After the staff backed the rental truck into my personal vehicle the interaction became understandably difficult. Counter staff initially provided an invalid support number to call. They wouldnt believe me until I had them dial it. When no further assistance was provided, including refusal by staff to call the store manager, the conversation escalated and the employee tried to kick me out of the store. When I refused he said he was calling the police. He proceeded to act like he was calling 911. Eventually, while I waited, he sheepishly hung the phone up. HE WAS FAKING THE CALL TO POLICE. You can't make this stuff up. When I contacted U-haul corporate they said they were surprised since he was such a good employee. At the end of the entire horrible customer experience and damage to my personal vehicle, all that was offered was a $50 certificate.Dana G.

I have used this this rental pickup location for thirty years.The U-Haul experience has improved greatly over this time. Currently I rent a pickup truck at least two times per year at this location. The staff and experience was, and is good, but I do have to say the truck I was given was really dirty. ( including old chap sticks on the dashboard - ugh ) This has not been the case in the past so I hope this is just a one off circumstance.MEREDITHJOHN W.
Manager of the store Mr Rob was phenomenal. I have more than 50 questions and he was always so patient available helpful for anything. It was the best experience of my life. I was so confused how this transition from one country to another with more than 700 kilometers and truck load of stuff will reach its final destination. Mr Rob the wonder man helped me every where. His help was outstanding without any doubt. He guided me to the best of his knowledge. I highly recommend to uhaul management for his promotion or some special bonus very kindly please. Staff at the counter are not as friedly or welcoming as would be expected for a service business. They were actually quite abrupt and rude, which was an unneccessary and unwelcome attitude to display towards customers. Other than that, I would have rated as excellent.IAND H.

24/7 phone app doesn't work for pickup or return - very frustrating. Originally was scheduled by U-Haul telephone rep for 7am pickup at different location that, when we arrived turned out doesn't open until 9am. After phone call to U-Haul I was looked after very quickly and efficiently and sent to this branch. Truck was extremely noisy on highway and steering was quite loose.Toby D.

You could tell U-Haul from me when I ordered a trailer that was a 6 x 12 I thought it was very misleading to give me a 5 bye 10 making me make two trips to retrieve what I could've done in one trip with the right size trailerALANEDWARD G.

The fees were way more then expected. Instead of advertising $19.95 for a rental be realistic. It's disappointing as a customer to go in with high hopes just to be blind-sighted when you pick up the vehicleMALLORYANNE M.
Mirrors both sides were frozen with rust and could not adjust. Made vision on DS blind spot difficult. Returned truck but on return journey to dealer the rear sliding door locking mechanism became loose and door opened up about 18â€. No harm done but a padlock would have prevented door from jarring open. Truck was empty so it bounce a bit which may have caused this, Comfortable ride. Plenty of power. No D ring tie downs but could prove to be helpful in some situations. Will rent again.Marc H.

We returned the truck before our time was up with it and were told that everything was in order and that we were good to go. Then today we get a call saying we haven't returned the truck yet and the implication was we would be charged for that. We attempted to call back multiple times during working hours with no answer. It got to the point where drove to the location to sort this out only to be told that they had already sorted it out, and did not feel the need to call and inform us that the situation was rectified. I had to use the 1-800 number to pick up my truck not for any fault but my own. The woman that I spoke with and helped me immensely from Tennessee was an angel! When calling to ask questions or make arrangements if nobody answers the phone it gets forwarded to someone that doesn't know the city . I prefer to talk to local people. They have more accurate info. Now I just hang up and call back in 5 minutesKevin H.

But for three months they were charging me extra money and the manager instead of fixing the issue was insulting me that they did not charge me extra money until I called Uhaul customer service and they open a case for me and fixed the issue. When I was at the location everything was amazing. Wonderful staff and very clean place. I had trouble contacting the office. I live 7 hours away so needed to speak to someone at the facility. I called at least 40 times at different times and no one ever answers the phone. It goes to the call center. The wait time can be an hour to speak to someone and then they are unable to answer the question because they are not at the facility. I even tried speaking to my local uhaul to see if they could get through. The answer was no. Even though it is a pandemic, I think the local phone should be answered.
