We called them 20 minutes before closing. The wrong return place was put on our sheet. Sarah and another woman stayed until 15 minutes after closing time to unhook our car so we could leave after a grueling 14 day ice and snow storm trip...Great workers

The uhaul app is broken.during the return It all worked until it did not allow me to take a picture. I ended up calling the 800 number to complete the return .

Not the fault of the Alexis location but the whole reservation situation was terrible. Calling me the day before to let me know they don't have the right trailer so I can get another trailer at a different location and then they call me the evening before and tell me they don't have a trailer for me was unacceptable. Eventually the next day I did get one but had to go to a different location and delay my trip back to Jasper. The workers at the Alexis location were great which was appreciated.

price is high but is OK for me. If I decide to stay for 1 year, I will ask for 1/2 off if not I will probably only be there for 2 months. But the people are very nice.

The motion sensor lights were the most inconvenient thing. Everytime I was getting things from my unit, the lights would turn off if I didn’t physically walk out into the hallway and wave my arms. I was left in the pitch dark so many times having to find my way back out to the hallway without falling over anything. Super annoying. As for the staff, there was one time I walked all the way back to my storage unit and it had a red slip on it saying my access has been taken away due to lack of payment. I never received a phone call, text, email about when my payment was due. I have never gotten a unit before and didn’t know if I just paid in full once I was done using it or what. So I had to go to the office and two girls were standing there just staring at me. They didn’t even say hello. The first thing the girl said was “ smith the last name ?” Not only did I find it rude but also creepy. Not sure if they were watching me walk back to my storage unit and looking my name up or what. But I didn’t appreciate the cold demeanor of the two girls. Not friendly at all. They could at least acknowledge me and say hello.

Two tires on the van were low on pressure. The price was more than I was expecting and $117 for 8 hours of use is absolutely preposterous. Just because I am that petty I will happily pay more for another service just so I never use uhaul again.

October 3 rd In person I request a Ford Van for Oct 10th. I was given a Chevy pic up truck. This was not what I wanted I was forced to take the pic up truck not happy.

The young ladies on dayshift this morning were awesome! Greetings as soon as you walk in, (Their station's are in the back left corner, so you may not see them). Quick basic counter action. They were great. And they need some top 40's or some running background music. I almost went back to sleep in the 3 to 5 minutes I was in there finishing up the return😂

My Online reservation With a confirmed reservation number was for a different location. I showed up to that location, and not a person was present. I called the managers number posted on the building and got voicemail. I then called the managers supervisors number and did reach him. Ultimately after 45 minutes I was picking up a vehicle at the location referenced in the survey. They did a great job; However, your 24 seven online reservation system apparently is flawed. That may be my last U-Haul rental.

Staff is super accommodating and the facility is easy access! I downsized a couple times as I was moving things at my own pace and every time was promptly handled and even got a couple discounts. Love U-Haul. I have been moving for over a year from another state and trucks, vans and units were always served to my needs.

Everything was acceptable. Forgot to inform the attendant when the equipment was returned that I noticed a leak of some sort when the truck was parked in my driveway and it left a good size puddle. I'm guessing it might have been water because we left to deliver a load and came and the drive was dry. I checked again when we got gas it was much smaller but the equipment wasn't parked as long. No trouble with the equipment though. Just thought you should be informed.

Move the vehicles closer to the parking and front of building when reserved. The mobile app was not a quick pickup.

Truck was very loud and seemed to have transmission issues. The Other issue was the employees seemed to have issues with ordered placed online. For example, I got the $28 insurance item online and then in-store they tried to tell me I needed to buy the $42 insurance plan to have insurance for the vehicle. I declined and still had the $28 insurance. They also provided the utility dolly instead of appliance dolly. To fix these issues, maybe clear training with the online orders to clearly show what the customer has already selected (which insurance, which dolly, etc) and perhaps test drive the truck with customer before they leave.

The explanation after the transaction is made and you are about to get the truck is gone over a bit too fast to really get it all. The last two times there, it was that way. I had to re-ask some of what was said. Employee is confident with the process, but customers don't rent trucks everyday so attention to this would be helpful. Everything else was great.

only issue was I could not do self return with the app. The GPS would not recognize that I was at the location, so an employee had to do the return. The employee said this is a known issue, so it should be fixed especially to avoid in person contact as much as possible.

The truck steering felt like front wheels were going to fall kept having to jerk the wheel left to right to keep it in the lane. Reserved pick up at Reynolds location on line but when we arrived there wasn't a truck. Had to drive way out of our way to w.alexis to get a truck. I feel I should have received a discount due to driving way out of my way to get a truck and poor condition of the truck. Also there was no key to the lock that was on the back...had to go buy one. Won't use uhaul again.. we'll stick with Penske.

When I went to replace the fuel that was used, I wasn't sure what side of the truck the fuel cap was on. Maybe a sticker inside the truck cab or one that could be seen in a mirror to indicate fuel cap location, that would be helpful. I have no complaints about the service provided, that was just a suggestion.
