Everything was great except the fact that they wouldn’t reimburse me for putting more gas in then what was requested. It is hard to get that exact amount and I think that customer should be refunded the extra gas they put in if it goes over.

First off, when I booked this trailer it was booked in Selma Oregon on the 24th, I was called while on vacation in Mexico by Uhaul and had a huge argument over all of this, they discounted the price & I had to go a different day and to a different location to pick it up so it was 3 hours from where I lived. It made everything very hard to get figured out. Then I picked it up and it wasn’t ready and it was super dirty like it and been driven off road for a month, but I didn’t have time so I just did forget about it I’ll take it anyways. Then the day before I leave town to Texas, my truck breaks down and needs a new motor, the uhaul sat loaded up in my yard for a week doing nothing. I ended up not being able to get my truck fixed and had to go unload the uhaul and take it back. They didn’t offer a discount or anything. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE with them and I won’t be moving my stuff with their trailer when I come back to get my truck. I’ll just buy my own. Customer service sucked.

Just a nit: "Was the personnel helpful?' is grammatically incorrect. "Personnel" is a collective noun and thus takes a plural form of the verb. So "Were the personnel helpful?' is correct. Sorry don't mean to nitpick, but I thought you would wan tto know.

I would have rated this location a full five stars except when I returned the rental I was very rudely spoken to by the person at the rental counter. He was very degrading, frustrating to interact with, and a total A** Hole! He should not be employed with you. I've rented from this (and many other U-Haul locations) and have never been treated like this person treated me. I wish I caught his name... He was a larger guy with brown hair.

The U-Haul I rented leaked fluid all over everything I had touching the floor, ruining 2 of my three mattresses I moved in the truck and soaking through several more boxes and other belongings. I have nothing good or bad to say about the location, it was close, pickup and drop off were easy. Not happy with the experience and the damage caused to my furniture.

Going through a domestic violence situation with 3 small children and having to leave quickly I found the staff to be nonchalant, down right rude, and very unhelpful, creating more stress. Including needing a quote for our DV grant but they forgot to include taxes and equipment add ons for the trailer used. I ended up having to cover what I already could not afford. I'll never use or recommend U-Haul to any friends or family after my experience.

This U-Haul store is extremely busy and much too small for the volume of business it receives. The staff work very hard to keep pace but they need a bigger location in a better area away from all the drug/alcohol addicts and others next door at the homeless shelter of St. Vincent de Paul.

The onsite representative on this day was beyond excellent. He was fast and efficient when I picked up the truck. And although this equipment was not clean when I picked it up,when I noted that reality to the representative, he demonstrated such concern and went on to give me a bit of a discount (which I did not ask for.) Bottom line, he went out of his way to see that I was satisfied, and I truly was. I will definitely rent from this location again when I need to rent a vehicle.

Wash trailer before customer picks up. Just muddy on one side. Not a huge deal but was towing classic car so extra precaution would have been nice. Everyone was extremely friendly & picking up the trailer was quick & easy even though they were busy

Maybe a walk around with the truck. Was not sure about the tow/haul button. Drove 80 miles with it on and the truck empty. Looked on the internet to figure it out.

The advertised prices are VERY misleading! I thought I was getting a rental van for $20, but apparently since I was going out of town to pick something up the price was $80 PLUS MILEAGE (which was posted in minuscule type); and then I had to fill it with gas which added another $60. My $20 rental actually cost $230. I will be sure to tell my friends that the actual cost is WAY higher than the advertised one. Next time I'll just have my furniture shipped.

I was supposed to call a number on arrival but received a text with address first. I called to confirm and was told that was the correct location. It was a wireless store that was supposed to open at 10 am. I found it at 8:45 am. The store phone was tried with a result of they're opening was next week. So we dropped it at the closest real uhaul dealer... bad idea directing to a non existent location...

You guys really need to have safe and secure parking for customers at this location. Having people park across a very busy highway when they rent a truck isn't acceptable. It's a very bad neighborhood and surveillance is less than stellar where we are required to park (if we are renting a truck for the day on the weekdays) I've never had a problem with anyone breaking into my vehicle though, you'd just assume there'd be a secure place to leave your vehicle at the busiest Uhual in Medford. Management is amazing though, Lindsey is a very hard working woman and her crew handles the pressure and stresses that come with their job in a very professional fashion. I've never had a problem with any of the staff here and hope Uhual is paying them generously.

When I picked up the trailer in Medford, OR, the woman behind the counter was dutifully attempting to help me, but also repeatedly interrupted by answering the phone. There were several other employees behind the counter, and when I asked why someone wasn’t helping answer the phone while she helped me, their excuses left little doubt with me that they would do well to improve with some needful teamwork. When Uhaul messes up my reservation placed weeks in advance, that I specifically placed in person with the employees at this location, nothing else matters! I dont think its only a problem with this location but a lack of organization over all. Problems with engine heat burning passengers feet, due to a faulty engine cover seal, did not sound like it would even get looked at when mentioned to the return crew. So other renters of the van will have the same problems we did. They also started to blame us for damage that was already on the vam and marked. In the future I will not use Uhaul for anything other than local trips. I emailed Uhaul customer service yesterday about the additional problems with the van and they have not responded so far.

Rented a open trailer for two days but we were told if we brought it back same day we would only be charged for one. They charged the two days anyway then when we called to tell them they said someone would call and figure it out then I noticed a double charge out of my bank account! Very unorganized location!

At appointment time, the trailer wasn't ready. The computers weren't working right. Finally, they found an employee that was able to work it right and complete the transaction. We refused the cleaning of the trailer because we were already an hour behind schedule by then.

The location in Fort Collins was great. The location in Medford Oregon had a bunch of lazy slow people working. that didn't seem to want to do anything. One employee named James is obviously a super hard-working guy that other employees at U-Haul seem to take it vantage of, he seems to do about everything. While James is working his tail off trying to get people through the door, another guy named Gary is doing his best to do absolutely nothing. He could've helped me save me 20 minutes but just stood there.

Dear Mr. Marvin, I had paid for and received email and phone confirmation to pick up two 5 x 8 foot trailers on the September 18, 2017. Lyle, from the Medford location called me Sunday, the 17th and with him I confirmed the two reservations. I was to pick both trailers up on Monday morning at 8 am. Upon arrival I was told one was cancelled, then your General Manager, Lyndsey Lane approached and said she had cancelled the one as she thought it was a duplicate. This forced us to drive to the next town to pick up the second trailer. I would rate Ms. Lane's customer service as "0".

Return phone calls. My husband left an industrial broom at the site. We called twice before closing last night. Receptionist messaged back to truck service but no call back. My husband called again this morning and will head over to hopefully retrieve our broom, although person answering phone could not tell us if broom had been found or not. I'm wondering why employee would leave the broom in the first place in the truck. And not let us know? Anyway not impressed with the followup and all I want to know is where our broom is. It was a large broom I use all the time. Seems employees could've responded. I'm wondering if someone took off with it. Thanks - won't use your company again

This is the second time I've been quoted a price and have been overcharged. This time I rented s cargo van for one day and was quoted 19.95 a day and 79¢ a mile, What I was charged for 1 day was 79.95 a day and 29¢ a mile??? And nobody at the store could explain why? Why is the staff at this location always uneducated on company policies?

The drop off went well with the exception of difficulty unlocking the front vehicle ties on the trailer. Not being familiar with the car trailer, I had to enlist the help of the service personnel at both stations to secure the vehicle to the trailer and to take it off of the trailer at drop-off. The drop off staff were very attentive, polite and efficient. I cannot say the same for the pick-up staff. See comments in other column.

The truck fuel level was below the contract level by a 1/16th to 1/8th - I did not want to bother with having to go back into the store and get it straightened out. The truck would get a little wobbly on rough sections of road. The folks that checked me in and out were very easy to work with. The estimated gallons to refuel the truck to the contracted level is very useful. Thanks... Bryan

First, the representatives have ZERO customer service skills. Second, on top of acting as if me being there to rent a truck was an inconvenience I was told I didn't need check anything before being waved off to do my business. Besides being treated this way in front of one of my children I was also told I couldn't leave my vehicle on the premises and had to park across the freeway! After our journey back to the truck I turn it in to see the tank was barley below the half mark. Being I had no time to go back in to the jerk behind the counter (nor I had any desire too) I decided to just fill it back to where it was on return. Thirdly, upon returning the truck, another very smug representative explained that my card was being charged for a total of$84.90. Now I get this Store facility lot didn't have the smallest truck available and I had no choice but to rent the next size up. But when Uhaul has signs of a $29.95 price covering each side of the truck, $84.90 is more then double that!!! Only $12.00 extra is what they charged me for being a hair under the half mark. After I put in $15.00 to get it back where it was when I got it. Lastly, besides the extreme poor customer service I experienced, when I see a huge sign that says $29.95, I'm am lividly pissed when it ends up costing me nearly $100.00!!!!! To rent the smallest possible truck available for 24 hours! This pricing is way out of wack! I will never rent from Uhaul ever again and will put my experience reviews everywhere I can. For $100 more I could have paid professional movers to do all the work I did with no small print hidden fees, AND better attitudes. I hate to think this nation wide franchise is as bullshit as the one here, but with how smug and unprofessional all the representatives are at this location, it seems that they are trained to act like a bunch of ass holes. They act this way with confidence, as if they are supposed to be a bunch of pricks. Erg, rant done for now.

Truck was dirty, but it is a truck, had to wait a while to get the paperwork done, their computers were and are so slow and they had customers lined up waiting for help. Returning the truck there was also a wait. The area is pretty confined for as busy as the operation seem to be. Having someone drop you off when picking up a vehicle is probably the best option, since there is no place to park at the present location; had to leave my vehicle across the busy 4 lane Hwy on a residential street. We felt that we returned the truck with the same level of fuel as when we picked it up. The paperwork indicated it was at 1/4 tank but it was really just under. We returned it the same way. The truck was not inspected while we were there because the staff were really, really busy. We got the invoice emailed to us and discovered over $15 charged for fuel. In the future we will be sure to verify (take a picture) the fuel level before we take the truck and when we return it. Otherwise it was a very smooth experience and we will rent again.

I am a very happy customer, and the only concern I really have is about your gas policy. On the first,the tank measured "E" and the advice I had from the "partner" was to fill just under half because the tank was supposed to measure 1/4 full. I put in $20.00 in and it still measured "E". On this last haul, I was told the tank was on 3/4, in fact it was more like 3/5 - but to me I was more time invested than picky about this. On the return, I again put in $20.00 worth of gas. On thinking about it, both my trips were just under 20 miles, so assuming 10 mpg, I needed to put in about 4 glns for both trips at $3/per gallon, I put WAY too much gas in your trucks. You're welcome. MY BAD!

Counter customer service was VERY unprofessional. The counter service person used profanity when he was not able to maneuver through the data input process. Used the "F" boom several times than walked out, not completing my contract. Sad part about this experience was the general manager working next to him did nothing. I called a day later to see if they had rectified the problem but I have not received a call back from the manager still to this day. (3 days later) Go BUDGET.

Amount of containers: I knew it myself. Some of the staff knew their stuff, some did not. It seemed like in U-haul the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. It was unclear until the end if the costs were in Canadian or US, I got different answers: all in Canadian, all in US and part Canadian. part US. The amounts on the order chart did not include the taxes and did not state in which currency they were. Confusion about storage charge/U box rent. Many times long waits on phone (half an hour), many times referred to other people in U-haul (once I was connected six times to new 'experts'. In total, countless calls both to the local U-haul and US, with a charge for calls to other country. I am glad this is over!

The gas gauge did not seem to work on the truck I rented. It registered "empty" when I picked it up, so was advised and did add $20.00 in gas. It still registered "empty". We do not recommend renting or returning a vehicle to this location. Location is extremely difficult to find and the staff were ethically questionable. When called to get directions to the return location, they provided vague directions when thorough directions were extremely important as the location is on a road which splits into two and is easily missed if you do not know it exists. Parking at location is difficult as the yard does not have the space to accommodate returns and it is not well marked. But the worst of this return is when they tried to charge us a cleaning fee for a very clean vehicle, which had been swept clean, as that is who we are, and specifically to avoid the extremely high cleaning fee. After driving around an hour and fifteen minutes, looking for this location, this is what we received. The truck was very clean and there was no debris yet they felt they could apply the charge, which left great question to their character and ethics. After they realized we were not going to be taken advantage of, they backed down, but it was only after being adamant with our position. I should also mention, that when we were furious about their bogus claim, the manager threatened my husband saying he should be careful with his tone as he was the one who would make the final decision. This is not customer service by any means and U-Haul management should definitely consider dropping this location or at least monitor this location. We will never use this location again and we suggest you do not as well. We dealt with both an employee and the manager.

There was some confusion on where we were to drop off the trailer and the guy in Medford was going to charge us $70 more than the original bill. My wife called and talked to Uhaul representative that cleared it up and only charged us our first amount. Now, she was extremely helpful.

When I picked up the pickup truck there were no tie down hole caps to block things from going under the liner. One of the holes had a cap that was pushed into the hole. I tried to put it on but couldn't get it on correctly. At this time I noticed there was some sand or dirt in the hole. I didn't think much about it. I used the truck to haul bark and tile. Just before returning the truck I removed a pallet from the back and the liner was flat. I returned the truck and an employee looked the truck over for damage and scratches. He did not say anything about the liner. I was later called and told that the liner was warped as there was gravel under the liner. I did not haul gravel. I told them I would come back to look at the damage. When I got there, the liner was warped. I was told by Lyndsey, the manager, that they had removed dirt and some bark. I asked her to show me the debris that had been removed and she said they disposed of it. I told her that I wished they had called me before anyone had touched the liner. She said they had "blown out" some debris, but nobody touched it and explained that the liner was this way when she opened the tailgate. I asked her if she had taken a picture before anyone touched it. She showed me a picture and I noticed in the photo the back two tie down holes were now capped. Obviously, the truck had been touched because there was only one hole cap that was not completely on when I rented it and now the rear two hole caps were in placed. I believe someone pulled up on the liner and could not get it back into place. If there is a problem with a return, the employees should have immediately taken a photo before removing any debris, cleaning or washing the vehicle (which was done in this case), or touching the vehicle. I dispute the additional charge on my credit card as I was not given the opportunity to see the damage before the truck was blown out and washed out. I hope u-haul will consider a refund of this charge and give future customers the courtesy of looking at any reported damage before working on the vehicle.

Read the notes on the reservation. I explained that I was going to reserve the dolly with my credit card, I was reserving the car dolly for my brother who is deaf that's why I called to reserve it and not him. He gave you his credit/debit card upon arriving to rent the dolly. You charged my credit card after I said not to, I said he would pay for it when he picked up the car dolly. You guys took his card number and info, but still charged my card and rented the car dolly to him in my name??? I don't understand how you could do that when you guys ask a million questions about everything.

Couldn't get through by phone about half the time. Scheduling trailers 2 days ahead didn't help, even with follow-up call the day before. Took 1 1/2 hours to get trailer hooked up while was paying mover to stand and wait. Forced to pay $300 for "rent" due to 13 day late pick up and delivery from originator store. It felt like extortion. Destination store says origination was wrong and late, so I should get the money back from them. Manager filed an "objection" on my behalf, saying they had 48 hours to respond. It has been 5 days now and no response. Also, staff didn't seem well-trained on Ubox nor trailer specs and requirements. Told conflicting things. Also, told I could rent a 2-box Ubox trailer by one staff, then told they were both rented out for an unknown period. Staff to check, but didn't. I am still awaiting resolution of this nightmarish experience by UHaul.

We made a reservation to Pick up a 1 way in Corvallis Oregon. 1 1/2 days before the pick-up we were called to tell us that we would have to pick it up in Lincoln city oregon about a 180 mile difference and another 5 hours. We had a crew set and were leaving from So. Oregon on Thursday evening . .So Deena said we could pick up from Medford and drive it up and set up two one way rentals. Fine and good with the exception of We had more than $98 worth of fuel extra costs and upon returning the truck found that a tire was in horrible shape on right rear Duelly as the check in man said it should have NEVER went out like that.. Very dangerous.. older cracked and worn out tire on outer right side. Side NOTE: When in Corvallis there were 3 trucks the same size at the Uhaul center on Friday evening and even on Sat. evening 24th.

I was very unhappy when I discovered that my rental was for only 6 hours, rather than the 24 that I paid for. When I was told that I had chosen that option on the website, I decided to look into it further. As I suspected, I did NOT choose that option but rather it was the default entry and I neglected to change it. Big difference IMHO because all other "choices" on the site must be actively chosen or you get an error and have to resubmit.

On June 1, I reserved a 26' truck online for a June 17 move. I reserved the usual email confirmation, all looked good. About a week later I went in to the office to buy boxes and while there, confirmed my reservation, all looked good, 26' truck reserved for the 17th. I showed up on the 17th to pick up the truck and was told I had reserved 17' truck. I said no, it was 26' and that I had confirmed it. The clerk asked if I had reserved online, I said yes. His implication was that I had made an error. He checked to see if he had any other trucks and said he did not. We had no choice but to take the 17' truck. When I got home, I found my email confirmation that did indeed say 26'. I called back and was put through to the manager. I believe her name was Lindsay. I told her I had a large house to move and needed the 26' I had reserved. She told me she did not have one for me. (We checked on the website and it said there still was a 26' truck available at that site.) She offered to give me a second day for free, which did me no good as I only had movers for Saturday and needed to be out of my rental. I explained that it didn't help, she basically told me that she had given me a truck to do our move, what was I complaining about (not exact words, but definitely implied by tone of voice). Because of U-Haul pulling a bait-and-switch with us, our movers had to take extra trips, costing us more money; they did not finish the move for us as they would have with the larger truck; we had to pay for extra mileage and gas; we did not get our of our rental on time, costing us more money as well. The entire experience was unacceptable. We will not be using U-Haul in the future.

Are you kidding me? Multiple phone calls and a visit in person talking to the manager and I'm still getting charged for a U-box I don't have. Manager: "I can't figure out how to take you out of the system so you don't keep getting charged" "I'll look into it later". Totally incompetent. I had to change my credit card number and open a fraud claim with my credit card company because they won't stop charging my credit card. I wonder if Uhaul has figured out yet that fraudulent charges to a credit card is a crime.

Top rate. Smooth, fast. Totally professional. Obviously, this station was a major U-Haul facility, totally committed to handling rentals in a top-priority manner. The Lincoln City setup was at a service station that did U-Haul work on the side. I had to wait for the LC guy to finish his cigarette out back before I could get started on my rental request, about 10 minutes. At Medford, they were all U-Haul, all the time. Very good at the Medford drop-off; kind of "not my problem" at the Lincoln City pickup point.

The truck had a terrible smell when I got in and I decided to drive with the windows down. It helped. There were warning signs on the dash that said tire pressure was low and maintenance was needed. The man who helped me was not unpleasant but seemed to be having difficulty with his movement and resperation due to his obesity. His labored breathing worried me a bit. There was no inquiry as to whether i knew how to operate the van or if i knew where to return it. Perhaps they are used to people who rent trucks all the time but this was my first time and i would have appreciated a little more guidance to be offered me.

ALL of the staff at this location were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, VERY RESPECTFUL, resourceful, and kind (unlike the customer service representative I spoke with over the phone in Washington state). It was truly amazing to watch them deal with pushy, impatient, self-entitled asshole customers and be so respectful and courteous. The employees at this location deserve more than "a pat on the back". If you need to move, rent a truck or van, etc., do business with U-Haul at this location. I had someone pump my gas and asked to fill it to the 3/4 the tank where it was suppose to be at toward the end of my move. It would have only been 3-5 dollars, but the gas jockey put 20 dollars worth in and filled the tank. I went into your Uhaul store and requested the difference be paid back. I was told that there was "Nothing we could do," or "Maybe you should argue with someone at the front desk about it." I think it's unreasonable that the gas mishap wasn't even my fault and that I couldn't even be reimbursed the difference. What are you guys doing with the difference in gas? and even when I had he reciebt for the difference in price, I still couldn't get that reimbursement.

This was a horriible location and sadly it has put a bad taste for Uhaul in my mouth. I will never rent one again. Rented 15' box truck for 2 days they charged 2 different rates. What's that all about? Originally I was set up for a one way truck and they told me no that truck can't be a one way. So I had to pay for 32 miles to drive it back @ $1.09/mile. The service from everyone except the guy I returned truck to was horrible. When I got the truck the guy told me "sorry it's dirty this one never gets used." Then to top it off they called and asked me to bring it back early because they had a family that really needed it.

I reserved a 10' U-Haul truck ahead of time. Got a call the night before planned pickup (5/15/17) that there was no 10' U-Haul available at the Medford, OR location and I could pick one up in Eagle Point, OR (10 miles away from Medford). Since I had to take a taxi to the U-Haul, that caused me $36 to Eagle Point. Arrived at the Eagle Point location and was told they didn't have a 10' truck and knew nothing about the change that had been made. Had to take the taxi back to Medford, now making my taxi bill over $69. The Medford location had literally dozens of 10' trucks! The U-Haul employee took $42 off the bill due to the erroneous 'change,' gave me the paper work which included the number of gallons (7/8ths in tank) the now assigned 10' truck had. Just before driving from the lot I checked the gas gauge and it showed 3/8ths in the tank, not 7/8ths. Had to go back into the office and adjustments were made. With the $69+ taxi fare, and the $42 credit I was still about $27 in arrears, not to mention the extra time to and from Eagle Point. Needless to say, I was very, very disappointed in U-Haul's service. As far as the truck, it ran well and served the purposes for which I needed it. I will really hesitate to use U-Haul again...especially if I have to order a truck or trailer in advance--very unreliable service could occur. (The Medford location was clean and had dozens of choices available!)

I have used Uhaul trucks to move for about 30 years now & Uhaul has greatly improved over the years. Now you can reserve a truck online, change your reservation online, a pre-check in to make picking up the truck fast and easy. Gone are the days when you reserved a truck but had no idea if you would actually get one. Uhaul is reliable and the trucks seem well-maintained.

The staff recommended we park across a 4 lane road and use a side street This was not only inconvenient, it it not an easy road to cross as it is busy and is a haven for homeless camping. Recently I have rented a van, and two 15' trucks. The fan and the first truck I rented was ok. The van had wiring that kept falling off the roof by the rear doors and getting in the way. The first truck I rented was ok but the ignition on the column kept sticking in the "start" position so the radio and heater/fan did not work and it made a long driver even longer. The ride was ok. The second truck I rented was hard to keep in a strait line on the road and made my shoulders hurt after the first 20 miles. It seemed to ride rougher that the first truck I rented. The key was hard to get in and out of the ignition slot on the column. The doors squeaked when you open and shut them. The window cranks were real stiff and for someone with arthritis they were a pain to use. The passenger door was hard to open with the key, like it did not really want to fit in the slot and I had to giggle the key to get it in the slot. A couple of times I could not get it to open so had to go to the drivers side to unlock the passenger door. I believe I have spent over $700 in rental fees and if I was not desperate I would have looked elsewhere for my rental needs. I was not really satisfied with the service of one employee and I did not get his name. His people skills left something to be desired. Among other things he reached his hand in the back of his pants and it looked like he was pulling up his underwear before he sat down behind the counter before using the computer to register me. The first person I was in contact with was very efficient but too busy to be friendly. The last two employees that helped me were very good, explained everything to me, and made me feel a little less stressed about having to rent a vehicle to move several hours away. Over all it was an OK experience but it could have been better.

Over all it was an ok experience, not particularly friendly. Pricing was a little high, I thought. Parking was an issue; having to park my vehicle across a busy street with 4 lanes and a turn lane. When I returned the vehicle I rented the "return equipment" area was full so I parked on the other corner then was asked to pull around to the "return equipment" area having to enter onto the busy road then back into the parking lot where the equipment that was in the way was just moving out. Truck and trailer was blocking the way as well as an employee blowing off the parking lot leaving the van I had rented sticking out into the busy road. U-Haul has clearly outgrown the space it occupies and needs to be moved where there is more space and a secure place to park.

My uhaul truck died twenty minutes after I picked it up, I had to wait an hour for someone to come jump start it, then it happened again while I was half way through my 800 mile drive, luckily I got a jump from someone at the gas station, then it happened a third time while I was at the end of my drive unloading my truck, I would have reported the last two times but I didn't have an hour or more to wait for a jump, which is rediculous. Over all pretty poor experience having to worry about breaking down in the middle of nowhere.

I wanted a one way truck and they said they didn't have one avail..so I had to do the round trip option..i don't understand why I always get the older model truck when there are nicer ones lined up on the lot?? other than that I got the job done..

let them know that your small trailers dont have any strap hooks for tie downs and they should not have to put out the extra expense on straps.Also let them know you cant return unused items to a store it has to be a uhual center

I reserved the truck one month in advance, to be picked up in Ashland. However, U-Haul informed me three days before the date I reserved it for that I would have to pick the truck up in Medford. Poor customer service, I think.

I think that if there wasn't any hidden charges and if being an hour late didn't cost me a whole day i would have told every one to get it from you guys. Sometimes not know exactly how far the move is really messes with the rate. I am sorry but the truck also smelt like curtled milk. Not very happy with all the charges because now you over drafted me bank account wich is costing me 3 times what u over drafted thanks never again

Person who checked out my equipment needs to do their job and needs an attitude adjustment. Was very rude and short. Didn't seem to care one bit about their job or helping me. Handed me keys and told me to hit panic button and find my truck. You kidding me? There was not a single person waiting, this is pure laziness. After finding it I am nicely greeted with a strong pot smell, dirt and dust inside throughout and the ad board still in the window... How nice. I made do with what I got and left. Came back later that night to return, asked the lady who was there if she was the manager, was answered rudely and told nope! She's over there and points away?!?! Then I told her how I had a terrible time. All she says is would you like the receipt emailed or printed sir... And goodbye. Wow. Thanks for nothing. I went a day earlier to the Uhaul authorized rental onot Valley View and received excellent service! Never again will I come to this location, and I want compensation towards another rental I need this coming Saturday, otherwise it's Budget Truck from now on. Shameful.

I should not have to drive 20 miles to pick up a truck when there are two locations in my town of Ashland, OR. Very disappointing. Picking up truck wait time was over 20 minutes. Drop off was after hours and the online process is absurd. One cannot figure out the interface even if one has a smart phone. Who has internet access on the same evening of a move? You need to do better U-haul. My movers providing labor recommended Budget for my next move. I will take their advice.

I felt that the customer service was unhelpful and rude. I transferred my reservation to this location because my father in law highly recommended this location because of their selection and helpful customer service. When I got there, they did not know anything about my reservation. I waited about an hour before I could leave. I feel like I was overcharged for the entire transaction, and they would not explain why I was getting charged these amounts, "that what the computer says!"

The day after renting the trailer I decided I needed a few boxes. I went and got 2 med and 4 small. Apparently the Iphone credit card machine was giving the person problems. He had to swipe my card many times and finally had someone help him. I checked my band online and noticed I had been charged 3 times for the same transaction. I have 3 debits on my account of $6.66 each. I went to the Uhaul office in Medford. The girl told me that their credit office will get back to me asap to refund the money.It has been 4 days. I still have not received a call. I am very unhappy with the Medford Uhaul office. I will tell my relatives in Medford to not use Uhaul ever and tell their friends that the Medford Uhaul office is operated by at the least idiots. At worst thieves.

I canceled my reservation. After renting the trailer when we are hooking up the trailer to my truck I was informed that I had to keep the trailer attached to my vehicle. That is why U-Haul does not offer trailer tongue jacks on their trailer. That is absurd. I was also told if I wanted to remove the trailer I would have to use a floor jack. Again completely absurd.

The location we picked up at was excellent. But I am rating average because the overall experience with u Haul was terrible. I originally booked at one location online, then received a call two days prior to pick up from u haul asking if I can change location to another which was ok with me and they gave me a reservation time of 10:45am which was also fine. When we arrived at the location there was no one there. It was part of a car dealership and the person told us that they were not expected until 11:30. We then had to drive to another location. Very inconvenient and no communication for a change that was made by u haul and not me.
