This location was great but it is 35 minutes from my home. The location that I wanted to rent from is 8 minutes away but didn't have the equipment I needed. It's disappointing that some arrangements couldn't be made to get the equipment to that location, especially when I booked it more than 3 weeks in advance.Randall S.

The issue i have was not the personnel at long pond. I had a schedule pickup at east ridge road. Only when I got there did I learn â€œoh we had to move it to Long Pondâ€? I then had to travel to another location to pick this trailer up. I did receive a confirmation email the day beforeâ€¦perhaps the move was in there but it was the 3rd email since I made my reservation so I had no idea I was moved. there were no phone calls no special â€˜warning' emails. Trucks could be cleaned alot better! Inside windshield was disgusting and visibility reduced. Drivers seat was worn to the point a seat cover was on it. Just overall poor maintenance or properly cleaned and replace equipment.David P.

While calling the location the phone just rings, then a customer service representative from a call center can't provide, change or update your info they can only take payment..they do not have an email address on file and we are told because Uhaul has 3 different computer systems..customer service via telephone is a tragedy..staff at the location did not enter correct info, initially , but very helpful otherwiseLucretia S. | First Impressions
Have you equipment at the location on the day and time the customer requested MORE often than not! Especially if the customer made their reservation well in advance. 2 months in my case. This caused an extreme disruption in my out of state moving plans.Jeremy M.

Ordered and paid for a tow hitch assy 2 months ago for a KIA Sportage. Had U-haul rep. add note that I was flying in from Texas on 06/18 with my 87 year old Dad to move him from Hilton, NY to Maine and that I need to be called by 06/17 if there are any issues. I arrived at U-haul facility on 6/18 to find no hitch assy and the incorrect hitch was ordered so it eouldn't have mattered if U-haul had the hitch. I received no call of this anomaly. Had to rent a 25 foot cargo truck and drive 20 miles to another U-haul to get a tow dolly for my Dad's KIA. Cost us an extra $250 for the tow dolly and an extra $175 in gas to make the move back up to Maine. Rebecca at Long Pond Rd was terrific. Understandably, I wasn't the best customer, but she did everything she could to find a solution. Including calling her manager.ROBERT E.

It's impossible to get anyone to answer phones at any location. I called all in my area. Finally drove to victor location, they didn't have trailer. Got one at Long pond/Ridgeway. Employee was great but took forever because there was only one person at counter. You need to get back to pre COVID!don F.

I originally made my reservation for Saturday June 12 online for a 6' x 12' utility Trailer from the E. Ridge Rd location. On Friday a woman called and said they don't have a 6' x 12' trailer and set me up with a 5' x 8' utility Trailer at Long Pond Rd. My understanding is Uhaul has a $50 reservation guarantee. I don't understand why the website would allow me to make a reservation if the Trailer is not available.Roger W.

They were very friendly! They explained the extra charges before even having to ask. They walked me through every step with a smile. The location was clean and inviting. The only thing that I wish I had known was the exact amount of gas to put back into the truck. Unfortunately, due to the horrible start of this experience I didn't know that it was printed on the agreement. I ended up putting way more gas into the truck than needed. So, I ended up wasting about another $30 on this rental! This ended up being more expensive that if I had gone with ANYONE ELSE and with a MUCH BETTER truck and experience!Todd S.

The location and staff were great. The trailer I rented for local use looked pretty good on the outside, but was pretty beat up on the inside. I'm not used to seeing UHaul equipment in that condition. Please keep up your standards and retire or refurbish your trailers!STUART B.

Well, without a smart phone noting vehicle damage and returning after hours was a hassle. Also, during some rain, one of the windshield wiper blades fell off of the arm. Luckily we were pulling into a gas station. I reattached the blade and found the other wiper also was not properly installed. Neither of the wipers had been locked onto the arms!
