I had entered the store location and waited for several minutes and no one was coming so I walked around the lot to the maintenance shop and finally found an employee who said they would be right up. There should be a way for the customer to inform the employees that a customer is there. I had pickup at 8. I was told on arrival at 8 that the overnight crew didn't do their job, and it wouldn't be ready until 9. Then the app gave me the wrong address so when I went to drop off I was in the wrong location. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is that the employee who helped me out was friendly and helpful,Ryan L.

I loved my experience, it was really nice to get a refunded for bringing the trailer back a day early. The tires were low on air but that was an easy fix. I would really like the option of renting a dump trailer too, but no complaints from me!Travis S.

When you do an after hours Moble check in & your supposed to be contacted the next day in order to resolve the bill make sure that happens so customers who are on a tight budget, ie retired/disabled & on SSDI, can pay their bill with U-Haul in a timely manner w/o disrupting personal financesâ€¦I was billed 20 days after I dropped off my rentalâ€¦not very happy about that.Tonya L.

AC only worked about 30% of the time. We moved on the hottest day so this was miserable. Also, I selected moving pads when I reserved the truck, these were not provided to me. I was told they were out, this was not ideal. Otherwise good experience. Customer service was great.Heather M.
We had a major problem with our one way contract, not here in Florida but in Colorado! We thought we signed a contract for a one way to Florida but we got pulled over by by a local regional manager who said our contract was only good to Kansas . So they had my family get out of the truck on the spot and had it towed, I believe there was a miss communication in Colorado which lead to this! We were a few days late due to our other truck and 5th wheel breaking. Down, so we called the national number and they had no notes of such. Nore we're there ever any missed calls so hard to say what really happened! But once they got the truck back, they were nice people in Florida. We ended up getting a storage unit until we find a house here. I guess one should always double check the contracts.Dylan W.

Friday was a disaster with 3 missed appts due to customers not returning vans on time. Got the gurantee. Finally got rental on Sunday and all went well with van and customer service.rick H.
Hard to improve perfection! I didn't have to wait but a couple of min to be helped, basically in and out. Returning was the same. Customer service was 5 star, Isaac was the best and I'm picky. He had such a pleasant and upbeat attitude, even though it was boiling outside. I will not go anywhere else to rent, mainly because of the service I received. Made a reservation for a vehicle, kept me waiting in line for a half hour while they figure out they don't have any vehicles , then tell you you're screwed and go somewhere else even though there's vans sitting in the lot. Then they figure out that they can actually rent the van they have in the lot all the while laughing about the other people in line that are screwed. Then they gave the van to me with 1/8th of a gas tank full and asked me to return it with 1/4 tank for a $19 credit. Never mind the fact that gas is $4.50/gallon. So pretty much a wash. Maybe call people ahead of time and let them know you don't have any trucks to rent. Just a thought. Last time I will EVER rent with Uhaul.Nate D.

Made reservation on line. Seems what is done on line is not consistent what shows up in store somehow. 8 hour reservation turned into 4 hour. Lucky for me ... I got it done but could of been a disaster. Customer service was super nice about it all .... yet ....!?! Would do again but would talk to them directly to avoid booking issues.rick H.

Storage was great!!!! I was very happy with everyone that I talked to. I just had a HUGE problem with my truck reservation. As my plane was landing in Colorado to retrieve my belongings my reservation was being canceled. I had to find movers on short noticed which cost almost three time as much as the truck I had reserved and a plane ticket on a holiday weekend. Isaac Is EXCELLENT I’d be happy to have my last month prorated and BE REIMBURSED THE $15.00 The store manager charged me for “late charge”. That’s not true at all. We had a card on file. And I spoke directly to the store manager face-to-face on the day after the payment was due and he handed me overlock key. If there was a problem with the card he should’ve said it right then and there. There was no problem with the card therefore I want my $15 back. We rented a truck and got a free months storage. We needed to extend that storage 1 week, and they told us they’d charge us for the whole month. $174 for 1 week of storage is bad business.
