The only thing that was inconvenient was having to get in and out of our vehicles to enter the gate code multiple times. Having some sort of gate remote or making the gate accessible from your vehicle would be great.

Pricing seemed fair .. i wouldn’t recommend adding insurance honestly waste of money .. i was already on hard times so I had to put my things in storage so not necessarily anyones fault ..anywho the First couple of months I made the $75 payment w no issue (considering I still have other bills) but the payments weren’t easy to keep being made so I kept getting the ridiculous charges of late fee and other fees . Which then Made it hard to pay but I needed my clippers as I am a barber so I hustled and got the 200 plus dollars and got my stuff and left. For what it was worth I kept my stuff safe until I was able to get it all at once. Again if you need a temporary solution yes do this but again opt out of the insurance will save your $15-50 and set a time frame for your own sake.

the entry code given to me to access the area did not work. Hard to get someone on the phone. I went to the office and had to wait in a line was given a card that did not work. Once in the roll up door was broken. Went back to the office to get a new unit. Back at the storage again, card still not working. Could not get out until someone came in. Very frustrating.

26' can't turn b/t buildings leaving us to unload furniture, move it to the opposite end (outside), & back up the starting end through an interior hallway. Was told we could drive up to the unit.

We were at least expecting to return the trailer to a person but the person came out and would not return. Maybe because we were black? We got to return the trailer, but the persons car was in the way. No customer service skills at all!!!

The self check out is not a good idea. Everything is confusing. If the person name you put down doesn't answer, it takes longer. I will never use this service again, I would rather go to a location with a live person.
