I found the staff to be friendly however, I had many problems, most importantly, I feel as though I was completely over-charged with over $600 in fees for a truck rental and a storage unit. I have to go through and figure out what all the charges are for and the receipts don’t even specify so I have no way of knowing. I do know I got charged $38 for fuel when the truck was returned on 1/2 tank just as it was when I picked it up. Initially the storage unit I had was far too small and was no a drive up so that put my move behind a whole day. Also I had to come back for the dollies I rented because they forgot to load them. This move was a nightmare from beginning to end because of this Uhaul store. I have over $600 in charges from renting a truck and a storage unit. So I got wayyyy over-charged and they charged me $38 for fuel when I returned the truck on 1/2 tank which was where it was at when I picked it up. This was an awful, terrible experience! I was ripped off. I was charged $60 for gas and only drove 12 miles! I was told it would be $19.95 plus .56 per mile but was lied to. I was told to sign and didn't even get to read the contract! I was charged $108 for driving 11 miles. I called to complain and did not get a call back. This was the most horrible customer service I've ever received . I will never be back and I will tell others how I was ripped off and tell them to stay away from this place!Rhonda C.

Read in a few places it was 24/7 self storage but it’s only accessible between 7am and 10pm which really isn’t an inconvenience unless you’re trying to work through the night to move out on a deadline but it isn’t 24/7. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with it. I would recommend uhaul storage to anyone. For the climate controlled storage and the ease of access it’s well worth it.Bryan E. | Online Move In
Truck didnt run good. Rpms where high the whole time. Mirror on passanger side is broke wasted hours and gas trying to see out the window so i didnt hit cars or trying to get over.
