It was disappointing actually to have filled the gas tank to where I saw it was upon receiving the truck only to be told at turn in that I was almost 8.00 short, which by the way is ridiculous! I purchased gas and did what I was supposed to do. The young man that handled me had the personality of a flea. He was not at all helpful and didn’t give a care at all. This is the second time I have been disappointed at this U-Haul establishment. In March my truck was dirty and sticky. I will say the person at pick up this morning was lovely.

The truck was clean but the air conditioning went out half way into the drive to South Carolina, the strapping on the tow dolly, came off and I was forced to find other means to correct the problem, the truck and tow dolly was at two different locations, which was then switched to, two other locations, then the tow dolly reservation was canceled even though I had already paid for it, because of this, I was sent to a third location the next day, where I was told that, the truck and tow dolly could have been picked up at that same location yesterday, after waiting for over two hours, to be given the tow dolly because the payment that I made for the tow dolly the day before, didn’t show in the computer system, although I had the papers proving that I paid for it. I also was forced to take a truck that was larger than the one I originally reserved, I was told that the truck only required $80-$100 to fill up, but it actually took $180 to fill up, the over all experience was a nightmare to say the least!!!!

There was only one "inside" person. I waited nearly 40 minutes to pickup my already reserved rental. I chalked it up to end of the month poor planning by the people in front of me. However, another inside person would have alleviated the wait. Still, my service person maintained his good attitude through all the stress!

Per my reservation confirmation, I was "guaranteed" a 10' truck at the time/date of my pick up. When I got there, I was given a 15' truck and told that 10' trucks were not available, going one way, from this location. Despite the fact that my reservation clearly was for a 10' truck. Although I was charged the 10' rate for the 15' truck, I was irritated to not be getting what I had asked for. We were taking the truck to a large city where having a large truck was more of an issue with parking and maneuvering thank a smaller truck would be.

Better customer service that is kind and courteous to people when returning your rental property. My suggestion is they need to be to be a bit more considerate and compassionate to customers who are drained and exhausted because of a day or two or three of moving mentally and physically

I reserved and checked in on-line, fast and smooth. The manager was great, friendly and very helpful. I had a 26 ft truck that was new, 493 miles. Great!

I have been DOUBLE BILLED ON THIS CONTRACT# 89287947 It has been over 22 days me trying to get my money back. This is ridicules. I just talked with Dennis (862257) and he called Card Services and the young lady could see that there was a double charge on my credit card on May 22, 2019 for 84.96 and then on May 23, 2019 for 97.47. she said they are having software problems, after 22 days I think it should be resolved. I have been back to the U haul storage in St. Clair Shores, Mi (754076) over 4 times to try and get my refund back, no success. Please issue back the amount to my card for 84.96, and I think I should be compensated for all the trouble I have gone thru. Now Dennis just told me call back on June 12,2019 to see if it has been resolved.

The truck I received was dirty on the inside - it looked like it was used for landscaping previously. I had to sweep and mop out the inside before I could use it - very disappointing. This was a one way trip to Cleveland. I was told the UHaul in Cleveland was open to 7pm. I arrived at 5:30 to find it closed. UHaul corporate was useless in helping me - I called two times to be told to use the online services - the online system did not work. I called the third time and was put on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up left the truck in the lot and dropped off the key

Upon returning the truck the attending representative was not at all friendly at. Nor was he attentive to my mover's concern regarding the gas for truck. I checked my mover because he was out of place. However, I felted brushed off too. I was handed my receipt with not so much as a thank you. I've used this location years ago and the workers had better customer service skills. In the future I will consider another location. Thanks anyways.

THIS TRUCK IS DANGEROUS! The Drivers side mirror moves on its own when driving. Many times when I wanted to check the right lane it was too far askew. even when I tied to ajust for the problem it would move on its own again.

It was a great experience, so hard to suggest improvements. One thing comes to mind. It got somewhat busy at the front counter. It would have been nice if there were more that one employee staffing the counter during the busy time.

Many people that just parked wherever caused a fight between two customers returning trucks People were pulled in the wrong way through the return line and working on hitching their cars. Normal cars parked right in front almost wouldn’t allow you to pull in at all

No matter how early it is in the morning, always greet your customer. We all have a busy day ahead of especially because its the weekend. Dont start it off not speaking or being grumpy. It'll ruin everyone's day.

Have a print out of the miles you receive from your pick up to your destination. It was hard to figure out what miles I should of got. I don't think they got the miles added on to my destination and back to the drop off.

Very dirty on the inside someone had smoked in there and Ashes and cigarette butts I have asthma very hard to breathe the inside windows very dirty and very hard to see out of with night vision.. the windshield wipers on the driver's side was broken half could not use very well how the mirror has both on the sides were not adjustable we just drove blindsided down praise the lord we made it okay! We had to GPS has neither one of them would work in the sockets that they plugged into crazy I know but this the truth.. thing about this is my 89 year-old aunt that is no longer able to live alone.. we moved her from Michigan to Mississippi to live with us it's really sad that it costed nearly $1,100 out of her poor money that she had to charge on her visa very very unsatisfied and not happy with this transaction... The woman who checked in the truck was rude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by returning the truck. She did not greet us or introduce herself. She did not thank us for using Uhaul. This is the secjnd time we have had a bad experience at this location and will never go back.

The reason I did not give an excellent rating: 1) The parking lot was too small, no place to park my car. 2) A delivers truck driver(big truck) instead of letting me go ahead of him he cut me off and gave me the finger when I honked my horn.

Nothing about the storage facility was explained to me when reserving a unit. Though when it was tie to drop off my load into the facility, I found the accommodations terrible, dirty and inconvenient. Unfortunately I had no other alternative at tjhe time and I was forced to using the unit. Terrible!

I had concerns after hooking up the trailer because my hitch was pretty high and the back of the trailer was only about 3 inches off the ground. They said it was fine. Should have trusted my instincts because now my fender is damaged. Because the trailer was so close to the ground it instantly jack knifed when trying to back into my driveway.

Trailer was installed by a uhaul employee and came disconnected while I was driving on the highway. Fortunately, did not cause an accident but damaged the bumper of my brand new F150. When I returned the trailer the employee’s attitude was indifference. The uhaul corporate road side assistance personnel were very helpful.

The manager was very nice. The equipment isn’t the greatest, the truck was difficult to drive and the transmission was very loud. I didn’t really feel safe driving it so we returned it early. We didn’t want to fill up and didn’t mind paying the dollar extra per gallon but they said there was an additional 30 fee for filling up at less than 1/4 tank of gas. Even though that’s how we got the truck. Silly.

There were trucks, vans and trailers parked throughout the lot, making it very difficult to enter and exit their facility. trailers were everywhere, and there was no one able to assist in the office.

I made four visits to this Uhaul location in one day to pickup and drop off equipment. The owner, Ryan, didn't seem interested in assisting, and his associate was unable to figure out how to do so.
