The entire process with Uhaul this time around was a nightmare. They confirmed my truck reservation for pick up at one location then sent me to three other locations because the customer service representative over the phone, Sherry, made a mistake. Then once i got to this final location this location gave me a truck with a lock on it. I had to go spend money on getting the lock off and they will not reimburse even though a customer service rep and roadside rep said they would. I have been with uhaul for 10 years, renting usually once a year and I will never again rent from them again. Horrible experience.

The trailer was not ready for pick up as they had said my equipment was ready for pick up . And when I asked the employee he him self was not sure where that trailer. He had to ask another employee where my trailer was. So I still had to wait for them to move the other trailers to get to the one I had rented. Other times I would just check in and hook it up and go .

My regular location asks for me to go to this location to get the van. Check-in was good however they gave me the dirtiest van and said it's because we were getting a discount. We only were getting a discount because our regular location ask us to go out of our way to get the van. Never will I go to this location again!

Was very disappointed in worker Brittaine when I came in personal cell up to screen and I asked if she took picture of my information she said no..if she did gonna be a problem..dropping off young lady was great fast and easy both times didn't get young lady name that checked me out customer service was on point for her to have been imployed for 11 mos.

Both Myra (not sure of spelling) and Kevin were very exceptional with their customer service given to o me. Myra is always energetic and engaging when I connect with her at the front counter. Kevin has been highly helpful in explaining the equipment on the truck, as well as ensure that I have a safe and operational vehicle (my original truck had the low tire pressure light on); he switched the vehicle for me. Lastly, Carlos was very helpful when I returned the truck. He even helped me to look for my personal keys that I left at home (lol). Overall, I highly recommend the UHaul team at the Lynwood office. Prices say one thing and your receipts say another never in my would i ever come back to uhaul

The truck was brand new and worked perfect. Great rental and got me to my destination safely. The trailer was absolutely unsafe and was given to me with two flat tires. I had to wait at my home for 3 hours to get going due to roadside assistance which cause many logistical and financial issues. Now uhaul is telling me it's my problem. Terrible customer service. If this doesn't get resolved in the next couple days I will be calling the credit card company for further support.

The 10' truck I rented had mechanical issues with the engine and transmission. I notify the employees and their answer was “IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME” I had to pull over driving on the freeway 91 CA because of the issues with the transmission. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. It reflects bad in the entire company

I've been renting trucks from uhaul for the last fifty years or so. This was the worse experience I've ever had. Staff late, rude, and very unprofessional.

Wait time better customer service., I needed assistance once I had the truck because the gas level being incorrect however everyone was to busy to assist, which cost me money when I returned. They also advised return location was open until 3:00 pm however it was a posted holiday for the facility

Check it out the truck and equipment was a good service but returning the lady didn't great me it was a line she didn't tell me or the other she apologized for the wait or somebody will be right with us and they didn't ask if I rented cash or card just assumed and told me my deposit will be returned I had to tell them I paid cash along with other issues not sure if I'll return there just because of the drop off experience

$19.99 per day, final bill $195 with 65 miles traveled for one day. Arrived 5 minutes after close and paid dearly for fees and extras, worse I ha e ever seen. You are supposed to check out yourself, which I tried with 2 different phones. But each time it would hang up on the location verification, seems to me by design. The final bill had $30 fuel charge (acceptable), $30 fuel service charge (unacceptable), $20 no-self check-in charge (unacceptable), $20 extra day charge (unacceptable). Don't rent trucks often so feel like I got scammed. Hope this helps others.

Check in staff left me waiting for a small ancillary purchase instead of rushing me out. Yard staff attempted to send me with a trailer with a failed wheel bearing and collision damage. Replacement trailer had a dislodged light we fixed with tape (acceptable). Locals harassed the very nice young Latino man that pulled the trailer for me. Location needs customer service and upsell training, improved security and better budget for equipment maintenance.
