Although prices are higher than neighboring facilities, the customer service and convenience of the location is why I choose to store with Uhaul.

I was given an appointment time of 11:00am. I arrived early so I didn't expect to get right in. They did not get car started until after 11:20. They then proceeded to take more than 2 hours to complete the job. There was no communication from the store staff about running behind, about the amount of time it would take, or the status during the work. If they had warned me at the time I scheduled the job I might have chosen to just leave it with them. I also would have been more inclined to accept the delay or reschedule or have someone come get me if there had been any communication at all. Instead, I am upset that I have lost three hours of very valuable time. I don't know that I will return to this store, let alone recommend it to others.

My trailer came off an was fishtailing luckily I was off the highway someone could’ve died or majorly injured the young man that hooked the trailer to my suv didn’t not secure the trailer to the hitch. I have called representatives yesterday as well as the day of incident my wiring harness was severed in half. I would like answers and how your going to handle this I’m seeing that you guys are not taking this seriously an I will get my attorney involved as well this is pure negligence

Everything would of been an ok experience but I got charge for 2 days when I used the truck for only 2 hours and returned it the same night. When I called the customer 800 number this lady name Erica said that there was nothing she could do and that it was to the discretion of the manager at the location. I had to go back in and finally I got one day refunded but I will have to up to 5 days for the refund to process. Not a good experience at all.

Lady taking the reservation was rude. Later model mercedes vehicles do not work well without the proper adapter. Offer the adapter and keep it in stock.

Jason who did all of the paperwork and checked us out was fabulous and helped us get exactly what we needed for our move. We had even called another U-Haul dealer closer to home, but they were less than helpful on the phone. So, we came to the location on Katy Fwy where we have from rented before and had a great experience.

The employees working outside with the trailers could have been more helpful. Our car was crooked on the trailer and they could not have cared less. We were driving down the highway with the left side attached only. They could have checked better to make sure we did it properly.

Make sure to check electrical wiriring and lights upon return of trailers. The first trailer hooked up on my car left turn and brakes did not work. Right turn signal was ok. It took time to unhook the first trailer and hook up the second trailer.

I scheduled this rental online as to avoid doing everything in the store to save time. I needed the small truck to pick up one item and I had an appt. scheduled for pick-up. When I arrived at the location, there was only one representative and he was helping someone. When it was my turn, I gave him my reference # and still had to complete the entire process again! Very frustrating - what is the point of scheduling online when you have to do it all again at the counter. This made me late for my pick-up appt. as well as making the person I was meeting late for an engagement. Not customer service friendly...

The front driver side marker light on the trailer does not work. The black line has been cut. Easy fix to get back working. Employees at this location are freindly enough however always carry on personal conversations in front of the Guest as if the Guest were not there. In my professional opinion this needs to be addressed. Using the website to return the trailer is easy enough however you have to be at the location when doing this. This was not explained to me prior and I was away from the location when attempting to do this. I think this could be changed. Or better information can be provided before hand.

Shouldn't there be an express line for pre-registered pick-ups? Keep your commitment to "cut your wait time in half". Even though the facilities were better than others I have been to, it took much longer to get to an agent. There were two couples ahead of me that didn't seem to know what they wanted and each took a long time. I took the time to reserve and submit my info to "cut your wit time in half"; however, this was the longest wait time by far. Once I got to the agent it went quick, but it took a while to get there. Shouldn't there be an express line for pre-registered pick-ups? Keep your commitment to "cut your wait time in half".

Please inspect you trailers inside. When I got to my location, there was a cluster of about 200 ants if not more. Had to spend time cleaning them up so my move wouldn't get infested. Other than that you guys are very accommodating, friendly, quick and courteous. The trailer otherwise was also in great condition.

We arrived just before 7pm to this location. As we pop ulled up, a lady told us to just put the keys in the slot. We did that, and the next day we recieved additional charges from this location. The lady could have checked us in or even just talked to us, but she didn't and then charged us for it. I would not recommend this location at all and we were very disappointed in the lack of service provided.

Had trouble with the truck being available even after reservations and was sent to another city only to find out that I got bumped. However, they /traffic continued to hunt down something for me. So improve your interdepartmental teams to true solid rentals

I continue to be amazed by how U-Haul fails to realize how automation can help their business and bottom line by simply making improvements to the reservation and equipment pick up areas. As has happened in the past, I waited 50 minutes in line to speak to the store clerk after having made a reservation prior to going to the site. For about 40 minutes, only 1 person was helping customers at the desk, until the other employees realized how long the line had grown. I realize this is not unheard of at other locations (which makes it even sadder) but every time I, or anybody I know uses this location, it's as if we are working with a group of under trained personnel. And why have your customers fill out the reservation form with all manners of details like equipment/vehicle/credit card information - only to have them re-enter the information when you get to the desk? Anyway - I know this is not an issue unique to this location, but WHY is this the case?

I left gas in Same exact place and they still charged me 10.00 for gas. Unprofessional. Will never go back. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. Bad business .

After waiting 3 hours to get the hitch put on my car, I was informed my trailer reservation was no where to be found. Then after dealing with that for 30 minutes I am able to get the trailer put on this location. Great. THEN they tell me the wiring uhaul carries isn’t compatible with my car and some nissans (mines a Chevy) so now I’m driving all over fucking Houston to get wiring for them to put it on my car so I can haul a trailer and move. This has been the absolute worse experience of moving I’ve had. I’ll never rent with uhaul again. I have been treated poorly by the management and workers EXCEPT the older gentleman Robert. He has been the only one kind enough to take care of me for the past 5 hours and waiting for this damn trailer.

Gentlemen behind the 'counter' Robert Robertson, a retired air force F4 fighter jet pilot was awesome, I'm a retired 30 year government military and federal law enforcement officer, and was awed from the couple stories he exchanged, everybody at tjis place is AJ Skippy Squared awa the three young black men that helped me hook up the trailer were also exceptionally professional knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience at this establishment. Thank you

They charge 3 times the amount and they put in the system the wrong miles and fuel amount. And when I try to resolve the issue somebody with the name Ronda and limda from marketing service they shouted and outraged me. Saying they don’t waste time xplaining the problem at the customer at this moment 4 days after I return the truck nobody call me for xplain when you wanna refund my money. I call already my lawyer and I wanna take legal action you’re taking over money from my account without my authorization and be rude with me. Even though I use the mobile function, The service was terrible. The people didn’t know what they were doing. The truck was not ready. I was told I had to go to a separate location for boxes. My move got messed up. Terrible.

Through several recent trailer rentals, it is apparent that your set up system for a rental is old. The system kicks the attendant out and we had to either start over a number of times or had to reissue refunds because of the system.

More help at counter, I wanted a paper receipt and some additional supplies, but there were so many people in line, I gambled that I had a receipt in my email ... I did so all was well. I will go to Lowes to get additional supplies.

Reservation movies making it inconvenient. Hitch was put on loose which was dangerous. Staff was note helpful after I've spent about $3,000 with Uhaul this year. I will never spend another penny with this company. Very disappointed in service and lack of support.

I had to pay for extra 2 hours of labor because U Haul loaded my U box facing the wrong way. I brought this to the attention of staff who stated the mgr would call me to discuss refund of some sort. I never got a call nor did I get a refund. Not good customer service.

Even on a busy morning, they were able to move me through the process.... Manager was attentive to my request along with two others and still took the time to be talk during the input process.... Return was done without leaving the lot .... I was happy to drop the trailer in the yard spot ( maybe others that would complain about being asked to maneuver in the yard

I have tried 10 times to call your location and speak with the owner Robert Roberts. According to the DC U-haul location in DC where I dropped off my car haulers - the cars were not secured properly and that could have killed me, others in my family that were following me and also my wife and children who where also in a car towing another car that was not put on the smaller car hauler. The larger hauler that was installed on the 26 foot truck I rented from you was driven onto the trailer and that was it. No nets, no emergency break and one losely wrapped chain that I was told could have flipped my truck and create havoc on the 1,700 miles of road I travled with my family following close behind. I was told the tires on the Prius that was being towed by my mini-van where not square and as a result were not secured in the strap. No emergency break or anything else. I have been worried sick this would happen to some other unsuspecting family. Please call me ASAP to make sure that you have received this email. My cell phone is 202-441-2400

You SERIOUSLY need to make sure that your people know who and where are the 24 hr locations. I spent almost 45 min wasting time trying to explain after I drove over to where I was told to go telling the operator that the location was closed. She insisted that it was a 24 hr pick up, that made for a very bad experience.

on three occasions out of five, the loading docks were congested to the point where it was impossible to load without extra work. Vehicles were parked in the area that were not loading or unloading.
