My Uhaul unit e36 had no light bulb, it was so dusty in there when we cleared everything out myself and my girlfriend got into coughing fits. The gates on the outside of the facility were always open in some way, never had to put in my code.

Lots of spiders and roaches at the storage unit even though we were told there was pest control. There were other pests too. I do not know all of the different types of bugs that I saw.

There were multiple issues at my move in. The front gate was open and inoperable so no security. There was debris outside and inside the unts. My assigned unit had a lock on it so i then had to go ask for help at the main uhaul office. Once there i got immediate assistance on removing the lock but the unit was full so another trip to get another unit. I asked for a unit at the main location as the dobbs st property was obviously not secured or maintained. I was told all available units were more expensive and i did not want to invest more considering my experience so far. The manager did go with me to the new unit to make sure it was open and unoccupied and gave me a lock so I appreciated he tried to resolve the situation. All in all the experience was negative but the manager tried to help. As a customer for many many years I am disappointed in this property. I

I was locked inside the facility because I didn’t have a remote I just had a code and the code can’t be use from inside. My room was rented to somebody else before I make the check out.

It was okay for temporary use, lot of foot traffic throughout the facility but nothing out of ordinary going on.

The staff always seem put off when i have gone into the office to ask for assistance or make an inquiry. my unit that I moved out of recently had insulation from the ceiling all over it and there was a dead rat in it. disturbing that and the increasing prices was the main reason for my moving my stuff out of there. I still have a second unit and will probably be looking for an alternative place as well.

I canceled my unit at this facility in September, I couldn’t get into it, I called management to cancel the storage unit and I was charged for the unit twice even after I had management cancel it.

When I first arrive yesterday, the unit was locked and I was told they would be open with a new lock inside waiting for me. I had to call customer service in order to get someone out there in order to open and unlock the door.

Someone hacked my account and got a storage unit at the same place using my credit card and I called they were rude and said there was nothing they could do. Then I talked to the fraud department and they said get a police report I did and still never got my 76 dollars back .

The unit was non reliable the ceiling had some weird white stuff looked like old unfinished business and I did not want any of it on my belongings. I asked for my money back I haven't seen it yet ill wait then im calling. I never moved in so how is this a move out survey.

I reserved my space online the previous day before my actual move in I get there my space is too small so I call for an upgrade. The upgrade is horrible I could not move my stuff in there. Furthermore I asked for my money back it was a hassle and I have not received my funds back into my account yet.

The Good - the 2 managers I’ve encountered here are BEYOND awesome! They were friendly, fun, helpful, and always stepped up to help me with storage needs & issues, trailer & truck rentals. The Bad - there are an inordinate amount of screws in the driveways of Dodd St. On one walk down the lower, inner drive, I picked up no less than 20 nails and screws. After my clean out, which required 4 trips, I had to have 2 screws removed from my truck tires - which had to happen a couple times in my year there. The Ugly - the water issues on the interior of the lower units needs to be addressed somehow. I had 2 units while there - my last unit had just a trickle. The first one was flooded the whole back half of the unit. As I understand, it’s from cracks in the pavement in the street above. Problems like that don’t go away. Still, the price per foot at this UHaul made it worthwhile to suffer some inconvenience - but I would still only put customers in those units who stack on pallets…

Rodent trap still in unit and ceiling appears to be damaged in the top right corner of this unit. Will speak to someone to rescind the offer to use this facility. Have lost items before to rats a few years ago. Don't feel confident that my items are safe from rodents here.

Jade was extremely adept at showing me my available options and customer friendly as well. The other lady Rachel maybe was very prompt for access to my unit. The newest hired personnel are immensely improved over some of the former employees. Glad to see that happening. Especially in this confusing economic disaster. Keep up the good work.

Staff was wonderful. Condition of the storage facility was below expectations: gate was broken, back fence was open so anyone could get in/out, aisles were too narrow (I had to wait 10 mins for another person to finish unloading so I could get by), unit door didn't open the whole way.

Glass in our unit on floor and no light bulb in socket. When I called on July 8th a woman told me she could hold the 10x30x10 until in the morning of 9th. I called back in morning of 9th and she wasn’t there and no one knew anything about holding it for me til I called back. Told me the unit was held for Jason but then told me whoever got there first would get it. My son in law lives in Marietta so he went right over and got it for me. All the people I’ve dealt with over the last 5 months have been very nice and I was really impressed.Had a snotty one 2 days ago and one had me going to Sweetwater TX not Sweetwater ,TN and rented me a truck for 5 days,not three days.

Very dirty storage area had to call corporate to get it cleared and cleaned the gentleman was very nice on the phone but the person responsible for cleaning the unit was not- rat traps and spider webs clearly visible when entering the unit Also door had a hole in it

This facility is dirty and gross. My storage unit wasn’t cleaned prior to me moving in it. My Storage unit was extremely dirty on the inside and had bugs inside of it. I’m guessing the doors are not sealed properly.

This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a unit and I will never rent from uhaul ever again. I was treated horribly and they attempted to rip me off.

1 mo storage was supposed to be free w trailer rental, location would not honor deal. At move out, staff were deliberately unhelpful and, in fact, took steps to make the process difficult. They blocked my son's access to the storage facility to retrieve his lock by locking him out of the keypad entrance by placing his account in "default", this was within the 3 day grace period the Uhaul personnel said they honored. They left him waiting there at that gate saying someone would come down to let him in, the location had no personnel working there. After SEVERAL calls and 45 min waiting, somehow the gate just lifted. Did someone really need to come there or could they have lifted the gate and let him in to begin with at the beginning? Without our knowledge or informing us, they took it upon themselves to charge our credit card for an additional month. That's STEALING! Have reached out to UHaul corporate and this specific branch to address the situation with no resolution from the branch or corporate. They sure have taught me what they think about their customers. I will get my money back and UHaul won't see another dime from us.

I thought the staff was very polite and helpful. I had paid for the unit and afterwards I was brought over to the unit and realized it was way to small for what I needed. So I asked for a refund since you currently didn't have anything available in the size I needed. I came back to the office and your employee already had the charges reversed on my credit card. The only issue I have is that it has not gone back on my debit card. When will those funds be credited.

I had a horrible experience at Uhaul to begin with. Moving is stressful and my experience made it worse. I expressed my frustration to the staff and the manager worked with me to figure everything out. I appreciate everything that she did to eventually help me out.

We stored our belongings here for approx 8 months. We were never given an access remote to the gate and drive 4 hours to get something out of storage only to not be able to get in. Then when it came time to move out we were told we were moved out before we left the facility. It continued to bill us and I did the move out online. We continued to get bills and threatens of late fees, etc. I reached out multiple times with no response. I sent a final message that I was seeking advice from a lawyer and got moved out that day. Amazing!

There was a lock on, not in the unit when I arrived, so I was unable to get into it. Luckily an employee was still at the office closing up, so he stopped what he was doing to go remove the lock for me. The hallway to the storage units was very filthy and so was the storage unit. Very gross.

The 5x10x10 should not say on the website that it can fit up to 1200 sq ft. Our apartment wasn't even 1200 sq ft, and there was no way we could fit all of our things so we had to upgrade our unit. They ran out of clickers for us to access the gate, so that was inconvenient. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us because two of the workers who could actually help us check in were outside helping this man get his car off the trailer, even though there was a guy at the desk who couldn't help us but had knowledge in unloading the car for the other customer.

This Marietta location was amazing and had such great customer service. I would definitely recommend this one to others. However, the in Georgia overall really really inconvenienced I and my family for the fact that they are so inconsistent and misleading. This Marietta location fixed everything up for me though so thanks!

The staff at 900 Roswell St and 100 Dodd St in Marietta are outstanding at customer service. Four separate employees when WAY out of their way to help us. Each of them in turn found creative solutions to issues that we had pop up. We arrived in the late afternoon in a rainstorm in a fully packed 26 footer. But, through quick thinking and action from the storage and truck team, we got completely unloaded and the truck turned in that night. I cannot speak highly enough about the people at this UHaul site!

The staff was friendly but not helpful. My items while inside the storage unit acquired mold. My mattress, the box spring, my dining table, my area rug, my furniture, all got mold growin on them.

Make sure these trucks are in proper working order. The engine light came on as soon as I left the property with it. Also the man told me that he noticed it had an ignition problem I would have to shake the gear shift. And yes it took forever to get it to unlock to start. Now the number one problem is don't tell me you are going to charge me 80 and when I get back its gone up to over 90 dollars and I left with no receipt they would email it. This is the only email I got.

I ordered an appliance hand truck, but it was not on the truck when I picked it up. Thankfully I was not charged for a hand truck. The clerk acted like my ability to adjust my move to make it work without the appliance dolly wasn't enough of an inconvenience for him to offer me some kind of concession. From his perspective, I wasn't out anything because I hadn't been charged. Please train your people to get an order right, and of it's not right, make it right. The bottom line is not my only consideration, and it should not be yours if you want to keep my business.

Two concerns: I transferred the pickup location online and the purchased moving supplies bib not. I had to go to the original pickup location and the staff person would not let me have them. I finally had to go to the U-Haul Center to get them. Secondly, the drop of center indicated on the contract was no longer in operation. So, I went down the street to another vender, who did not have my order number in his computer. I then had to call and check out by telephone. All in all, it was not a bad experience other than time consuming.

Staff was patient, friendly, and helpful. I didn't have my rental contract with me and was returning the trailer to a different lot. The staff took the time to find my account on-line and attempt to call the original lot to ensure it wasn't reserved. When they were unable to make contact with the other location, the manager assured me that she would accept the trailer and make sure I didn't receive a penalty fee. The temperature was 98 degrees and they both had to walk the lot to locate the trailer's ID#. I felt very well taken care of, which was very much appreciated after an 18 hour drive. Thanks Marietta Uhaul....you rock!

After arriving at the first location, the storage room I reserved didn't have the unit I reserved. The next location I went to could not receive the transport I rented. The 3rd location I went to (#61) Terrance was extremely helpful and did not stop working until I was completely satisfied. When returning the truck to the Dodd St. location they told me they didn't have a place for the truck and asked me again to go to #61. Dodd St. did finally accept the truck but I have never has service as poor as this with U-Haul before. I have used U-Haul services for the 5 moves I have made in the last 6 years but I may look elsewhere next time.
