Only bad thing is phone number listed is corporate and you can’t talk to on site person. UHaul doesn’t know true open storage units, I reserved 4 other sites before and they were full. When your 400miles away and UHaul recommends a storage unit and you get there and its full and have drive loaded all over town to find open storage is very bad.BRENT S. | First Impressions

Paid for dolly. Was told by staff it was in truck. Drove 30 miles to location and discovered they never put dolly in truck. Sat on phone with 3 different people for collectively over an hour. Yes I would recommend BUT, I would warn about refueling before bringing back. I didn't have time to stop and top off so I trusted uhaul to be honest when they topped off fuel. I only drove 39 miles and 90 percent was highway. They charged me for 8 gallons, are you telling me that 15 foot truck only gets 5 mpg. BSCHARLES A.

This U-haul Moving & Storage of Quail Springs has a manager, Ryan Gibson. who is patient, expert knowledge, kindness, vast experience which he conveys to his staff. This reflects to any customer who enters this facility. I have had to store my entire household for a number of years and service has Always been Excellent. I appreciate old and new staff members for attention to detail. Leadership begins w management and flows to the members of staff. Old staff has moved to upper level positions upon other locations w in Oklahoma City. Thanks Ryan for caring as though I were a member of your U-haul family. I will miss you all. Had to drop the truck off early because it was leaking gas so bad it would puddle up under the truck every time you stopped. Could have been a very dangerous situation, I should have just parked the truck and called their road service and let them deal with the problem. Put in extra gas in it just to get it to the shop, So I turned in early, put extra gas in it, save them towing, and what did I get they billed me for 4 extra miles $1.74, not a sorry this happened, or how we help the rest of your time on truck, Just pay up for driving extra miles, that wouldn't even be on there had I not had to drive extra to pick up and the gas problem. What a joke next Time I will look somewhere else, This is the 4th rental in the last 3 months and something has gone wrong 3 of the 4 times. Should have learned my lesson the first time.Tracy H.
There was an employee that had 2 of her children at work with her and was screaming at them because they "walled out in customer view and they were supposed to stay in the back office!" Also, it took at least 10 minutes to get any service. I walked in and stood at the front desk for that long before anyone helped me return the truck I rented. It was poor service when I rented the truck from the start and I would have taken my business elsewhere, however, I needed the truck immediately and they were the only store that had the size I needed. When I opened the storage contract on 3/1/21 I PAID for the month of March or you would not have allowed me to put my things in your unit. Then I received 20 calls to pay my bill & I talked to everyone to try to fix it. NOW, I close my account on 8/30/21 & sure enough you charge me for September. I can’t get ahold of anyone and the manager who sent this survey is the one who sent the payment notice!!! I need the Quail Springs people to refund my money & fix it so it doesn’t happen again!!!! I recommend that you do not use for the love of God professional movers because after contracting upon an agreed upon price through U-Haul he tried to ask for additional money for travel and then canceled stating issues about not having Gas money and that his baby momma went to jail and he had no money. Hire more workers for the weekend. There was a line of about 5 customers waiting on one worker when I showed up to drop-off equipment. She knows it gets busy on the weekends, get her some help on the weekends. Also, the mobile drop-off feature doesn't work. Overall my experience was great but there are two more logistical things I feel need attention, both in the loading dock area. First one is that the edge of the dock is rough and warn with missing splintered wood and bolts sticking out. This could cause harm to vehicles but for myself it meant snagged jeans and a bruise. We dropped off storage items before 10 and access to the storage facility doors were a little confusing. We started to move items in after finally gaining access. We accidentally let the doors close and it was a little after 10pm and when I swiped my access card to get back in the display said something like it was after hours and access denied! I thought it was supposed to be 24hr access? Maybe I’m wrong? I love your u-haul location. We have used your trucks and climate controlled rooms quite a few times since 2013. We’ve ALWAYS been given the best and professional service. Your parking lot is most spacious. You have ramps to back right up to. The employees have always been so nice. The manager Ryan Gibson is so nice and professional. Alyssa is so sweet. She is super nice and professional as well. I hope she will be made aware of what an asset she is. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit or truck to rent.
