I was there for 10 years and loved it. I moved out in October because I decided to purchase a storage building in my backyard. Because over the 10 year period I paid over 23,000. I was very pleased at uhaul and when it was AAA Storage that’s why I was there for so long. Thank you for taking care of me. I will recommend you guys in the future. If I had to rent again I would come back to you guys. Thank you

I'm not satisfied with the service. I'm still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I find that the employees are very respectful and they try to help but I find that you get different information from each one and no one can do anything at all about anything. It's so stressful. 4 months still waiting.

All in store staff and phone support I talked to were excellent. However November 21st after 11PM I was unable to access the storage facility at Cargo Road listed as a 24 hr facility. There is a help number listed on the gate for after business hours. I called and left a voice mail requesting assistance/access. The call has not been returned. Thankfully I was only out there to get something, not trying to move out of town. I later called the office during business hours and found out storage access was during business hours only unless flagged otherwise. This was probably mentioned when I booked the storage unit but with everything going on I missed it. The employee flagged my account for 24 hour access and I was able to move out overnight. I work nights and sleep during the day. In the future I will continue to use U-Haul.

Even though some water, unfortunately, made it into my storage unit, I definitely still recommend them. They were helpful any time it was needed, and easy to work with on my insurance claim.

The unit assigned to me was already taken. I had to call and switch units. The lady at the Billy Hext location was very helpful and fixed the issues. Excellent customer service from her.

I rented an enclosed parking space several days ago. The staff member who helped me at the office was helpful and asked me to go by the unit to make sure the clicker worked to gain access to the facility grounds and the garage door to access my parking space. The clicker worked to gain access to the facility grounds but did not work for the garage door to my enclosed parking space. I notified the staff member who helped me, he apologized and stated I would have to contact his manager, at which point me provided me with his manager's business card. I have emailed the general manager, Jacob Meador twice about this issue and have yet to receive a response. I have simply asked when the garage door will be fixed and I also want my month's rent to be extended by the number of days it takes to get the door fixed. Today is day 6 of not being able to access my enclosed parking space that I have already paid for. Therefore, if I cannot access my space today I want my rent extended 6 days, if I cannot access my space by EOB tomorrow then I want my rent extended 7 days, etc. I would like an email update on the status of the garage door being fixed and confirmation of my rent extension. my email address is garret.m.davis0910@gmail.com.

It was not on time because the U-haul storage didn't have anyone to pull out the pods for the delivery guys to get it here on time. Otherwise everything was great!

I was disappointed when I found out we would have to pick up the containers. We were told in Dallas they would be brought to us. On the other hand, I was very pleased it didn't cost anything except gas to go and get them, and we were able to pick them up 1 at a time. Thank you for all your help.

Units have no manned guard. Keycards and codes periodically fail to open the entrance gate. Had difficulty in scheduling a tour of the facility due to there being 1 employee. Storageunit has two doors

Kelly was a pleasure to deal with. I paid $262 a month for a safe environment but my RV was damaged and due to limited electrical service, all my batteries were dead. I will not recommend or return!

My movers went to pick up the 2 trucks we had reserved and when they arrived the trucks we reserved were not available. My movers were sent to two different locations in town trying to find trucks were reserved. They lost 2 1/2 hours searching for the trucks we had reserved since Tuesday. This has happened to me before, very inconvenient for everyone.
