My equipment was not clean in this one instance, but I rent from this location on a fairly regular basis. It (open trailer) was lightly covered in some type of gas/oil mix. It was not a big issue due to the cargo I needed to transport. It definitely could have used a power washing of the floor. I was only concerned because I did not want to be charged for the condition of the rental, and the oil did not show up very well in the "check out" photographs for the equipment rental. The location was fairly busy on the weekends and the staff was efficient in getting the customers thru the line. Normally the service here in 4 1/2 stars out of 5.Anthony S.

We rented from the internet to move my deceased mothers vehicle and things from Maryland back to Kentucky We only had 3 days to move everything and get back. We had zero problems with the truck running correctly and pulling our vehicle and it was very clean inside. We found after we got home to unload that the truck had a leak in the right front corner and soaked some pictures that I had in boxes. It rained the night before we were to head out and I guess it leaked in. We had nothing in that area that would have leaked out. It wasn't a total loss and dried them off. The car trailer strap on the left front side was too short to connect to the ratchet strap. They were rolled into the ratchet mechanism and didn't find out til I tried to strap the left front wheel down.I had to us a strap to hook to the wheel web into ratchet that was on the front of the trailer. The safety chain on the rear had the hook drug off to where it would not connect. Had to use a strap to secure the vehicle in case the car came loose. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I noted all the things that needed attention to the drop off point attendant and took pictures of the damaged boxes and defects of the trailer. I would recommend anyone to them but their mechanic needs to be more attentive to the little things that cause problems.JAMES F.

Kind of disappointed. Your systems were down last week. So I rescheduled for this week. My reservation for 11 am wasn't there and they said I could wait til 3 pm for a pick up truck! They said I could go around the corner and pick up the truck at another location and come back for the trailer which sounded like a plan. So I did just that only to find the other location didn't have the pick up truck. So I went back.. each time waiting 15-20 minutes in line. I get back and they tell me there's nothing they can do. I finally asked if I can get a box truck instead..I was buying a car and had a set time to pick it up which got pushed back.. I just needed something that would work. the gentleman asked how long I'd need it and I said probably 6-8 hours since my plans were now delayed. This is at 12:15, I don't even get the truck and on the road til 12:30ish. All goes well I get back and the stores closed.. no worries I start the drop off process online and u-haul tries to charge me double counting the late drop off as a second day. This has me fuming. I go to look at my receipt and see the guy put I'd only need it 4 hours! Ridiculous. Nothing but problems trying to rent with u-haul. Not only that. I was told I'd be contacted by a representative due to my payment dispute. Instead they just send a bill to my email the next day and here I am! Had I known this would be an such issue I would've just waited a few hours for a friend to get off work and help!SCOTT A.

I'm a hourly worker I got there around 7 am in the morning trying to rent a trailer But it's unacceptable that this U-Haul dealer has ONLY 1 cashier at 7 am , When every body it's trying to rent equipment and we are in a rush. This guy Jonathan was doing everything by him self on Wednesday because of the i wait 45 minutes in line I'm very disappointed with the kind of customer service. Had to leave the van overnight and came by the next morning at 9AM and had to wait for an hour because there was only one person helping the couple in front of me who was having some problems with the storage unit who eventually left to go to another storage facility. So I could finally unload the van into the storage unit and I missed a job that I had to be at on Monday morning because of this. The truck. I rented had need oil change light on. The inside of truck was very clean except the front windshield was hard to see out of because it was dirty. I tried wiping it and it felt like something was sprayed on it and just dried there. The entire windshield. Because I was driving at night, when car lights would hit the windshield, it was very hard to see out of the thick film covering the windshield. Had I needed the truck longer, I would have cleaned and scrubbed the windshield myself for better visibility.LINDA H.

The U Haul staff was always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lines were long but I believe they were trying to provide the best service to the customers. The storage facility was clean and spotless and carts were readily available. The area where people would leave their no-longer wanted items was promptly cleared out whether by U Haul staff or folks' new treasure. This U Haul facility is a pleasant place to store your items. I requested a refund of a late fee in July. The location manager apparently issued a VIP certificate that I never learned about. I followed up with him 3 or 4 times without a response. Lastly, I was told by an employee staffing the office front desk that we had to access our storage units during office hours even though the posted access hours are outside office hours! We had used UHAUL to store some items from our home temporarily while we had our house on the market. The 1st storage unit we had was at the back of the building and had a water leak. Thankfully, I had stuff in rubber tubs and nothing was damaged. However, UHAUL did not seem to care. I asked for a different unit and there were none available, so I suggested a larger unit for the same rate. The check in process and dealing with people working there is extremely SLOW. If you plan to go into the office, be prepared to wait or be in there for at least 30 minutes until you speak to someone.
