You, as corporate, need to stop overfilling the lot. This is the second time I have rented a uhaul recently from this location and, again, there was no customer parking. I was told I had to park at the Costco next door. I am not a Costco customer, I am a uhaul customer. If you can't provide parking for your customers, why would they continue to use your services. The employee went on to tell me that there isn't even places for employees to park and they also have to park at Costco. Absolutely unreal and completely unacceptable. It is unacceptable to tell customers they have to park at an alternate business, but to also make your employees park at other businesses if ridiculous. You should take care of your employees and your customers.SNOW R.

Parking is in the Costco parking lot for customers' cars. Come to find out (from a Costco employee) I was minutes away from being towed at 9:30 pm. Customer parking needs to be worked out between this store and a friendly neighbor. Costco was very unhappy.Patricia R.
We had to change our pickup to this location after the 1st street one did not leave our truck somewhere we could access, and the office was closed even at 8:30am. When the traffic controller updated our reservation to this one, the employee that helped us was extremely rude and lectured us on how this isn't the way we're supposed to do it and that â€œyou can't just walk in here and expect to pick up a truck.â€ We ended up being charged from both locations and are now waiting for a refund. The truck was only a little over half full of gas too, which was super inconvenient as we had to go find a gas station, using extra miles and being charged for them.CHELSEA J.

The equipment rental lot is congested. Not enough space for customers to park. First trailer issued the passenger side tire was extremely worn. Second trailer inside of it had dried mud. After waiting over an hour I just took it and cleaned it at home.SHANNON C.
The app did not allow me to upload the photos necessary to check in the equipment. I spent over ten minutes on hold with customer service trying to resolve that issue. Ultimately, I had to visit the website rather than using the app, and I was able to upload the necessary photos there. That being said, I don't believe that should reflect negatively on this particular U-Haul location! Could not change the price 3 times. I made my reservation on the app was told 1 price. Signed in to it at pick up price changed again. Then went in the store to complete the pick up and it changed again. Ended up paying almost double what the original price was when I made the reservation. The lot was was well positioned and you could see the entire house inventory, all the trucks looke clean and and easy accessible. The facility was very clean and the the staff (Leroy) was nothing but a pleasure to talk to and work with. If I was to recommend UHAUL, I would absolutely tell people to go to this facility.Robert F.

We had reserved two furniture dollies, but they were not there, so we had to go buy 2 of them for $25 each. We had also reserved at another location closer to where we needed, so we ended up spending way more money on mileage. However, all the workers at this location were quite friendly and helpful. I think uhaul needs to overhaul their reservation system in terms of equipment rentals though!RICHARD D.

The vehicle I had was dented up pretty bad, I was not told that I would be getting a text to review the vehicle before I left the lot. It was unclear that I was renting moving pads not buying them. I was told I would be sent a receipt via email and never received it. I had to extend my rental period and the person said he had to check and see if it was rented during that time and it was not but he proceeded to tell me he had to charge me 179.00 because he had to reschedule someone else.Philip H.

I scheduled and paid for the installation of a towing package online and was giving an installation date. When I went to drop off my vehicle at the appointed date and time I was told it would be at least two additional weeks before they could install my towing package. I had to pay for a truck and trailer rental to tow my car and was told that the funds would be refunded to me for the towing package in 3 to 5 business days. This is day five and I still don't have my refund. The drop off location for the truck and trailer to tow my car tells me I have to call the original location. When I called them no one answers and I go through to customer service. Then I am told that the wait time is 59 minutes to talk with someone about the status of my refund for the service I did not receive. This is the worst Uhaul experience I've ever had in over 25 years of using this company!KRISTI C.

Acquiring the Ready to Go Bins was a challenge as the agent claimed there was no way for him to rent them to me even though I had them reserved and there were in stock. After 30 minutes another agent was able to quickly check them out to me. The return was easy and the team was great to work with.pamela M.

1) No space in the uhaul parking lot. Stuck on the roadway at the entrance of uhaul to wait along with 2 other trucks until they make enough space for 2 trucks, while there was another 3rd truck/customer still waiting on the roadway to get in. 2) My wife had to park at a nearby restaurant parking lot to pick me up. 3) I've returned the truck at 4pm but the uhaul app shows they only checked-out my return at 6pm. So it took them 2 hours to process my equipment return but I was okay in terms of time because my return wasn't due till the following morning. 4) I had a storage space booked over there as well, but due to the parking situation other there and no elevator, I went to a Public Storage instead (despite Uhaul would give 1st month free).KEVIN KWET LIOON L.

I did not get the storage unit I reserved nor was I able to drop off the 26ft truck I rented as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the storage facility was, including the restrooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a horrible, train wreck of a move and needed a truck and storage unit at the last minute to get our final belongings out of the property and stored while we are able to move into our new home. I would have taken the free month if the place was setup for storage. I don't want to ask someone to move a truck every time I go there. You would not believe it, but neither would I - but we have had this storage for the last 10 years! Granted, we spent a lot in total for a relatively small space. But I will tell you about my experience here. 10 years ago I did research on self-storage facilities in Nashville. Even though this one is relatively far for us, I decided to go with it because of its ratings. Well, 10 years later, the place still have good ratings, and the storage fracility is as clean as the day we moved in! It is well managed, very convenient.
