Not really applicable to this box, but I just wanted to say that Sarah and co. were amazingly helpful. Sarah really cared about my uhaul experience, and I really appreciated her assistance.

The front desk was kind of "edgy"...the corporate software did not work at my return, and I got a stodgy remark and looks from the front desk staff... It wasn't my fault, but I felt like it would. U-haul handheld software sucks, not easy to operate.

I had trouble getting the after hours online checkin to find my location with my android phone, using the Samsung internet browser. Had to use my son's phone to get it to work.

My stuff got very dusty with some flooring that was done. Manager was great by reaching out to me and apologizing for it . It would of been nice to get warning to cover stuff or do something so my stuff would of not got all dusty and dirty. Staff is great.

Booked the pickup truck, told they don't have and gave cargo van. When get in low pressure in rear tire Then they changed to another cargo van. The whole process wasted my 45 mins of time

Pick-up and drop-off service by both of your associates was top notch. They couldn't be more personable and customer-service oriented. My first time renting and hooking up a trailer, and they were so helpful.

The whole staff is rockstars!!! Starting from Sal and working on down to every single employee there! I use U-Haul quite a bit for work related purposes and the staff, no matter the month, week, day, or hour is always friendly, competent, and reliable. Shout-outs to Wayne, Andrew, Solo, and the ladies behind the counter!!! With a few different locations around the staff here makes this U-Haul the first and only U-Haul location on my list. Thanks for all the continued help and support and looking forward to continue to work with you guys and gals!

Absolute circle jerk on hold trying to return blankets not returned with can. Promised manager would call me back and nothing. Called in again got bounced to northern cal uhaul then to san diego uhaul then back on hold for a 2nd 20 mins. Terrible. Trying to do the right thing and given run around. Call me if you care. Shocks were absolutely horrible and so much play in the steering wheel!! My wife was launched from seat and het her head and got air over uneven freeway road hurt her low back! She was very shook up! I expect to be comped and credited from bill as well as reasonably compensated for her back

We really enjoyed our U-Haul rental, it was a great price, and very easy to use, the only issue we had was when returning we did all the steps on the app but we didn't know where to drop the key, then we saw the small lock box next to the return area, perhaps better signage, and guidance on the app as to where to drop the keys would be useful

Keep doing what you're doing. I've had to rent a cargo van on many recent occasions to deliver cabinets for my contracting business. It has always worked out very well, very satisfied. I left my cell phone in one of the vehicles and Kevin, the attendant that checked my vehicle in - gave handed it in to the office and it was there waiting for me when I rushed back to get it. Great job and thanks to all - best - Rob Pollock

The facility is easy to access from the main road. I used the Internet check-in to enter the contract information and it only took a couple of minutes to complete the process at the location and drive away. The return process was also fast and the whole experience was Covid safe. I had a very positive experience.

I really appreciated the person that I returned the tow dolly to explained to me what my donation went to in order to helped the burned out forest. Helped me appreciate my donation even more than before I gave it.

The Truck given to us had MANY MANY MANY MANY problems. The brakes made noise when we stepped on it. The transition also made noise. The truck made a funny unknown noises as we drove it as well. The head light was so low that it was basically nonexistent. It was a VERY VERY scary experience. NEVER again! I value my life way too much. I was charged WAAAAAAYYYY too much for a truck that could've broken down at ANY time. Not cool!!!!

Location was impossible to park at. For a novice trailer driver this location would be impossible. There were loose wires with no where to plug them in. Workers stated “we're not sure what it goes to. But don't worry about it”.

I needed help navigating through some issues with my storage unit and no one helped. I called multiple times a day and throughout the week to try and talk with someone/anyone from the front office and they never responded to my inquiries. I have moved out of this storage unit and will be advising other to never do business at this location. Poor customer service.

With no cameras and no Solid ceiling I had $20,000 worth of bicycles removed out of my storage through the wire roof I don’t know when This happened I have not been to my storage in over a year but I got a phone call from the facility saying there’s a possible break in so I was able to send a friend to look and there’s a big open spot on the floor where the bikes were and a big opening in the chicken wire ceiling. Because of the value of the bikes I called the police they went and investigated and there were no cameras up in the ceiling so there’s no evidence of who took them Will it be in an air condition controlled facility I understand they might not be able to secure The ceiling or they would have to have some ventilation in the ether individual room but there’s no excuse not to have video coverage above the units

I wish I know the the moving van cannot get into the indoor parking lot of most apartment buildings before I rent it. The moving carts inside the storage building are very helpful. I wish I can rent them out to move our furniture down from the apartment.

We received notices often that we hadn't paid. I called and was told each time, payments are current. There seemed to be a disconnect between corporate office and MM office. We moved to A-1 Storage.

I've had this storage facility for 23 years and have been very please with being with UHaul. This year A-Joy has been exceptionally helpful in trying to make my move from California to Colorado easier

The young man (last name Boykin) was very helpful. He offered to back my 20 foot truck up to the loading dock and helped me add air to my dolly tires making my move out easier.

I recommend having the front automatic doors to be open during normal working hours. It was really annoying swiping the card everytime the door closes and you are moving things from your storage.

Hours are a bit restrictive. You should be able to look up the truck rental on the computer. I had to purchase two locks because the until size I reserved was not available. Should be free.
