have full staff available. Place was short staffed when I came in and had to wait over 20 minutes to get my reservation taken care of when I did everything on my mobile phone before I came in to save time. I would have. Been there for three hours had I not used my mobile device

This was an extremely poor experience that left me a very unhappy customer, and unlikely to use or recommend U-Haul again. I made a reservation for a van online and was given a reservation confirmation to pick up the van in Bellevue. When I arrived at the location of the reservation, I found the location closed with no van on site. I logged onto U-Haul and was prompted to talk to the onsite staff as a 24/7 reservation was not available at that location - only to find that the location was closed for the entire day. I called customer service and was told the location failed to make a reservation, and that I would have to go to Kent (20 miles away) to get a van. After further discussion, I was given a location in Renton (12 miles away) and was told that I would receive a reduced rate and that the van could be returned to Bellevue due to the inconvenience. When I arrived at the Renton location, I went inside to inquire about the van but was told by the staff to go outside as the van was set up as a self-service rental and they could not help me. Upon checking out the van I confirmed the location to be returned was in Bellevue. On the last day of my reservation, I signed in online to confirm the drop-off location and was redirected to Renton. I called customer service again due to having two confirmed locations (one in Bellevue and one in Renton) and was told that the van had to be returned to Renton as they could only be dropped off at their point of origin, contrary to what I had been assured by customer service originally. This entire experience has been extremely poor, and required several hours problem solving on the phone with customer service to receive mixed messages, for what should have been an easy rental. Upon return I was charged the full amount of the rental rate, and have yet to see the reduced rate that I was told I would receive for the inconvenience.

Please let customers know the hours of operation & time restrictions for loading onsite as soon as the box is reserved. Would have saved me a lot of time & anguish. Easier to coordinate when you know what time you've got at the onset.

Very pleased with this location and the level of professional service that they provide. I had booked a truck and auto transport trailer first thing in the morning. I had arrived a few minutes early before opening and they had the trailer attached to the truck and getting it prepped for me. Very straight forward and to the point. They also have a safe place to park your vehicle if you need to leave it behind while you use their equipment. The truck was very nice. It was a brand new F150 with 1k miles! It was clean, free of damages, and easy to drive. I most enjoyed the Towing/Hauling selector for the trucks drive modes. When I had my project loaded up on the trailer I barely felt the weight of it behind me. Very nice experience. I would use them again for any of my UHaul needs. Thank you very much!

I picked up a truck at 2 pm on Sunday to move a couch I purchased. I asked the person at the counter what happens if I don't make back by 5 and he told me that I just need to call and let them know and that I will not get charge for second day until 2 pm the next day, which made sense. When I went to the store, there was a problem locating all pieces of my purchase so it was clear I will not make it back by 5. I called and Uhaul store and spoke to a woman who told me the same and just to follow the instructions to check in. I was at the Uhaul facility a little after 5:30 pm, truck was gassed up, clean. Went online, followed the instructions that reminded me to make sure I have gassed up the truck, it is cleaned, etc. The thank you for using Uhaul message showed up on my screen and I dropped the keys. I took pictures of the truck as proof that there were no damages as well. To my surprise, I got the bill yesterday for $140.00 showing 2 days of rental and double the insurance I got just in case. I called the store and Brion was not very helpful. He kept asking about an email that I did not get saying I did not do the check out on line. If I didn't do it, how would I know that I had to share my location, read the instructions and where to drop the key? I would not recommend Uhaul as this is taking advantage of the situation. If my pictures are not good enough evidence, I am sure there are cameras at the yard showing when the truck was dropped off.

Contract No 96673790. Upon drop off, charged an additional $40, plus tax. Passed around again today (09/09/19) trying to get my $40 back, then dropped. Another 30 minutes on the phone. Terrible service and support. I will avoid U-Haul going forward.

I rented a pick-up at the rate of $19.95 for the day, when I added the mileage and the $10 in gas and got my invoice emailed to me the total was $71.25! There was a cleaning fee of $25 dollars added. I swept out the bed liner - there might have been a little dust or leaves left in it - but not $25 worth of work - also, I was not informed this could be a charge, otherwise I would have hosed out the bed liner. My contract number was; 27836290, I respectfully ask this $25 charge is reversed off my credit card.

I called to make a reservation for a 24 hour rental of an auto transport. The person on the phone put in a reservation for only 5 hours. The check in person informed me of the return time I explained that it was not what I asked for or reserved. She rudely stated that I would be charged for another day if I was late! I explained that I paid for the 24 rental not 4 hours. All she was willing to do was extend the rental to 3 pm but still insisted that I could be charged if the next appointment came in to pick up the auto transport. The check in person was very rude and just didn’t care that we were even there. The hook up person was ok but the whole experience was very poor. I rearranged my schedule to rush back and return the unit by 1 PM. I did not get the value for the 24 hours I paid for.

My original reservation was to pickup in the Renton highlands at 6pm Thursday when I arrived I was told there was not a 15’ truck or tow dolly that someone would call in 30 minutes no one called me so I called a hour later I was told that they would work on it I received a email that u-hail locates a tow dolly in Tacoma and it was defective and a 15’ truck in Renton it was very inconvenient I think that u-haul should have went and retreaved the tow dolly since there wasn’t one the night before.

Liked the truck was great no problems . But tryed to sell me the collision Insurance . I stated my Insurance company civers me even on rentals I'm good . Kept pressing me to get the collision Insurance said I'm good been with my Auto Insurance company for over 30 but thanks . Only thing I would say is if I don't want your Collision Insurance leave it at that . Teach them no is ok one time should get the message . Overall I've rented from here before and will continue as never had any problems with your vehicles. Also would recommend your store .

Reseervations should leave renting the storage units to the people on site! I moved 1,400 miles with a 6x12 uhaul trailer to a unit that wouldnt fit 5x5 and they had no other units! Never again
