The store manager was very unprofessional and I've been waiting to do a review. The truck I reserved was not available and I asked about the 50$refund and she told me that I wouldn't get it because it had to come through her and then she walked on me and the CS rep was right there to witness all of this. The associate had given me my 1st Key and the vehicle did not have gas. She asked me if I wanted to put gas in it ( I hope she was kidding, since this was Halloween). I responded, as long as you want it back empty, she said no. Apparently someone else returned it on empty. This was the 1st time I had to put such a small charge on my major credit card.... It should be an option apply the charge with cash or debit card once the vehicle is returned...STACEY T.

The girl was eating and never came out to help me check the thuck in, so I went inside after ringing the outside bell. When I went inside she was more interested in eating and said just leave the keys and we will email you a receipt. I wanted to know what my price was and she acted like she couldn't pull it up after 10 minutes of waiting. She told me that she emailed the receipt but I never got the email. When I first arrived at U-Haul I thought my storage unit would be ready and I could just start moving my belongings inside. Not only was it not ready but it was not cleaned out either. The manager on duty decided to offer a smaller unit do we could start moving and got upset when we declined. Even though we ordered the largest one. (We ordered the largest unit for a reason our belongings would not fit in a smaller one, if she would have offered to then that would have worked). She promised we could come tomorrow and everything will be cleaned out and bombed. We came back the next day our storage unit was still not ready nor was it clean. To put the cherry on top of the whole situation our U-Haul truck was also not ready even though we had already reserved it. The U-Haul manager on duty said that the U-Haul truck was at another unit and only offered us gas to go get it. I would not recommend this to family nor friends. Employee maybe forgot to check in my rental. I returned a 5x8 trailer two days early and receive harassing phone calls the day it was due. Your system for self check in was down, meaning they were unable to find my location for me to check in then trailer even after I adjusted my settings for my browser to allow my location to be found. The employee was polite and assured me she would email me a confirmation receipt of equipment and did not. I called for days after prior to being harassed by the manager trying to avoid any late fees. The only helpful employee in my opinion was Derrick. He took care of the entire mix up which I was very grateful for without any incurred fees.Rozlyn B.

It was very inconvenient that I reserved a truck on Wednesday to be able to pick my truck up remotely Saturday, and when I arrived, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled which put my plans behind. I do not think that it's great customer service when someone is spending their money and cannot receive the proper services requested. Ms. Rhonda deserves a trophy! I recently had to leave a bad situation. Ms.Rhonda set up a storage unit a while back. I was able to slowly start moving into a unit. When a gap opened up ms. Rhonda helped me take it.. i only had less than 24 hours. She gave me 24 hour access my first month which it allowed me to escape when i could. thanks so much for the employees at this location When the guy called in they didn't release any of my personal information. The staff at the Kendrick Rd location was very helpful after the regional office changed my pickup location further out and was very nasty, uncooperative and rude. The location gave me a discounted rate on another vehicle. overall was good. i just had an issue starting a 6 months after i started using storage. any time i paid the rent which was on time, there no longer was a confirmation number or email. i would always get a call from one of the people stating my bill is due and has not been paid yet. every time i would tell them i paid it that morning and did not receive a confirmation. that got a little annoying after a while. but other than that it was a good experience.Melissa C. | Overall Experience
