the staff are totally unprofessional & not trained to perform their job. they charged over $ 600 and has no clue how to resolve this, total waste of time its better you shut the stores rather than scamming customers this has to stop now, i want all the refunds with refund authorization emailed to me before noon today

Hattiesburg location was very unfriendly, dirty, and smelled of marijuana. They tried to rent me a damaged trailer. Until I refused and said I was going a long way threw several states and did not trust the broke hitch, then they finally swapped for another trailer. Undamaged trailer did fine and worked perfectly. Upon my arrival to Tennessee I was told the location to return was not excepting u-haul trailers and had to go to a second location. This being the first time ever renting from U-haul I was concerned of extra charge for not dropping the trailer at the original location. Upon arrival of second location I was greeted with a smile, he was very helpful and explained that he would take care of everything. I will get from that location again!!

Your employee was less than hospitable . Came across very abrupt and rude . Further the online information was less than helpful . We reserved a 26ft truck which we later ( day before move that you had scheduled for three hours away which obviously was not feasible . So then we were charged 504 verses 364 because we had to use a smaller truck and trailer . There was zero consistency or reliably . I was incredibly disappointed in the overall service. The positive is that the truck ran very smoothly snd was in good condition.

Everything with the U-Haul was good until I refueled it and the gas needle would not show a full tank and that's how it was when I picked it up so I was charged for 4 or 5 gallons at 4.00$ a gallon when I returned it

I got the uhaul it was on 3/8. I have the picture to prove it. I filled it up to 1/2 . Why did I have to fill it up to 5/8 if it wasn't on 5/8 when I got the uhaul. That seems unfair. Everything else was great at this location even the employee was fast and very nice. They lie was 21.96 extra taken off my credit card for the gas. I don't feel that is right

The man that checked me in on 1/5/21 noted that the van that had been assigned to me was not clean so he reassigned me one that was clean. I think that showed me he represented this company in a very professional manner and I would recommend this Uhaul.

The clerk was very rude and unprofessional. The company did not send the correct total needed for rental in my agreement and when I went to the location for pick up, the clerk failed to give me the correct amount. I loaded more money into my card which still wasn't enough. The clerk had an attitude. I was scheduled to pick up a truck not a trailer but this what I was forced to leave with because of the clerks poor customer service. His lack of knowledge of the business. There was an African American guy at the location that asked what was going on and preceded to assist.

Lisa (the manager on Broadway (in Hattiesburg) was so helpful, she was really on top of things. I had issues with the staff in Las Vegas and other areas of Uhaul (Cecilia was not helpful, very condescending and accusative). Lisa looked at the conversations in my file and understood and corrected everything (thanks Lisa). The driver (I think she maybe the only one in Mississippi was awesome also. She was very personable.

I rented a car hauler for 2 days, picked it up at 1pm. Brought it back the next day before closing- I didn't get any $$$ back for returning it b4 they closed- they said that if I had returned it b4 1 I would have.😒

The person who checked us in was rude! She wore a name badge that said General Manager and spoke at length with the man she was working with, but rrely conversed with me at all. She did inform me that "Ain't got no utility dollies or furniture dolly" ( which I had requested), and when I asked her if she had anything she brought out an appliance dolly and just walked away. As we were leaving she yelled out "The number on the key is the number of your truck"....and we went out in search of our rental. Bottom line....You don't have to like people to work in the customer service industry; you just have to be smart enough to act like you do. She needs basic training in customer service.

Have the requested truck available at the requested location. We requested our truck weeks in advance. There was no reason we needed to drive all the way across town, then pay mileage on the truck all the way back across town when we provided that amount of notice.

THe whole event turned out great except for the inbound hurricanes on the Gulf Coast. I was unable to get the Ubox in Mobile and had to rent a 15' truck and then drive to Hattiesburg to offload into my Ubox. Then the hurrican changed direction and I was unable to ride the Amtak train back due to the inbound hurrican from Biloxi to New Orleans. I was able to then fly back to Dulles Airport vice the train at a very $$$$ priced ticket!!!

The truck was not in good repair. The check engine light came on and the passenger sun visor fell off while I was driving. Customer service at the location was unfriendly.

Lots of computer issues. My card was initially declined after "manually" putting in information from card. Tried again and it was accepted. I think they forgot to enter 3 digit code.

The truck had a sensor saying the gas cap was not closed properly. Re closed it and the sensor was still on. The check engine light came on also. The truck shifted rough, like it did not want to go into gear. The lady in the office was super nice. The gentleman that checked me in had no idea how to check the mileage use. Had to show him how. Not a good experience.

This was the WORST STORAGE FACILITY EVER!!!!! My unit was full of ROACHES. MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED FROM WATER. THE UP KEEP OF MY UNIT WAS INHABITABLE! I had to use Roach BOMBS FOR THREE WEEKS!
