I arrived to the location early and asked a simple question as a first time renter. And the employee was very rude with his response stating that “I just have to wait”. I wasn't even asking to get the vehicle early, I just wanted to make sure I was in the right place. As well as properly setting up the self checkout. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received. If he would have not been rude my overall experience would have been flawless

Nice people. Messed up our drop off location.. They couldn't fix it so we had to call to change it. That took forever, but we got it done. Definitely check with the people and read what they typed into the computer before they select the drop off location.

The employees were excellent. and the truck was great. However, it was frustrating when the gate was closed when I returned the truck. Another customer was trying to leave, and due to the small parking area, it was difficult to maneuver the vehicles. I don't understand the reason for the gate to be closed during normal business hours.

I only left because I needed a storage with a 14’ door for a motor home. If this had been available at this location I would absolutely have stayed. The facility is great and the staff has always been very helpful in every way possible. I am sad to have to move.

My original reservation was canceled, or just reassigned to this location. So, I was charged the additional 30 miles to and from this location. Seems silly that you charge me more when I had a reservation at a different closer location to me.It was explained to me that this is your company policy, because you are a company owned location. Wish you were more customer centric.

The online return was horrible. I couldn't load the location and after about 45 minutes I almost gave up and then it finally worked. Then I had to upload a bunch of pictures. It was late, dark, and I was very upset. All I should need to do is drop the keys in the box along with a paper attached stating the rental number. You have my info. Rental cars are like this and takes 2 minutes. Please fix this and make it easier.

This is an excellent storage facility. Very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent customer service throughout the past years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is very professional and super nice. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who need to rent a storage facility, even if you have to drive far to get there. It is absolutely worthy. We will definitely use their service again if need be.

We rented a huge truck this weekend from this facility. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. They made the whole experience very smooth and easy for us. We upgraded the truck rental, per the staff's recommendation, and it was a great move. We were able to fit all of our boxes and items in the truck and made only one trip, which saved us a lot of time and money as well. We definitely recommend their service and we will absolutely use this location again in the future.

The personnel in charge of the UHaul locations were nice and curtious!! But I believe there needs to be a more thorough look at the rentals overall to make sure there is not ANY kind of damages on the truck anywhere before they leave the pickup location!! Especially like damages on top of the trucks, including areas that have been damaged and NOT fixed before it is ready to be rented again!! There were places on top of the truck unbeknown to me, until I was unloading my belongings and found that the truck storage area had a leak In the right upper corner of the roof storage area. (It had rained during the time I had the truck) I had some of my Granny's home made quilts she had made me before her passing and they got ruined!! Which are irreplaceable!! As well as, some of the boxes of my pictures, some small furniture pieces, more personal belongings and my brand new oversized queen mattress, which are a loss to me due to the leak in the truck that should have been looked over more thoroughly by UHAUL personnel., like easily running a water hose over the top of the truck and checking inside the storage box to make sure there are NO problems!!😏 So, beware future UHaul renters!! Make sure they check the rental out in front of you and mark ANY places you notice before you drive off the lot!! This includes making them run a water hose completely over the top of the truck to make sure it is NOT leaking ANYWHERE inside the cab, as well as, the back storage box area!!!

They were mad that I used the wrong entrance. That was where my GPS took me. They made me pay the extra mileage fee and wouldn't listen to my conversation about my trip being exactly from their store to my new home. No excess miles and yet I had to pay a 35% penalty. Very poor customer service and unprofessional.

The guy there would not listen to me and The reason I was there which ended up with my credit card being charged for a week's rental and three additional holds put on it for a total of 4 time's. In an attempt to cover up his mess they have changed the date of the rental, they have lied to me about the other holds they've got on my card and they are now trying to charge me more money after I was given a receipt that clearly states I paid them for the rental. Uhaul Managers at customer service have been lying to me about the holds for over two weeks now and are still lying to me saying that they have no holds on my account. This illegal and unethical act of theft ended up costing me a contract which I lost $36,000. Try Budget they don't change your contract while you have a rental truck Van or anything else that you need.

I like how super easy it was to reserve a spot online, even with a free first month. The office staff was very friendly and helpful also. The only problem I have is confusion regarding the hours.. I was under the impression that I had access to my unit until 10 pm every night but apparently that is not the case unless you are granted special "after office hours access". Regardless, I have been very impressed with UHauls convenience and service throughout my moving process.

I’m very upset the way this situation is being handled and it’s not fair to my children to have to go without because of someone’s personal feelings. I want my stuff out that unit. U can tell from the tone in someone’s voice when they are being spiteful and I think it’s pretty messed up that this is able to go on. My kids are suffering behind this

The only thing I didn't like that you don't probate the bill when someone move's out. When someone is moving and looking for a new storage and one comes available they have to put a deposit down
