I made two attempts to rent a truck online. Had quite a bit of trouble and had to wait until somebody came into the convenience store. They also said they weren't able to help me that that was not their issue. I will never use the online service.Yolonda J.

The cab of the truck I rented had something spilled in the dash tray. I do realize sometimes the turn over rate is high in body employees and vehicles. Maybe there could be a checklist of items to check before releasing a vehicle? If there is one someone didn't follow it. As a whole, all was fine.Tracey B.

I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again. To begin with I reserved a Uhaul in Weatherford, Texas. A couple days later I walk to the location to pick it up and the lady in the office informs me that she doesn't have one available even though I reserved one and they said they had it. I ended up having to pay for an Uber to Fort Worth to get one. The people in the office said I could return it back to the Weatherford location. When I tried to return it back to Weatherford, I was unable too. When I called Uhaul's customer service they weren't helpful at all. I asked to speak to a manager. The key drop off signs needs to be larger. When check-in via the app. it shouldn't say to look for a chunky-orange box if that's not where the keys will be dropped off. Myself and other another person dropping off their truck spent about 30 minutes looking for the drop-box that turned out to be a slot in the window.Angel G.

We had a terrible experience picking up our U-Haul. After making a reservation, we went to the confirmed pick up location (Ruach Breath Of God Ministries 2851 Evans Ave Fort Worth, TX 76104). No one was there, and there no were trucks. We saw a number on the door, called, and got the run around to go to another location (off Berry Street). We went there, and there was also no truck. The employee was nice, and confirmed a truck would be at this location (off Altamesa). There was, but this was hours after our confirmed pick up time, which delayed our move. We have another move coming up in the future and would really appreciate some sort of discounted price if we want to use U-Haul again. Thanks!Jesse B.

I didn't use the AC and when returning the truck the employee checking the truck in stated that it didn't work. I informed him that I didn't even use it and he replied that is was we ask you to inspect the truck before leaving. Even though it didn't state anything on the text message I received to inspect the AC. The trailer had a very strong gasoline aroma. It makes me think a lot of gasoline was carried in it or used to clean something out of it. I had two park it the evening I got it and leave the door open the rest of the dy to air it out. There was still a smell of gasoline in it 6 hours later. I had a reservation for three weeks out; the day before I was redirected to 10113 First Chapel Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76108. I show up to pickup my truck, not truck available and not help from the desk rep. She says call 1-800 uhaul â€œbut they don't answer.â€ I'd say fire everyone at the Chapel Drive location for their total ineptitude and inability to even help with correcting their mistake in giving away my truck! During rental, I was told and receive an email that 10x10x10 climates control unit was reserved. However, after arriving and show reservations.
