Back up your original price and order thats been paid for... Adding on additional costs that are ridiculously incorrect yet you dont respond to my dispute, and your taking money out of my account on a contract you have made and i have mot signed for your permission. I would like an explanation of why the original price quote was changed completely at checkout. Nope all bad!!!! U-Haul will never get my business again and I should have listened to the 3 people who said dont use thwm they will rip you off... I said no ive used them alot never have had one problem. Well now I do and im mad i didn't take my friends advice because obviously you guys don't care about customer service at all, you just do what you please without any explanations to the customer.
Be more prepared. My truck was not on-site, and it had 1/16 a tank of gas.

Your fn truck broke down in idaho lpeaving us stranded and delayed our trip, our labor had to return to washington and couldn't help unload, we paid $ 500 in labor costs that we expect YOU to reimburse US for, and YOU have the nerve to try to charge US more $ ??? You owe me $500 Plus I want half of the $800 I paid you for rent REFUNDED, so YOU owe ME $1300. If I have to retain an attorney you will be liable for that cost also. Next time choose who you try to rip off a little more carefully. I am contact your corporate hq this afternoon
I had called the day prior and was told that all the auto transports were not available because they were booked. I was told to call 1800 go-uhaul. After waiting on hold forever I made my reservation on the website. I booked an auto transport from the location I called originally and was told none were available. When I brought it back the other 3 auto transports that were there in the morning were still in the same spot. I get that making a reservation over the phone is time consuming, but just do your job.
no improvement needed as I see it. the staff was friendly, helpful, and had a sense of humor. staff can make or break a business and in this case makes this office.
I'd like to clarify that my interactions with the staff were all top notch. They all seemed really friendly and courteous and they all seemed to be working really hard. My negatives are as follows: 1. mobile check in took way too long, 2. The truck I was renting was quite dirty and 3. I was sent out without the appropriate equipment. 1. Mobile check in was awful. I sat waiting for 45 minutes waiting for approvals and responses from the app. I ended up having to go inside to check in for my rental. Not the locations fault by any means but definitely something that should be addressed by the overall company. 2. I finally got the key to the truck and found ash all over the seats and floor boards. It actually looked and smelled like someone smoked a few cigarettes in the truck and just ashed on the seats and floor boards. In addition, there was an open cup of mystery liquid just sitting on the floor and trash in the passenger seat. In general, the truck was just in bad shape. There was even a massive dented up area that my moving crew even commented on. They were surprised that U-haul would let a truck with thier make on it go out like that. 3. I called ahead and scheduled the pick up of my Ubox . I was told that this request was attached to my truck reservation so that everything should be ready to go when I got there. Between the poor mobile check in experience and having to document so much stuff wrong with the truck, I was an hour behind schedule. I was told to drive the U-haul truck to the Ubox loading facility down the street which I did only to get there and find out that none of the towing equipment was loaded onto the truck. Fortunately, the man at the facility was incredibly kind and offered to go get the parts that should have been loaded for me so I wouldn't add unnecessary miles to the truck. That was amazing of him and I wish I were his name down so he could get recognized. At the end of my experience, I ended up falling an hour and a half behind schedule and I lost 45 minutes of the time I booked with the movers I booked on the U-haul site because I was late. Just a poor experience. Great employees attitudes however; I have to make a note of that I would have been far more upset if not for those employees that helped me

I purchased the insurance for rental. The customer service rep said I did not have to clean the truck because I purchased the insurance. So I did not clean truck. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee plus the tax. Never again will I rent from U-Haul.

I was completely disgusted. I rented a pickup truck that I had to wade in 2 feet of water! Also told to follow a link on my phone and follow the instructions! It wouldn't load! And I was expected to walk around this vehicle and take pictures before moving the truck!

Great customer service!! The girl that did my reservation over the phone was the same girl that set it up in store. She was friendly and inviting and asked about my holiday. She was quick, fast and efficient. A gentleman came from the back and asked if he could help my daughter but I told him she was with me. That is how great the service was!! Thank you...you all ROCK!!

Although this location was very nice, my original reservation was at another location. No truck was available when I arrived causing delays and additional mileage driving to where they moved my reservation. Very inconvenient.
I had to go to 4 different uhauls to rent that truck it cost me extra $20.00 in travel because the one a block away nobody ever there and other three had a multitude of other issues..!! Won't rent from uhaul again !!

The staff there were absolutely amazing Kathren was very informative about the different options that were available and when I needed to change this around at the last minute she was more then willing to assist me right on the spot. I can't wait till I need your service's again.
The directions to get into the door where the storage rooms are could of more direct. I had to slide my access card in one door and into another door. If is was not for another employee who was on a break I would been confused how to get into the building.

First time renting a truck on my own and David made it a breeze. On the return I was able to do a self return on my mobile and Kathleen and Dempsey were helpful to show me where to park and gave me needed information. Thank you all
Although customer parking is limited to the sidewalk, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. David helped me with a last minute rental and I will definitely be back to rent again. Thanks.
explain how to open the tailgate
Windshield wipers were old. It rained the whole time and you couldn't see all the windows. The driving wheel was wobbly and difficult for driving. The staff at the store was awesome!!
Don't do your computer system update during business hours. Very frustrating for your customers to not be able to check in/out or get copies of completed transactions.
You need to improve on your road side service!. There isn't any!
Clean the seats to the vehicles. There was animal hair all over the seats
It took awhile to determine exactly where I was to pickup the trailer, but once determined it was was close by and great customer service.

You can mark that you don't accept cash through your online reserving. I came there to get my vehicle and had to ask a friend to come in with a card to help me. Also, the dome lights in the front and the bed didn't work. The transmission sounded horrible. I felt like I was going to break down at every stop light. The gas pedal can be almost smashed to the ground before it reached 30mph. There was also a dent prior to me leaving the lot and I made sure to take pictures. None of the clerks did a walk around with me to inspect the vehicle so I documented it myself. I can email those pics and videos if you would like proof.
The transaction was explained to me. representative was pacient with me. I was unfamiliar with the new way of processing a rental. Got thru it though. Thanks
The interior of the van was a little dirty...but the van ran well....and the customer service was quite good.
Poor service
Of the dozens of times I've rented trucks from Uhaul over the years, this is the first time I've ever gotten one with a full tank of fuel. Much appreciated.

I had no idea uhaul had storage. Moving across state, this was a huge help.
The staff wasn't terrible, but also wasn't super helpful resulting in my average rating. I asked for $5,000 worth of insurance coverage and they only gave me $1,000, so I'm mainly upset that I didn't get what I requested. Apart from that, the GM was very friendly and you could tell that he really cared about his business through the way he interacted with both his subordinates and the customers.
It very hard to get a hold of someone. I haven't been able to get in my storage unit. For almost a week not the waiting time is longer than stated. I want to know why my access was denied. I even sent an email.and no one has responded
I wish I could give this more stars, but every single time we ever talked to a U-Haul employee we had negative experiences. They clearly do not hire people that are friendly. It’s especially bad as this was my first experience using their storage facility. It was very confusing at the beginning how we were allowed to enter and exit the building. Every time we asked for help they were unfriendly and somewhat unhelpful. They spoke to us like we should already know exactly what we are supposed to do. I had a huge sense of relief whenever we stopped using the storage facility yesterday. The facility itself seemed maintained well enough. I felt the price was fair. I just don’t recommend this company due to the horrible customer service.

Your call center are not trained well. I was promised twice a 24 hour access storage unit and jumped through hoops to arrange everything just to be told that it was NOT 24 hrs when I got to the location. Ended up having to keep the truck I rented a whole 2nd day when I shouldnt have.
I was a customer for about 5 years and in that time these guys have ALWAYS gone out of their way to make things easier/better/faster for me. It will be my first call if I ever need another unit/truck.
They were very easy to work with and accommodating.
I've been using Uhaul Sorage to rent equipment & storage over the past 20 years on a continual. I've always used the Spanaway Uhaul & loved their service. Same GM here now exceeded expectations!

I have not been able to get into my rental unit & it took 2 hours to get a truck & storage unit rented. I go to the storage unit two days after I paid for it & there is a lock on it. 😡
Communicating from Hawaii to book a storage unit in Washington State made it very stress-free and simple. When their college semester was over and they had to store their belongings for the summer.

Our U-haul box was loaded on backwards so the door opened to the hitch side, which made it very, very difficult to unload the box.
I will never use Uhaul Box or ever recommend your business. This has been a complete nightmare of an experience. I was told my box would be available weeks earlier and no one notified it was delivered
Tried multiple times to reach manager to resolve issues and was told he would call us, multiple times, and he never did. Thus our issues were never resolved.

The POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE from any business I've ever dealt with! Took a month of calls/emails/chat msgs CORPORATE-WIDE to finally get over $200 bogus storage charges & late fees reversed! U-SUCK
Rochelle was the only person at the Parkland location that provided customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. Her coworkers not so much. Rochelle deserves a raise and recognition!

Every single thing about my experience was terrible! The only person in the store didn’t know anything at all about ublx’s. Dates didn’t match to my original contract. Won’t ever go back!
