Andres O.I moved from California to Florida. Had moving help load my u-boxes. We're to be stored on a truck for moving and in a secure WAREHOUSE for storage until I needed them. Got them delivered 6 weeks later and opened them up and ALL my contents are wet , moldy and bugs, EVERYTHING is ruined. I have insurance on them Thank goodness but will never use u-haul again.

Jose S.The truck I was assigned didn't work so they had to go get another one (but they did get it to their credit). They also didn't have the 2 furniture dolly's I had reserved and had difficulty finding the 48 furniture pads we reserved as well. The workers were pleasant and did the best they could with what they had. I'd still recommend this location. I've used them often in the past without incident.

marilyn n. | First ImpressionsThis Location charged me 3 gallons on gas out of no where upon my return. I received the van with 7/8 and returned with 7/8 and one hour later I got the receipt where they charged me 3 gallons of gas extra. This is absolutely unfair and unacceptable.

Quang L.Reserved 2 furniture dollies because we were moving large desk units - got there the day of pickup and they gave the last one to another customer and gave me one standard dolly, which made my move take an hour longer than what I reserved. Would just recommend having the reserved equipment available because it makes a big impact when you don't. Team member that helped me, movers, and truck all went well.
Marci B.They charge for gas and was right there. Open a complaint . Used the truck for just two hours , put gas, having the invoice snd besides charged me 40 extra. They did not allow me ro rake it back to put gas on cause was returned knowing that i had the reservation until 6 pm next day. Still waiting for the manager to call me

More importantly the customer service really needs work. The younger girl at the desk seemed truly uninterested to even be working, let alone speak with a customer.

CarlosAlfonso R.I don't know if it was understaffing (which I completely understand and know there isn't a lot to be done about it), but it didn't seem like we had the full attention of the person helping us and when I had questions once I had gotten in the truck and was making sure everything was in order it felt like they thought I was bothering them by asking. I also mentioned this at drop off, but I'm not sure the auto transport was correctly attached since the entire drive the transport would drift to the right and over the white line if we weren't paying attention. I know this could have been down to how we packed, but even when we went to return the empty truck and transport it was happening.

I drove from Miami to this location only to not have a unit available but worst of all they said I did have a unit unpacked my stuff and the unit they said was available wasn’t available. I went to pubic storage they had a unit Available and was east and simple also after hours with their reservations process you actually get a reserved unit.

Dagmaris F. | First ImpressionsWhen I made the initial reservation they told me to call a day before to schedule pick up time and location. Location was far. Then I had to call for the drop off site they never gave me a storage, I had to call to call again to schedule a storage. I mentioned I had a 20 foot truck they gave me a 10x10 my truck was packed from front to back, my things did not fit in the storage. I had to look for another storage elsewhere and pay $215 because of Uhaul worker’s not having knowledge about size of the unit. It’s obvious that a 20 ft full truck was not going to fit in a 10 x10 so I had to pay money I was not counting on spending. I called to mentioned I need one more day with the truck they told me it would be $40, ok . The next day they called me rushing that I had to return the truck or I would be penalized and charged $50 more besides the $40. We returned the car trailer the same day 3/29/22 to the Uhaul and I was charged for it like if I turned it in on the 3/31/22. So again I was charged 85$ extra. I am so disappointed with uhaul.

I’ve had to clear out items with the alarm blasting, After hours parking is horrible. There are trucks blocking both the entrance and exit. There is a male staff member who thinks he’s in charge of everything. He told me to love my car since there was a uhaul truck coming in. I ignored him and proceeded to unload my car
