The folks here were quick, friendly, and professional. I found it extremely easy to get what I needed when I needed it. As I was leaving, I saw that this location also had a place where people could donate their used boxes for other people to use for free. This deepened my appreciation for this particular location. I will think of these folks first when I need uhaul again in the future.

Staff at this location dod not attend to the vehicle’s cleanliness before my receipt of vehicle. There was trash left in cabin of vehicle. Vehicle was not swept out amd much debris in back.

Quick and painless. Got in, filled out info, hooked up trailer, they did a quick clean and we were out in under 25 minutes.

Uhaul was dirty. Forgot to include the dolly I paid for. Also, claimed the right-handed rear light was not working on account of an electrical issue with my car. When we hooked the car up to my Dad's truck, his right rear light also was not working and therefore it cannot be a coincidence. All in all, the uhaul until was not ready. Very disappointing.

Lots of scratches and broken bumper places on the vehicle that were not captured on the paper. I don't like self-identifying those and needing to take pictures for U-Haul. Pre-inspection of the vehicle should be done with a U-Haul person and customer. When the vehicle was returned I was just told it would be inspected after I left and I'd be sent a receipt. I don't like that. I want the inspection with me there present. Other U-Haul places I've rented from recently didn't did things this way and I gave them higher ratings.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Very clean vehicle. The estimated price was essentially what I got, so I appreciated the cost transparency.

The lady who made my reservation was pretty rude, when I didn't opt in for the insurance because the type of insurance I have will cover rental trucks. Secondly the gas level was less than the stated amount was I took a picture and sent it it was an 1/8th of a tank not the little extra as was stated. She told me I would get a 9 dollar credit for returning it with a 1/4 tank and that was not applied. Even though it should have been more because there was less gas in it

Call me back regarding the 243$ charge for a BROKEN SIDE VIEW MIRROR I am seriously angered at this charge and the fact that I offered to replace the broken mirror before dropping off the truck and I was just told a manager would contact me regarding it

My complaints are generally with UHaul, and not the people working there - your service is SO SLOW. I had to wait at one location for fifteen minutes, only to be told without any prior communication that my reservation had been moved to the Foster location, where I then had to wait in line again for another fifteen minutes. I wasn't able to pick up my truck until an hour after my reservation started. Fix your reservation system, please. Rehaul your online reservation system, or go back to doing it the old fashioned way where there is a human being counting the trucks and making the reservations. Also your pricing is, as always, misleading. I was also offered a credit on my last trip that I didn't receive. Renting from Uhaul was by far the most stressful part of my move. Two thumbs down.

Fastest move into a storage unit ever. Quick and easy. Unit was easy to access from car. Cart was readily available. No line to counter, employees were friendly and helpful.

I was not happy that my rent went up $5 in a year. I was definitely not told that there would be an increase. Also, there was some mouse poop on my things.

I reserved a u move box not a room and i went to pick it up and they said i had a storage unit reserved ruined my weeked he promised my card wouldnt be charged unhappy!! Ruined my weekend and move
