This location is too dark at night. There are many people wandering in this place to smoke and drink, and it made me so scared when I returned the truck here. Some more, it's unfriendly app flow for customers to return the car/truck: it take so many steps while the neighborhood is unsafe to stay, and it is really impractical when taking photos of the truck under poor lighting condition. You need to be more empathetic to design the app content and the lighting system.HOANG QUY H.

The people working at the pickup location were awesome. Super friendly and helpful, which to be frank is a very nice change from the normal U-Haul location where people working there are not usually friendly at all. Location was clean and organized.Paul O.
The team members who assisted me were very rude and nasty. I waited over an hour in line to rent my truck, which cause me to lose an hour of moving time but was still charged for 12 hours when I was only able to use the truck for 10 hours. I was highly upset because after waiting in line for an hour just to rent my uhaul truck, the person working on the outside that day was extremely rude to me. 3 u haul trailers later and almost an hour spent waiting. We hired 2 movers to help us and we were 30 mins late arriving due to issues. One lights didn't work. One they couldn't find paperwork on. Last one was behind trucks so had to wait on equipment to be moved.Michael M.

Not able to reserve trailer for longer than 7 days. I possibly needed it for 10 days, which ended up being the case, but did not have the option even when I asked at counter after reserving online. I kept it for 10 days anyways, and I tried to let them know that going into the contract. At turnin time my wife dropped off the trailer, and told me the lady inbounding it was rude to her. Contracts need option for longer days and team does not seem happy, almost like over stressed employees or something...Jesse A.

This location had the best layout I've seen for returning U-Haul trucks and trailers. Friendly staff was immediately available to disconnect the trailer from my vehicle. The staff inside was also very friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and well organized. Also loved the fact that they were open until 7:00 PM. Also, for any and every U-haul location and on the website, create a "how to" guide "for dummies'" for first time U-haul patrons as they are generally the hold, sometimes of significance, in through put at the counter. I have pictures of the unit ceiling falling in and mold everywhere from the hot and cold weather causing moisture in a closed in unit. The weeds from outside began growing on the inside through the back of the storage unit. I had rat feces everywhere. I tried to donate much as I could of furniture items to Goodwill. I refused to take any of it into my brand new home. Everything else was packed and tossed in the trash. I can’t believe I was paying for almost 4 years to throw everything away. It was horrible. The Uhaul truck was the only thing that was great. It didn’t breakdown this time on me. I wish I could submit these pictures to show other customers. I paid on the 30th of every month which included late fees since my unit was due on the 12th of every month. I paid for Uhaul to deliver horrible services every month to me. I was offered a month storage for free with my one way truck rental. I accepted the offer, completed the online move in process at which point I was informed everything was all set to move in. I even called the facility to ensure that if I were not available to move into the unit that my representative could do so if I had completed the online process. I work as a front line healthcare provider and had to work so asked my wife to move the contents into the unit. I gave her all the details to do so, including a screen shot of my confirmation. At the facility, the buildings were very poorly marked and when she asked the employee where the unit was, she was informed that the employee could not give her any information because the unit was not in her name. When my wife finally located the unit, with no help from staff, the codes we were given for access did not work. As I was trying to care for my patients, I was also having to try to handle this chaos over the phone with my wife. Finally, my wife forced to go back to the employee and demand assistance to access the unit. Ultimately, locating and accessing the unit took twice as long as actually moving in the contents. As an extra bonus, to complete the online move in process to the unit, I had to pay 99.95 even though it was supposed to be free for month. I called the location 3/25/2021 to request a refund of the 99.95. The automated system informed me it would be a 20 minute wait for a representative. After nearly 39 minutes someone came on the line. I explained the pricing issue and was told that someone from that location would call me that day. Needless to say, it is 3/29/2021 and I have still not received a call. I am currently waiting on the phone (23 minutes so far) to try to get this resolved. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with the entire process and would appreciate contact from someone who can help me. You guys make a point to mention on the automated phone system that calls are recorded to help keep your promises made to your customers. Bedbugs on uhaul truck and unit that got into my brand new furniture and our home on base causing us to throw out all our furniture . Staff had I don't care attitude and told my husband they didn't have bedbugs. Unprofessional manager provoked an argument and ultimately called the police after she made a threat to me, the customer. After renting a truck in another state, traveling for 2 days, and arriving expecting to check in with 0 issues this was the last thing that need to happen.
