I scheduled my reciever installation online for 930 this am. When I got there, I was told the guy doesn't get there til 2pm. So, I was just gona buy it and install it myself, but they didnt have the bolts. Told me to come bk in a hour. i waited an hour and a half b4 i even left my house. The guy still hadn't got there with the bolts. Had to wait another 20 minutes! I

It would be nice to have a small lounge area to wait in when having hitches installed as it takes a couple of hours. With a TV, and vending machines.

Keith Jones was the person who assisted us that morning. Attitude was "I don't care." I had a confirmation number, but he continually said that the other agency could not authorize such a reservation. It took most of an hour for him to figure it out and in the end honor the reservation.

Customer service extremely slow and horrible. Within a two hour span, I watched 4 customers leave upset due to poor customer service. I would never recommend anyone coming to this location and I will not be returning.

The man I had to deal with there needs schooling on customer service and also needs to give accurate information.

When registering for this service, I was asked if I wanted to drop my vehicle off or sit and wait. I selected the wait option and was sent confirmation that my appointment would be at 9 am. When I arrive with my vehicle at 9am, they inform me that it is a drop off location only. I then have to walk to a place to sit and wait. At noon I try to call their place for a status update, I call the number associate with this location and after holding for 20 minutes someone at a different location answers and says she will send them a note to call me back. After waiting another 30 mins, I decide to walk back to their location. When I arrive and ask for an update, I am informed that the guy who does the install hasn't even arrived for work yet and that he should be in around 2. He doesn't actually arrive until around 3 and they do not get my hitch installed until right before 5. I would not have wasted a whole day, had I known my 9 am appointment would not be kept and that my vehicle would not be done until 5 pm.

The lights didn't work and the guy said you'll be alright it's daylight you won't need them there was links of the chain missing. Was not very happy with the experience at the Jackson location. Had to call 3 times and waited 1.5 for the scheduling people to finally pick up the phone so we could pick it up

Customer service was not a priority for my visit. Both phone conversations and personal interactions showed a very low degree of personal care. Most of all, the interactions with personnel centered around the use of a van for transportation back home due to the inconvenience of a hitch installation where the installer locked himself out from his tools and said he could not install the hitch. Later in the evening he found he found the key and installed the hitch but not without much disappointment and run-around. Won't do business with this company again.

We will never use this location again to rent anything from UHAUL. My wife called and reserved a 6x12 trailer and was told to come anytime to pick it up. When we arrived the clerk, Keith Jones, acted like we had interrupted his entire day. He was very rude and told us we were too early to pick up the trailer. Reluctantly he hooked up the trailer and prepared our paperwork. Statements like, "you are two hours prior to your reservation" and "your truck has bad chain connections and I wish they would stop making them" are comments a customer just doesn't need to use. He is one of the most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I would have said something but he was so irritated we were there I'm quite sure it would have turned into a confrontation I wasn't willing to deal with. If he truly hates his job that much I would suggest he perhaps needs to find another job that has no interaction with the public. We actually rented from Shady Tint in Humboldt/Fruitland TN. We reserved 2 furniture dolly's, and appliance dolly, and furniture pads. None of those items were in the truck. We had to drive 50 miles out of our way to the Airways location to pick the missing items up. My experience with UHaul itself was great, the location we picked up and dropped off at is not a location I would want to represent my company.

This gentleman wasn’t friendly at all. There was 2 customers in front of us and we were there for an an hour and 45 minutes waiting to get to the couture he yeiled across the room to ask who’s returning this truck with trailer and we’re are the keys than another thirty for him to check us out. I’ve been in customer service for well over 30 years and personally this person needs some retraining I will never go back to that store and I will not recommend it to anyone

Person I dealt with doing all the paperwork was extremely very slow about getting the job done.when I returned the truck the same person was not clear as to what he wanted me to do in terms of parking the truck I refuse to get back in the truck a second time to turn it around facing in the opposite directions who has to that was not his instructions the first time

The whole experience was terrible. First we asked the gm at noon if we could move out reservation. He said the truck wouldn't be there til 5. So we return at 5 to see them hook up the same truck. Then I was asked to provide a rental agreement so I made an extra trip back home to retrieve the rental agreement to be told since it was 2015 it wasn't valid. I then gave them a rent receipt. I've NEVER in all the years I've rented from U haul have I EVER had to provide anything but a drivers license and credit card. The whole rental took 3 hours and a couple calls to Manage Abby because I was quoted the incorrect price. Then we got all the way to Illinois and back to Tennessee hauling a car in the rain WITHOUT any lights from the truck to the auto hauler it was missing a 6-8 inch extender piece. So they intentionally sent us out without lights on the auto hauler. Then not to mention the truck did not have a gas cap. The customer service was rude and anyone that walked in during our rental got presidence over what we had going on. I will not use this location again! Very unprofessional!

Location was terrible to pull a 26ft truck into, waited inside with 3 other customers for 30 mins before one of the employees who was outside came in to assist anyone. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Used Uhaul 5 times in the last 7 yrs and this was by far the worst experience!

The center general manager Mark Murray who assisted me was rude and indifferent . I have used u haul before but never had a employee treat me with such indifference. I got the manager's name off a business card while checking out so if it was another employee and not him I apologize to him. However whom ever helped me was rude and as i said indifferent. I know this is not what normally happens when you do business with u haul .

The day before, an employee at another location refused to rent me a trailer saying my hitch was too low. I have rented trailers using this same hitch from Uhaul probably 20 times and never had a problem. Nowhere, can I find anything in your rental agreement about height of the hitch. This was a large inconvenience for me.

These people here are very ghetto, hood & disrespectful, first he called me a hour before time & said I could not get the big uhaul that I had to take another one & when I begin to ask question he hung up...when I arrive big dude had a nasty attitude,when I got home with the truck the gas hand was way lower than he marked( I took picture) when the uhaul was return they want to argue that we was six or seven minutes late & charge my card..I just don't know who would give these people a job trying to rip people out they money any way they can & then look @ you like you crazy...it's a lot of complaints on this location & something needs to be done...I never stated I wanted insurance & was charged for it...yall can do what you want but people are not going to keep putting up with this crap...these people are CROOKS & y'all know it so do something about it before its to late!!!

Got 3 or 4 blocks from office and engine light came on there was no oil in motor. Called office office personell refused to come check truck out and told me to call uhaul roadside assistance and i never could get an answer from the uhaul hotline. Then when i return the truck and blankets and 2 dollys the guy tells me if i dont fold all the blankets up he is going to charge me 25 dollars i told him no one ever said anything about folding the blankets back up and then he said its on a sticker in the truk. I told him i would pay the fee cause i didnt have time to stand there and fold blankets. Was later charged 28 dollars on my credit card . I had to put 3 quarts of oil in this truck because yall refused to come 3 blocks down the road and check the truck out also ended up adding a gallon of antifreeze so after spending my own money to maintain your vehicle i feel the 28 dollar charge for not folding blankets was a little over board

The truck we were given did not have working windshield wipers. It was pouring rain. The person helping us was stressed because he was the only one working at the time and there were several customers waiting. Once he checked the truck and realized we could not drive it. He gave us another truck. It took us an hour to get the truck picked up.
