Staff was very helpful and professional, except for the fact that all but one were not wearing masks, both indoors and outdoors. If I had known that UHaul staff do not take COVID precautions seriously beforehand, I would have gone with a different company.

Woodland Ave in that area is so pathetic to drive on. The truck hit so many deep pot holes. I swerved the truck and my car so many times. Do your self a favour and leave, before your trucks or vans or someones personnel car gets damaged. The service was very good and the truck was in good shape

The girl who help me was so amazing it was super late and they were getting ready to close and she help me with my storage even though I got there 15 minutes before closing and she showed me around and showed me everything in a told me exactly how everything worked she was absolutely heavenly. The only problem is when I checked in my truck I'm not really sure why I was charge so much when I dropped it off him and because I did a digital drop off through the app I still I am a little confused about the charges for the drop off an hour than that amazing

When I first contacted the Uhaul in regards to the unit the female whom answered the phone was very rude the next day upon arrival to check in the associate Cinthia was extremely disgusting and dismissive the lead associate or manager jamill whom was on duty I spoke with and cinthia continued to be combative while I was explaining to him what occurred the day prior on the phone because I Assumed cinthia was the same associate I spoke to prior sucks to say cinthia was supposedly not the associate there the day prior which shows there is a complete lack of culture in the facility it self with customer service I was completely disgusted to experience the same behavior twice back to back amongst these associates when cinthia returned from checking in the truck from the gentleman prior to me whom she was rude with as well she refused to service me and made me wait for jamill. Once jamill got my unit situated and I signed off and paid for it he asked cinthia in which direction was my unit because it wasn’t visible on the map cinthia told him I don’t know and I don’t care find it for her to act in that manner not only was lack of customer service but she is not a team player. I am completely disgusted with not only the lack of customer service face to face but the day prior I was told the unit I rented wasnt avail but when I contacted the call center they reserved it for me via the call center right when I got off the phone with the facility I am renting at directly and they told me the unit wasn’t avail

When I went to drop off it took forever. I had somewhere to go and they took a long time to return. I went up to a representative and she was very rude when I tried give her the keys. She said she had other stuff to do and walked away.

Quality of service is very poor. Store opened very late. Truck not ready and unclean. Agent did not care to check out the mileage, gas and condition of the car. I had to go inside the store to return the key. Said he is going to process mileage refund but never did. I had good experience with uhaul in the past but not this one.

1. I reserved a one way truck from DC to Philadelphia, but was assigned a truck that was located near Richmond, Virginia. Two plus hours south from my home and in the opposite direction of where I was going. 2. Then I was given a truck to use but I had to return it back to DC from Philadelphia. 3. The moving help service was a joke and I had to find help on my own. Their website needs improvement as well. Tatianna at moving help was wonderful, however.

The service that I received on 10/30 exceeded my expectations. From the time that I arrived which was 8:00 AM, the weather was messy, but the service that I received made my day get off to a better start. I received that same excellent service when I return the truck 8 hours later.

to be honest they were very pleasant but they did not inform me of the online truck verification and the truck drove funny. I was only going short distance and I had insurance so all was ok but this truck really needs a lot of work. a lot of damage to the outside of the unit as well.

The front windows was so dirty and it was from the inside of the van. I could barely see out of the window. I tried using the windshield wipers but again the stains on the front windshield came from the inside.

I scheduled my pick up at the Havertown Store which was only 1 mile away from where I was picking up the items to be moved. I arrived and was told I had to go across town to 57th and Woodland. The representative was rude. I explained that I lived blocks away from the 48th Street location and would have ordered there if I knew the Havertown Office did not have a truck for me. The distant threw my move off and as it required a 40 minute ride each way to pick up the truck. Arrived at Woodland Ave, representative was very pleasant. However, the truck was parked in the rear of the building and I had to walk back there with past several rat trap boxes. The truck was parked so close to the wall that I couldn't open the driver's side door. In addition, there was a pile of trash including empty chip bags and food wrappers and I was certain something would craw out of the pile. The truck needed to be retired. The engine rattled and it rides worse then what I image a semi truck tossing us around along the way. It was a horrible experience. Because of the additional time to pick up the truck we missed the storage facility was closed and when to pay the movers to work on Sunday to complete our job. I've rented Uhaul numerous times and have never had such a terrible experience. Allison H

From start time finish the manager and staff were helpful, professional and welcoming. I locked my phone and wallet in my unit after hours. The manager came quickly, was pleasant and allowed me to retrieve it. She even apologized for the bad experience I had at another location!!! I would definitely recommend this facility!

My entire experience dealing with U-Haul storage has been frustrating and difficult. When I arrived to the U-Haul moving and storage of kingsessing after making an online reservation for a storage unit, I was helped by Jasmine who proceeded to tell me I had no reservation and nothing under my name, despite offering multiple times to tell her my reservation number. She then had me start from the beginning on a new reservation. Once this was complete, she asked me if I needed a lock. I explained I had purchased one already and then she explained that I should not use that kind of lock because it can be cut. I then asked to purchase the correct kind of lock. She then told me they did not have any but she would check the shipment that she was unboxing. I was asked by a different store attendant if I was given a card to access the storage facility and said that I was no. He said that I should have been given a card swipe. He returned to show me to my storage unit but did not return with any card. I proceeded to move in my belongings and once finished went back to the office. It was 6:30pm and the doors had been shut off, despite the office closing at 7pm. I then asked if she found any locks, she said no. I asked her what she recommended I do because she had told me earlier not to use the lock I had purchased. She stated that my options were that lock or nothing. I then went to return the U-Haul truck we rented while my wife went to speak with Jasmine. My wife asked her to contact her manager and she did. The manager of the Kingsessing store then said that she would be picking up the correct locks in the morning, that she would see to it that a proper lock was placed on our storage unit in the morning, and that she would hold the keys in her office until we would be able to return to Philadelphia (seeing as we were returning to NY that night and would be unable to return for several days). The next day (today ), I called around 11am check in on the status of my lock. I was told I would be called back in a half hour with an update. At approximately 4:30pm after still having heard nothing from anyone at the Kingsessing Store, I called again and was told that a lock had not been placed on our unit but one would be soon and that we would receive an email confirming this. I am overwhelmingly dissatisfied with the dismissive, unhelpful, and inconsistent way I have been treated. I also am incredibly upset that I was told I’d be called back multiple times after being out on hold for long periods of time and never called back. I am reconsidering ever using U-Haul again.
