I've been renting trucks from uhaul for the last fifty years or so. This was the worse experience I've ever had. Staff late, rude, and very unprofessional.Angelo D.

Check it out the truck and equipment was a good service but returning the lady didn't great me it was a line she didn't tell me or the other she apologized for the wait or somebody will be right with us and they didn't ask if I rented cash or card just assumed and told me my deposit will be returned I had to tell them I paid cash along with other issues not sure if I'll return there just because of the drop off experienceFelica W.
$19.99 per day, final bill $195 with 65 miles traveled for one day. Arrived 5 minutes after close and paid dearly for fees and extras, worse I ha e ever seen. You are supposed to check out yourself, which I tried with 2 different phones. But each time it would hang up on the location verification, seems to me by design. The final bill had $30 fuel charge (acceptable), $30 fuel service charge (unacceptable), $20 no-self check-in charge (unacceptable), $20 extra day charge (unacceptable). Don't rent trucks often so feel like I got scammed. Hope this helps others.SANJIV S.

Check in staff left me waiting for a small ancillary purchase instead of rushing me out. Yard staff attempted to send me with a trailer with a failed wheel bearing and collision damage. Replacement trailer had a dislodged light we fixed with tape (acceptable). Locals harassed the very nice young Latino man that pulled the trailer for me. Location needs customer service and upsell training, improved security and better budget for equipment maintenance.JOHN G.

PICKUP EXPERIENCE: We reserved a 7am pickup, but the store was closed when we arrived at 7am. The store employee didn't even arrive to the store to open it until around 730am. This was a large disruption to a tight schedule we had planned for the day. Additionally, I had stopped by the store prior to our reservation date to confirm they could accept cash as payment. The manager said yes. But when we came to pickup, we were told no, it must be on a card. This was also extremely frustrating when I spent the time to plan ahead and was assured of something that turned out to not be true or someone had given misinformation. The people answering the 800 number were a bit blunt and rude at times, but got the job done. Just think a little customer service tone of voice goes a long way. This is not about this location but the people who answer your corporate line.Juan M.

The staff are all courteous and professional. But there are not enough of them. The wait in line was over 30 minutes. There was a long line of customers and only one person behind the counter.Kevin R.
This location needs to have more employees in the store helping customers. They also need some training. The associate by the name of Brittanie Olivas is extremely rude and needs some type of training. We were in like 30 minutes before our reservation and when we expressed how dissatisfied we were that we were waiting so long and another customer did as well, she decided to look at me and say "Oh you're complaining isn't going to change anything." Extremely rude and unacceptable. You don't talk to paying customers that way. She had a horrible attitude the rest of our interaction. She gave us our keys and said you can find your truck outside. She didn't tell us where to go, or even come out to inspect the truck. A couple of the representatives inside were also walking around with no masks. When we returned the truck one of the employees was under the influence of something and smelled like marijuana. This definitely needs to be addressed as I'm sure this isn't the image that Uhaul wants out about them as a company or brand.ALEXANDER R.

I reserved a 20' truck three weeks in advance only to be provided a 15' truck instead. This resulted in insufficient space for my move and I must now spend approximately $1,000 to travel back CA and go through this exercise again. The company should reimburse me for my costs due to U-Haul's incompetence.STEVE C.

First of alll the truck i rentes smelles like marihuana and was poorly cleaned. I was charged extra for gas when i the 10 footer i reserved was completely empty to which i havw pictures ans will give a google reveiw later. Brittane and mayara or wahtever hee name is from the compton office not only were incompetent were also careless about their job and lack any kind of customer service whatsoever.
