Needs a better customer service. Customer service was very rude and rushed you out as if they had something else better to do. Customer service person looked at you and addressed with a rude tone as if you should know the process and not to ask question. Customer service person also expected you to know automatically where/which vehicle you are picking up in the parking lot and had a attitude because that person had to walk around the counter and pointe out where and exactly which one, humm they all look the same other than the size difference. I had used this location twice now and the service is still the same, each time the person was young and had no patience whatsoever and expected the customer to complete the contract them self so he didn't have to, really is that not their job, the last time I checked this is not a self service. I do recommend to anyone to go to another location and I will be going to another location in the future if needed. Life is to short to have a rude attitude like the one given at this location. Your paid to perform a service of taking information and putting it in a computer then handing a key over without having to explain the policy, really what is so hard about that.Leanna G.

The 1st truck that was given to me, the driver's door would not unlock with the key. I appreciate the agent switching the truck in a timely manner. I can say that more staff needs to be hired at this location, as the agent on duty had far to much to do for the number of guest there at the time. I had to while a single person seemed to be running yhe whole operation except for the guy in the lot working. My truck was parked far away from the building and it took me 10 minutes just to get the key for my truck after virtual check in. Would have taken longer but I asked a worker if I could just have my key, she replied she was still getting settled. She reluctantly gave me my key. The dumpster was full, an employee was VERY rude to me as I'm lugging my sectional couches If I'm paying rent and it includes dumpster access. How is it my fault you have no room in your dumpster also I asked the same employee if he knew where I could he was pretty rude and told me he had no idea. Absolutely unacceptable. After I don't need a storage unit anymore I'm heavily considering never using a U-Haul storage unit again after this experience I had to dispose of them off-site which caused me to go over my time with the U-Haul. This was the worst experience ever. There were so many egregious errors, I don't know where to start. The shipping location never entered a delivery location, so my items sat for 30 days and I was charged storage. I have yet to receive any reversal of the storage fee. The 10 foot box truck I rented had torn seats and the box was not sealed against the cab. This let in air, noise and rain freely dripped into the cab through this opening. I've rented many truck from UHaul, this truck was by far the worst truck I've ever rented.TIMOTHY JAMES C.

My storage reservation was lost in Uber space and had to find another U Haul storage facility miles away from the original, which was the closest to where I am staying. Upset about that! Had to drive to unload at other facility and return to drop off. I was told it would cost me $250.00 to drop trailer off at the Storage facility, so, I had to drive back to original facility to return trailer. No other experience to compare to. Door near my unit not working and no sign. Nobody answered intercom so had to go i the office. Office staff extremely helpful and nice. Offered to look for a different unit but I said if the doors were being repaired it was ok (move in more difficult because further from door but If they work (expected after repair) the location was good so I told her it was fine. Great interaction with the manager/owner. He was awesome! But facility was dirty my storage room was extremely dirty dirt trash and tape all over the floor when I first opened it. On top of that they gave me a unit that was sealed and ready for a new renter once I opened it it was full of stuff had to go back up front and get a new one. My time was wasted.
