It started with the card machine not working. After the 4th attempt it finally went through. At least one time having to enter manually. It continued with after getting the card machine issue fixed, and receiving the van, I find out there is no parking for my car which I had to use to get there, and its suggested I leave my car at a company parking lot down the street or a gas station! I have never had that happen. And I do a lot of car renting. The office person did drive the van to a parking space at the gas station and I followed, but come on now. The final issue was I didn't get a receipt. I thought as they had my email, I would receive that way. Not so. As I live in a rural area, I can't access my bank account until tomorrow, so have no idea what the final charges are. I recruited help for my small move as all I could think about was my car getting towed for being parked where it was, and rushing to get it picked up. Not a good way to run a business. The two women in the office were nice. But as I told one of them, if I had known no parking, I would not have used them. So be aware!Cheryle T.

I asked for a drop off location in Rancho Cordova because that is where I am moving, but when I checked my drop off location was in Roseville. So I had to call uhaul to get a new location.Stacy M.

Love the facility and that they have a bathroom on site and dumpster to use if needed. Gate hours are awesome too except online it says gate access available until 10pm but the onsite person who lives there has said it's actually 9pm. Either way my gate code has allowed me entrance past 9pm and I went off the website and thought I could come ago up until 10pm.Lauren M. | First Impressions

When trying get help to ck in after hours I was told to leave my number and they' call back in 29 minutes. An hour later I gave up and went to bed. I was never called. The local help at the location was great with pick up and follow up!Dave W.
The attendant i rented the uhaul from was very impatient and rude, while we were in the process of filling out the information needed by the company, I questioned some of the process as i had never experienced it before,, she became agitated with me and told me " its not me that wants the information, I can't help what they want". I had to go back to get the furniture pads she forgot to give me she proceeded to throw her hands up as if she were annoyed, because I had knocked on the door that was immediately locked when I walked out. Then she started arguing with me that I had not paid for the pads, which I did check the emailed receipt to ensure I had before reapproaching her, as I was already hesitant to go back and ask, because of my already unpleasant encounter.Chandra T.

windows, including front windshield were filthy on the inside as well as the outside - very difficult to see out of them. Online reservation indicated I could pickup the rental before business hours. I went there the day before the day of the rental to confirm this and they said afterhours pickup was not available at their locationsSTEVEN C.

I was very pleased with the entire rental and use of the equipment experience. However when I was investigating availability, the website indicated that the equipment I wanted was not available. When I went to the location, I found out that it actually was available. I'm glad I checked in person, rather than giving up based on the website information.LARREN M.

Customer Reps need to be trained to use the customer check out system. I have never had such a confusing and disorganized experience when I've used UHaul at any other location. Vehicles should be checked for proper tire pressure and oil changed prior to offering equipment for check out.Roger F.
