallas....everywhere but front desk. 3) Staff was fine....they obviously have no control over these corporate issues. 19.99 special is more like 50.00. There is nothing personal about the experience. They got you by the b*lls.

I needed a hitch installed on my 2019 Honda CRV. I did extensive research since I didn't know anything about hitches. I made 4 preliminary phone calls to uhaul to ensure cost, the right hitch, etc. I should've known this experience would only get worse considering those phone calls. I was quoted $300 for installation only, then $37, an appointment that was never entered in the computer so when I showed up I had no appointment-- Incompetence at best! I then scheduled a second appointment at the Feasterville, PA location for July 4 at 8 am in person. I informed the person I had my own hitch in the trunk which I had called previously to ensure it was a type they could install. He came out with me to my car to make sure it would work- I mentioned I wanted it installed under the bumper without the v-bar showing-- he told me yes it was fine. On July 4th, as I am paying for the installation I causally ask the same person "So, did you have to cut into the bumper in order to install the hitch." Him: "No, it wasn't necessary." Me: "Oh ok, because the installation video I watched did." Him: "Nah, didn't need to." I go out to my car and have a look the v-bar is in fact visible and I notice a uhaul label on the hitch. My hitch was not a uhaul hitch. I approach the same guy in the doorway and say to him "This is not what I wanted." Him "This is as far up as I could install it." Me "It was suppose to be mounted under the bumper. Why does it have a U-haul sticker? This isn't the hitch I purchased and brought in for installation." Him "I had the same one so I swapped it out." Me: "Why?" Him "Well it was the same." Me: "No. It's not the same." He extends his hand for the keys without a word and takes the car back in to re- install the hitch. I informed him when I left that I do not appreciate being lied to... and what exactly was the point of swapping out my more expensive hitch for a uhaul hitch if I specifically purchased it to be installed. The best part he just took it upon himself to do so without consulting me.... AN UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE IN NOT A GOOD WAY!

I was in Feasterville Pa location My contract no: 91634508 I rented a truck from this location for 3 hours I drove 27 miles and took it back my problem with the customer service I was speaking to Joeseph Callahan he wasn’t a pleasant he was rude person and he was lying to me about the guys he charge me extra 13:50 and I brought the truck the way it was and he says above 5/8 tank and I brought it back the way it was I seen it it’s not the money the way he was talking to me he was not nice to meAppreciate if you get in touch with me thanks (973) 444- 2510 Also I was going to put gas in the truck he says I will close in 8 minutes

They failed to inspect the trailer properly when they received it from somebody else. There was a major leak in the roof that caused my contents to get damaged.

I have used this location numerous times over the last several years, and I have received excellent customer service. This time the customer services was extremely poor. When I walked into the rental office there was another couple already waiting to be helped. We were ignored for at least 20 minutes. When the rep finally came to assist us in our rentals, he acted as if the customers were an inconvenience to his day. If I didn't need the truck for this particular day and time, I would have walked out. The other couple shared similar comments during our conversation, which we had plenty of time to do during our wait. The rep should have at least acknowledged us if he needed a few moments to deal with something else. When he finally came to the counter, he then proceeded to count the money in his register, still not acknowledging anyone standing directly in front of him. When he finally did acknowledge us, he was far from welcoming, never apologized for the wait, and was far from pleasant. As bad as this review sounds, it is true, and hard to believe that anyone would find this behavior acceptable, especially someone who works is a customer service business.

I rent trucks for various reasons 2 or 3 times a year. I have used this location before. The man who rented the truck was nice informative and courteous...I used the truck for the allotted time and went 23 miles instead of the projected 20....I filled the gas tank completely and made sure the storage area was broom clean...we didnt eat or drink in van. My 10 yr old son got some brown smudges on whe rubber floormats and console as we were moving components of a swingset from a yard. No muddy prints..just smudges...normal wear and tear for a moving van. I have rented cars and a cleanup is always part of the rental package...I paid 87 dollars for this truck..and was charged 10 bucks for a cleaning fee??? Ridiculous for a few smudges on the floor mat and console from an child. Furthermore..chris o driscoll..the older gentleman who was doing the return paperwork was rather curt in his explanation of the cleaning fee even when i tried to ask about it... he didnt answer questions and i had to ask if i was done...was there additional paperwork and furthermore was i allowed to go. Overall I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble..he was doing his job. I just dont think this fee was warranted due to the type of vehicle i rented...a van for hauling and moving that was made purposely with rubber flooring due to the durability and high usage of the vehicle....it was not an exotic car rental...if this is u hauls policy ..i will rent elseware...10 dollars is a small nothing fee....but my sons feet are short ..he made smudges. He was excited to ride in the van and i dont travel with damp papertowels if his feet bump something....slightly disappointed is my review..thanks for listening.

The service guy who installed my hitch also put my bike rake on that I brought with me because I wasn't sure how to do it!!! Amazing service!!!

Customer servant was rude and forgot the moving blankets that I rented. When we had to go back to pick them up which took another hour and a half out of an already very long day the guy seemed not to care and was unapologetic. Other than that it was all good.

The rate per mileage should be less. You advertise for a van $19.95 and then you charge a rate per mileage. Very expensive

The place was clean, the attendants friendly and personable. We were handled quickly and efficiently, which was amazing because we placed our reservation last minute and it was the first weekend of the month. The new safety procedures and mobile access was helpful and put me at ease that Uhaul cared about it’s renters and rental equipment. Nicely done Feasterville!

Pick up took long- at least 15 minutes, even though we had completed pre-check in online. staff reported computer system was slow. same issue with same location when i had called a day prior to reserve the vehicle- on phone for 30 minutes, staff stating system slow.

The location was over 20 miles away from where We requested. The guy wanted me to take a 20 foot truck instead is the 10 I had reserved. He offered to take $20 dollars off price. When i refused, he Was irritated and stopped being nice. Basically just handed me the keys and said the truck was in “i”. Where he had walked the previous couple out to their truck. Probably gave them some instruction.

When I went in there was only one associate working. Had to wait around for about 45 mins before I could even be helped and it was only one person in front of me. When I returned the truck I was charged an extra $35.

The one, 1, handicapped parking spot has no painted area for the loading and unloading of wheelchairs. I had to stay in my van when we returned our rental. Reason, the area that should be line painted was blocked with a rental staged for pick up. This violates the ADA rules as well as my rights. Please fix this problem and install and maintain the proper parking for those in wheelchairs, like myself.

Everything went very smooth thanks to your very helpful employee. My only problem was my truck was equipped with a 7 pin trailer light plug and your trailer required a 4 pin, had to purchase an adapter for $12.00 , maybe you should consider renting these adapters for a lower fee since most customers will not have use for this part . I reserved a van at the LEVITTOWN, Pa location, which was very far from my house and the house we were moving to, because there were no vans available in my area. Carmen at the LEVITTOWN location was extremely helpful in getting us a van at the Feasterville location. I was so impressed with the customer service at all of the U-Haul locations I visited, including the Langhorne location while speaking with Jason to get prices and info. Thanks to the employees at these locations, we had an excellent first experience with U-Haul and I will be recommending these locations to anyone who asks.

I made my reservation online and somehow got into a contract that made me return the truck back where i picked it up.i didnt even know this waa even an option with uhaul. When i put my information in the website told me to put the address i was moving to and i did which it was 45 minutes away from where i picked it up. Aftet i moved i tried to return my truck to uhauls in philly where i moved to and they told me i couldnt and had tp bring it back. Then i called to try and work something out but the woman i spoke to said there wasnt anthing she can do. She said if i had gotten a 20 footer or 15 footer then i wouldnt have had to bring it back. This makes no sense to me, theres nothing practiacal about this policy and just caused a major stressful inconvience for me and my family. Also there wasnt a furniture dolly in my truck and i got charged for one still. This overall experience was terrible and i really expected more from uhaul. I should be able to get some money back from the dolly i never received and the double miles i had to pay for because i had to drive it back all the way to where i came from.

I was fairly underwhelmed by the service I received when I picked up my rental. It didn’t seem like the associate I worked with knew the operating system well. I was asked a number of times for my license and credit card when things wouldn’t work. More underwhelming was how I was left completely alone to find the truck. I was just handed the keys and told to look for the right number. I would have appreciated someone showing me the vehicle rather than having to search. Lastly, I purchased several bundles of boxes and never once did anyone offer to help me carry the boxes to the truck, much less help me find it.
