Pads weren't applied property by the recommended movers, and they went so quickly there was no opportunity to fix. Boxes arrived 1-at-a-time which made wholistic packing pretty much impossible. Using this service was a mistake. But, it's cheap and your stuff will arrive...

When renting a truck or van for the purpose of moving a trailer or boat, the staff should make sure that the trailer not is on the hitch. My experience with U-Haul has always been top notch, except this time I had to return to the location to get the hitch other than that I was completely satisfied.

Even though I had arranged express check-in, it wasn't done according to the person at the counter. My reservation definitely was for express service. Instead I had to wait a painfully long time to get my vehicle.

Overall this experience was a disaster. I had scheduled a hitch and wiring installation in advance of a move from WA to CA and showed up only to be told they had noone to help me that day. Came back a day later and installed/picked up my trailer for my move just fine. About a year later, all kinds of electrical issues have been happening on my vehicle and they all lead back to the hitch install. I'm out over $1000 in trying to fix issues related to this and there seems to be no end in sight. Absolutely the worst - do not recommend getting a hitch and electrical kit installed at U-Haul!!

I had purchased furniture covers but they weren’t in the truck, however this location was extremely helpful and reimbursed me for the costs and also lowered the required fuel level upon return to make up for it.

They attempted to charge me for a harness when I was renting the truck/trailer combination. When I pushed back they mockingly said "Well did you bring your own?" which I thought was ridiculous. He eventually agreed to not charge me..I believe as I have not received my final receipt. Sheldon then made a $5 bet in front of me about whether I'd be back for another trailer which was insulting. I paid full rate and that appeared to come with peanut gallery commentary as a bonus. I would not recommend.

Santa was the rep who handled my transaction and I would say she is a great asset to your company. She's charming, bright and efficient in explaining and settling the various details of the contract agreement between customer and U-Haul. Give her a raise!

Took forever to find our truck that we had reserved the night before. Finally found it but it was boxed in by other trucks so had to find another one. Found another truck. Had to wait 5mins at counter just for keys even though I was using app. The car was so squeezed in there took forever to get off the lot. Arrived 5 mins before reservation left 15 mins after. Using express services. Disappointed :(

This location is dirty and the service is poor. The attendants have a funky rude attitude and they are slow to respond. This attitude and rudeness started from the very second I reached the location I was first told and it was parked in the wrong place when I asked where I should Park since all the parking spaces were taken they proceeded to tell me to park next door. When I told the older individual WIC classes who so rudely greeted me that I had items in the car that I wanted to transfer to the truck he said you can still do that over there. I didn't want to tell him that was fighting a cold and just walking extra distance is going to be challenging for me, so I followed his instructions. The rep named Santa spent fifteen to twenty minutes talking about the breakfast someone brought her while a line steadily grew. Another worker came back from showing a client laughing hysterically. He proceed to tell the whole room that a client stepped in s***. He began to laugh even louder and stated that he thought that it was human s***. This experience was quiet challenging. Your systems were also down so I spent 1 1/2 hrs in the store.

The reason I have rated this location as below average is because the computer system was down all day on Saturday and there was no backup plan or ability to fill orders manually. Very frustrating for the staff and customers. The staff was very courteous and tried hard to be helpful. In particular I would rate the service from Andre as excellent.

My original reservation was for 11am at 2400 1st Ave S, Seattle. I moved my reservation back to 1pm online. When I arrived shortly after 1pm, my truck had been given away. I was sent to a second location where I had to wait for 25 minutes to provide all of the same information I had already entered online. Everyone was kind and courteous, but I ultimately wasted an hour picking up a truck. Very frustrating experience, especially compared to previous moves where U-Haul has been great. Recommendation: before you give away someone's vehicle, please call them to confirm.

The waiting time is unacceptable. Approximately 10-15 minutes per customer with one person at the register means most people were in line 1-2 hours just to pick up their rental.

This facility could not locate my ubox for 2 hrs even though uhaul confirmed they were supposed to have it. I called to speak with the manager about it but they never called me back. Distressing.

They need to update their help desk. I called the location and the person on the phone told me the UBox hours were 9-8pm. I went there at 6:30. They told me the hours were 9-4. Extremely frustrating.

At the Government store in Mobile, AL, my reservation was not honored and when I was finally able to get my hitch installed, the mechanic forgot to put back my driver side taillight. Not happy.

Long lines and disorganized service. No one told me that 24 hour notice was required so we went and stood in a long line to be informed that the forklift was broken. Service model broken.

The staff at the Rainer location, especially the manager Linda, was incredibly helpful. We had a terrible experience with our Ubox (your corporate system sucks) but Linda was amazing and helpful!

It would be great if you could access your storage locker later than 7pm. A lot of people don't get home from work during the week until 6:00pm or 6:30pm and can't make it before closing.
