The size of truck I ordered wouldn’t start, neither did any of the bigger trucks. I was forced to take a smaller truck which didn’t fit my move. The staff were unprofessional and really did no job orientating me to any of the process (vehicle operation etc)

The vehicle rented ( F150 ) was clean and running well, the counter staff were friendly and service was quick. Unfortunately there was some minor damage to the exterior which must have been the result of my use as it was not there on the initial inspection. I have rented a number of times from U Haul in Winnipeg and it was my understanding that the insurance was 0 deductible. There was one occasion several years ago when I backed into a storage locker causing some minor damage and I paid no deductible. I'm not sure if this is a new policy and the $150.00 deductible is mentioned in the contract which I didn't notice. It would be helpful if the rental staff would point this out to customers at the time of the rental when the insurance is selected. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff both making the reservation and picking up and returning the trailer we rented. The trailer we rented was well maintained and perfect for our requirements. Rental price was half the price of the competition. We’ll be back.

The truck wouldn't start twice and I was charged extra because I was unable to return the truck on time. I would appreciate a full refund as I incurred additional costs because I was unable to move everything because of the problems with the truck.

Nothing i can really think of the people who helped me at, the century location were amazing. They were responsive, warm, friendly, kind, and very informative, especially Tyler he was very helpful, warm, and made sure MY first uhaul rental went smoothly and it did and i couldn't be happier with the service i had gotten.

Call to confirm how long we rented the u-haul before assuming and then overcharging someone. I rented a 10’ for 4 hrs and I was charged for two days. I called customer service about this and they were giving me useless excuses. Really poor service

we were told by Patrick to bring the truck back when we were done and there would be no additional fees. we dropped it off after hours and were charged an additional $40. not impressed. plus we stood in line for way too long with only 1 guy working ...there was a long line up!

Returning the van was a bad experience. The App simply does work to get pictures, no matter how much I tried. Then, 4h after returning the vehicle, I can't find the ordet on active nor on past orders in the App! If it wa not for the email I got, I wouldn't be able to get info about it.

When I pulled my car on auto transport, a piece of my under carriage ripped. Also, I was told on day of rental I would pay insurance for only days of use. I used truck and transport for 2 days or 4. When I called U haul rep Adriana she said insurance was not refundable. So II paid for 2 days that I didn't use. Adriana had poor customer service skills and didn't care I used U haul well over 10 times for my moves.

ensure the cargo area is clean before handing the van/truck to the next customer especially because there is a cleaning fee you charge when equipment is returned unclean.

Quite costly for a 1 day rental. Needed a vehicle to take a load to the dump and pickup new dining table, ended up costing us over $100 plus gas for $27. The advertised $19.95 per day is quite deceiving.

The appliance dolly I rented had a broken handle which made it impossible to securely tighten a commercial fridge going down 2 flights of stairs. I dropped it back off after closing hours but when I called the next day to warn of the danger I expected the staff member to apologize and not charge me, even though it was only 11 bucks. It was more the principle, if you rent a piece of broken equipment that could have seriously caused injury, you don't charge them and you definitely apologize for the inconvenience. Anyway, the lady that rented the equipment to me was very nice and that is the reason I can overlook the returning staff members attitude.
