The clerk was very rude and unprofessional. The company did not send the correct total needed for rental in my agreement and when I went to the location for pick up, the clerk failed to give me the correct amount. I loaded more money into my card which still wasn't enough. The clerk had an attitude. I was scheduled to pick up a truck not a trailer but this what I was forced to leave with because of the clerks poor customer service. His lack of knowledge of the business. Lisa (the manager on Broadway (in Hattiesburg) was so helpful, she was really on top of things. I had issues with the staff in Las Vegas and other areas of Uhaul (Cecilia was not helpful, very condescending and accusative). Lisa looked at the conversations in my file and understood and corrected everything (thanks Lisa). The driver (I think she maybe the only one in Mississippi was awesome also. The person who checked us in was rude! She wore a name badge that said General Manager and spoke at length with the man she was working with, but rrely conversed with me at all. She did inform me that "Ain't got no utility dollies or furniture dolly" ( which I had requested), and when I asked her if she had anything she brought out an appliance dolly and just walked away. As we were leaving she yelled out "The number on the key is the number of your truck"....and we went out in search of our rental. Bottom line....You don't have to like people to work in the customer service industry; you just have to be smart enough to act like you do. She needs basic training in customer service.SHARON R.

Have the requested truck available at the requested location. We requested our truck weeks in advance. There was no reason we needed to drive all the way across town, then pay mileage on the truck all the way back across town when we provided that amount of notice.Sara H.
THe whole event turned out great except for the inbound hurricanes on the Gulf Coast. I was unable to get the Ubox in Mobile and had to rent a 15' truck and then drive to Hattiesburg to offload into my Ubox. Then the hurrican changed direction and I was unable to ride the Amtak train back due to the inbound hurrican from Biloxi to New Orleans. I was able to then fly back to Dulles Airport vice the train at a very $$$$ priced ticket!!!Robert E.

The truck had a sensor saying the gas cap was not closed properly. Re closed it and the sensor was still on. The check engine light came on also. The truck shifted rough, like it did not want to go into gear. The lady in the office was super nice. The gentleman that checked me in had no idea how to check the mileage use. Had to show him how. Pickup was great. Lady at drop off was rude ! I put 10 gallons of gas and I went 57 miles. That is a hell of a deal for y'all !! I went 7 miles over and she charges me extra.
