The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The outside male attendant was Not not offering no assistance to help unhook the car dolly. He told me to call road side assistance. I am a 66 year old senior, I paid $20 for assistance with help with the car dolly, plus insurance and did not receive it. I was very disappointed in U-Haul!
Overall my experience was good. I feel as long as I was with you all Uhaul never offered a dicount, a skip payment. Also the assistant manager Shmar is rude, and disrespectful. He acts like he can't speak and he always has his phone in his face. All other attendants where pleasant and helpful. All personnel need to learn the policies because i got several different responses before i left about how I had to close my account out. Thank you for taking good care of my belongings. Good storage and great staff.
The customer service i received Tuesday, Aug 11th was phenomenal. The staff was very knowledgeable. professional and pleasant. I was completely clueless about getting a storage and they made the process easy which called my nerves before a busy day of moving. Also, I called before coming to the store and staff member LaKeshia was extremely nice and helpful on phone as well as in person.
This place is unprofessional and had horrible service and customer service. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE
Waited almost 2 hrs to get a unit.I rented a truck earlier that morn to go pick up some furniture reserved a unit once I found out what size I needed I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone to confirm reservation so when I got there with moving company they had to wait 2 hrs before they could unload truck that costed me an extra $120.00]. And the staff was rude.I wasn't given any direction as to where the unit was
Great experience and a uhaul employee helped my people organize in my storage units. He was nice and helpful. When leaving we did it alone with no assistance but we needed none. My movers did fine. Easy access in and out. Thank you great experience.

My experience overall was less than satisfactory.
Never kept there promises one person said one thing and someone else would say another. The associates are VERY playful with one another in the presents of customers, and from that when they are told something it's forgotten and NOT place in your files/computerized file. Then you may have to pay for their mistakes at the time of payments.
I moved my belongings out of the outside storage unit to an inside storage unit because some of my belongings (books) had mold on them due to water that had come into the storage unit.
I rented a truck from you'll around 9:30am and returned it 1:30pm. Call back 5pm checking for total, was told truck wasn't back,talk with manager. He said truck was back but wasn't check in. Worst ex
The manager & staff responded to all my questions & helped me get situated quickly.
Personal dolly came up missing and my 5x10 storage locker produced 4 boxes containers with soaked bottoms. Because I’m exiting the country for a time it caused me unnecessary hardship to file a claim

I reserved a climate storage & truck with appliance dolley at pick up. no dolley. Arrived with load no storage available had to relocate to another storage facility not uhaul related. Very unorganized
The advertised monthly rate was $20 less than the rate the sales associate charged me.

The manager Rhonda was not very helpful or supportive of her own employee in training. The young man did his best despite not being properly trained. The card for access did not work, Inconvenient set

I paid extra for climate control ... Meaning inside the facility. It was always hot and stuffy. I told the manager an nothing was done about the whole 2months my belongings was there
My problem is with u haul in that 2 weeks in a row you didn't have the size trying suck that I wanted so you went up in size and price. That is what will make me go with another company rather than U
Because they didn't show me the storage before I got it which my stuff wouldn't fit also they told me I had to pay for storage right then that was not was told to me.

I was placed on hold several times for long periods of time. I rented another storage area on Saturday 5/4 and when I arrived with my belonging and ready to put them in in storage the unit was locked

I reserved a space over the phone but when I got there it was still being used. There was not another one available, so I had to find somewhere else. They didn’t seem concerned or bothered

I went there 15 min after store opened. The line was almost to the door with just one person working behind the counter. I was there over an hour in the line just to get a storage unit.
I've been renting with you for 17 years and I'm still renting only in a smaller unit price increases are understandable but after 10 years you would think I could be put on a rental freeze

It was a very bad experience for me I waited almost 30 minutes for a utility dolly to get put in the back of the truck then was assigned the wrong unit to store my stuff in very aggravating
Great staff at the Riverdale Uhaul location. Clean trucks, nice atmosphere. The branch was busy from the time I walked in, and they served every customer on site and by phone with professionalism.

I had reserved a truck for 24 hours, when I went to pick up the truck, I was told I could only have it for 6 hours. My reservation was at 12:30, it took over an hour to process out. Unacceptable

The young lady who assisted me through the process was AMAZING. Unfortunately, I forgot her name to give her her deserved accolades, but she earned it.
The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant especially Reecy. She was attentive and just overall excellent customer service.
I was treated bad from day 1. Paid online, got there, no unit, waited hours. No calls returned ever. Made payment arrangement. Then got email my unit sold & I owe money? Traumatic for a disabled vet!!
The Manager is awesome, and very helpful, great customer service skills to each customer. But the young lady at the desk she as an attitude problem,I would give the business a thumbs up.
Rats damaged/poo & pee all over my property and I was not in the facility a whole month. I’m very disappointed in Uhaul at the moment. My family and I have already been through enough stress in home.
the service was exellent the unit got mold on all my mattresses and furniture, but i was offered insurance more then once so shame on me.. so even though my things were damaged CS was great !!!
