THORE E | Overall ExperienceThe chevy truck was prepped and ready for us although we were early. Truck was clean and good to drive. It did have a echoing tinny sound while driving which could have been road noise or an echo of some type. But overall not a problem, mentioned the noise to the on duty attendant

barry bThis is a smaller location for equipment but it has a large assortment of storage rooms. Savanna was a delight to work with. She hooked up my trailer and made sure that all things were good to go. Return was a breeze. The only down side was that I originally wanted a 4X8 trailer and this location did not have one. They did have a 5X8 that worked just as well. I was able to complete my task.

Access to the unit with a trailer is not possible due to a very large pile of leaves and debris on one corner as well as other trailers being stored on the other building corners. My particular unit is also in a location that isn't visible to the office or roadway and is poorly lit. A flashlight is required to unlock the unit.

Robert WOne person I staff is not sufficient when there are several people waiting . When we book trucks we are likely on a time frame . Savannah was excellent in handling but I had to wait a long time for intake and then to book out. I hope you pay her well
Christine Rwe really liked the people in charge , they were working hard, but support from the corporation was very poor and hurts the hard working local employees. the truck had such bad front end alignment that I thought my Husband could get a DUI driving it. Your local people saved our experience.

Steve arental was great. Pick up was a little delayed. Had problem returning as I got stuck in mud, however, U-haul worked with us and everything was great.

We started with a local truck rentals as we prepared our house for sale. Then we added a large storage unit for some of our household goods, then another large unit to hold more furniture. She recommended the moving crew that we used and of course multiple U-Haul truck rentals. She guided me in which truck (26’) and auto carrier to use and even suggested your U-Haul boxes (3) for the extrz capacity that we needed in the end. We loaded everything yesterday and leave with our loaded truck an Teslsa on the trailer this morning. Savannah has been amazing throughout this whole extended process. She has been very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. And, always with a smile. We were business owners for over 30 years employing over 50 people so we know when we see an outproformer like Savanna. If we hadn't already sold our business, we would have tried to hire her!

Due to the topography of the driveline, it is where water and, ultimately, soil and mud accumulate rendering clean and challenging access to those units.

I prefer the kind like my storage has on Orcas Island better. They are simpler and they do not stick. A loop type of slide just lines up with a fixed hole and is easy maintenance as well easy to lock and unlock.
