Corporate did not communicate to them that they had changed our drop off location to them. this location was the only one that had the trailer I needed, had to drive too far to pick it up. other locations closer by didn't seem to want to rent the trailers they had for one way rentals.Jose G.
I returned the automotive transport at 4:57 pm the door was already locked and I was unable to login to my account to return it through the website, the initial rental of the automotive transport was slow and inconvenient it took about 40 minutes even though I had a reservation for the trailer I understand that you have a responsibility to secure your equipment but the security procedures are having a adverse impact on the rental processChaitlynn L.

There are some things you could not improve. People other than UHaul people came on to your property and drilled three holes into the gas tank of the first vehicle I rented, preventing me from going very far. Other things you could improve. The driver's side windshield wiper fell off. On the second vehicle, the steering is scarily vague around the center. It felt as if it was not actually connected to the front wheels. Correspondingly, the second vehicle wandered in the lane quite a bit. Nevertheless, the vehicle came in handy and I was mightily grateful for its help.Leslie N.

I think this site is very understaffed. The van I rented had a dirty windshield and interior and the "manager" told me to inspect it on my own. I only noticed a few star windshield chips when stopped at a traffic light and have not had luck uploading pictures nor completing my paperwork when I returned the van. Very helpful by phone as the Uhaul app wasnt working, so I will be calling this am to finalize my rental contract. Like Uhaul but times are tough so not really fair to judge.Anne H.

Once at check-in/out location and return location, people and process were friendly, on-time, and professional. Invest in your website and phone rep people. When we picked up the UHaul the gentleman working the counter was VERY rude, not a people person at all, and didn't seem he wanted to be there. We didn't get the right equipment, but left with what we were given bc we am we're already late getting going. I know times are rough, but it was not good to get there in a stressed situation and him now make it any better! Now, when we returned the truck, then gentlemen was very nice! Definitely made up for the previous day. So. Thank you to him for making a horrible situation a good one!! We need more people like him!Jamie O.

Don't bother with the outside vendors. Go straight to the uhaul store. The app took half an hour and no one ever helped. If you book something make sure you have a lot of time. Nothing moves fast.Ray F.
Didn't include the furniture pads or dolly that I ordered and then didn't take them off my bill. In general, there was a huge disconnect between what your website indicated it would cost me and what it actually cost me, by about $200. Although I reserved the vehicle and trailer by calling UHaul, I was never provided an itemized total billing until I arrived at the location in Pueblo, when much to my surprise it was a lot more expensive. Then my drop off location was changed from New Castle to Rifle and the places where I was supposed to drop it off in Rifle either weren't available for me to drop it off or didn't call me back to let me know if I could drop it off. Finally called Uhaul and got permission to drop it off at the original location in New Castle and the manager there was extremely helpful. A lot to be desired with the ease of this rental and turn in of equipment. Next time I will look at other options.Godfrey B.

The staff at the Carruth Court address in Pueblo, CO are fabulous. George stood out as they helped above and beyond when we were removing our items from storage. It was very hot, our moving helpers canceled, leaving my 13 year old and I to load in the desert heat and sun. George recognized our plight, and stepped in to help. I was suffering from heat stroke so George gave us a place to rest and plenty of cool water to reduce our symptoms. They were life savers..the help i was supposed to have wasnt able to come. They were nice enough to help unload ny grandmas china hutch taking extra care to not let the rain get it. I was stressed that i wasnt going to be able ti get stuff unloaded in time but the worker was very calm, told me not to worry they would help me and wasnt upset or rude about my situation..which made things go much better. Friendly store staff they were amazing best I've come by! If it wasent for that staff I would be blowing up the bad reviews......but overall UHaul was a mess Had to make 3 different truck rentals all at different locations because they would reserve me a vehicle they didn't have available! And than on top of that was overcharged for accessories. I have waited on hold to talk to someone twice for over 50 mins even tho the wait time said 20 mins. You should let your customers know that you don't have access cards and cannot access storage . I drive 3 hrs one evening to get something out my storage. Your web page and notices outside say access cards, access storage till 10pm. I was there at 6pm. You seriously need to address that problem. Otherwise a great place.Tammy B. | Overall Experience

The main problem I had was with billing. I kept getting emails and letters claiming I was behind in my payments and owed late fees even though I was current and had receipts to prove it. Very hard to get hold of, actually impossible. Manager gives away storage you reserved. Corporate communications are also unavailable. Cancelled my reservation before I even moved in. Gave away my reservation! What! Local manager blamed it on Corporate reservation problems. Not my problem. Moving is stressful enough without a national company giving you the run around!! Horrible experience with Pueblo Co location! Josh needs to go as a manager. Also rude when I had to ask my 71 year old mother to go to check on my reservation.
