Will the owner/manager was excellent. His staff was equally good. Worked well as a team. I was in and out 2 times extremely fast. Will's staff was polite, helpful and I felt safe from covid issues. 5 star rating.

Joe was very professional and great during check in, and had my trailer hooked up very quickly. I had zero issues with the trailer that i rented. The return went very smoothly and quickly, and a new employee was being trained during my return. The employee took the time to explain to the trainee every step of the return process.....would highly recomend to anyone

Not happy about hidden fees in rental agreement. They were never discussed or described in any part of the contract. Expect additional taxes, environmental fees and an additional state charge to be added to your bill. ALSO this location NEVER answers the phone - you only get the call center. We actually drove to the location to confirm our reservation. They weren't even busy, just had phones set to automatically go to call center so they didn't have to answer the phones. One good comment - they did have our reservation available on the day of pickup and it was ready on time.

I was scheduled to pick up the van at noon, I was running late and when I got there the employee (Will Boske) was helping a another customer hook up a trailer. He saw that I was waiting and ran in to assure me that he would be right with me. He hustled and got the other customer taken care of and got to me way quicker than I expected.

The trailer jack was hardly working at all and I believe the gears are completely stripped out. I had to use my vehicle jack to assist in lifting the trailer. I mentioned this to the guy at the drop off location. I don't know if he was gonna do anything about it for the next customer. Hopefully he will as this was extremely frustrating

The truck was leaking n it got all my belongings wet i tell them n they do nothing about it at all! I had to get my furniture cleaned because of this!! I wasnt happy

Great staff there. Everyone was helpful and kind. Corporate must find a better method to contact the store when a question arises. I know It is hard being a global company yet there has got to be a better method. Hour long waits on hold are very trying.

The only complaint I have is that the gentleman that checked me in was not wearing any sort of face mask. Other employees were but I was a little uncomfortable with this as we take the virus seriously. Maybe they aren't required to but it was something I noticed immediately. The whole experience was excellent and quick and smooth though, and we will return when needed. Thank you

They let me leave with a trailer unsafe to pull. My truck needed a 6" drop hitch and without it, the trailer was not towable. They are horrible at the Greensburg Pa location! They need trained on trailers and hitches.

Keep the same type of employees that I encountered when I scheduled the truck, picked up the truck and returned the truck. I will say, if I had a business, I would hope to have the type of staff that you have. They were respectful, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Truck that I rented needed brakes checked it squeaked everytime you came to a stop and it had an exhaust leak you could smell when motor was cool in side truck. That truck just needs some maintenance work

Had a little problem with the box that was delivered, it was the wrong size, it was shorter that the web listing and I had a tall item that would not fit had to go pick one up myself but from that point on it was a great..

Facility was extremely clean and seemed very secure. I felt very comfortable using this storage space over the past several years. Only downside to the whole experience was that the final month rent is not prorated based on when I closed my account, and I received no credit. Seems a bit unfair.

I was very disappointed that the 10X10 storage space that I reserved by phone was not available when I came in to finalize the arrangements. My oldest son (52) passed away suddenly on September 10th from a heart attack. He was an amazing tattoo artist (Spanky’s Tattoos) and as administrator of his estate, I am responsible for protecting and preserving his art work. I requested a climate controlled area to facilitate this task. Instead, I am in the basement which I was told is heated. Is that the same as”climate controlled)? I am rather disappointed to say the least!

Your staff was great and listened to my complaints about the original pickup in Sharon, Pa UHaul location. I’ve tried to write a written complaint and request money back due to an obnoxious stench and filthy muddy truck that had been smoked in!! Additionally, the truck should have NEVER been allowed to be operated by anyone! I have an incurable lung disease along w/asthma and a severely compromised immune system. That being said, I was the ONLY person able to drive your truck. I requested another truck from the Sharon location and at first, it was due to the horrendous smell and filth inside the truck. The man said it was fine and I wouldn’t be charged for it being dirty but I explained I was gagging after seconds of opening the door! He said to air it out and leave windows down. He claimed he couldn’t release any other trucks and that’s all I could use. Again, all of my complaints are directed to the Sharon, Pa location ONLY! The employees in Greensburg Pa were kind and helpful!

The staff is incompetent and doesn't accept responsibility for their mistakes. Blaming the customer is pretty bad customer service. There is also no elevator on site & I was forced to buy a Uhaul lock

It took over an hour to check inbecause of off site issues. All parties were professional as issues were resolved. I did mention there was a dead bird in front of the bay door that never was removed.
