The equipment was poorly inspected, sending out a trailer with a broken leaf spring, which lead to a blowout. Manager was very accommodating and removed the rental charge promptly. However, the counter person, same who waited on me, left me one the phone waiting for over an hour and five successive callbacks before I had to drive down to the store. I would have left positive feedback, as problems CAN ha]en and manager was doing a good job handling, UNTIL the rude phone experience. The roadside assistance customer service was great.

I made a reservation for in town rental. The truck never showed up and I was directed to another location. They didn't have my reservation or a truck the size that I needed and directed me to a third location 30+ miles out of my way. I was able to get a truck but had to pay extra mileage because the I was so far away. My move was only about 10 miles total from the original location I ended up having to drive about 75 miles total because of the location of the truck and was charge for the extra miles.

I rented a uhaul on 9/30 around 630 pm. Drove a total of two miles, put $5 gas back in there to be safe, and dropped it off at 830 pm that same night. I dropped the keys off the next morning by 8 and was charged for gas.

The young lady who handled my rental was excellent. She was polite, professional and fast! I've also had a good experience previously at this location. Great staff!

Employee was not wearing a mask. I only needed truck to move a dining room suite. I reserved the truck with no problem but when I got there at 5, it took 20 minutes to do paperwork and there was no one in front of us. Cost $91 and we used it locally. Expensive. Then charged an additional amount of $9.89 for some reason. I have no idea why.

The customer service was pretty bad. The employees had bad attitudes and lines were backed up. They took their time and were really slow with helping customers. It was 3 people working and it took me well over 30 minutes just to get a key for my U-Haul rental.

In SC we are not following ridiculous COVID restrictions. The stores are open to customers and following proper/responsible guidelines. The store personnel here are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about their equipment.

I came a day early to choose the vehicle I wanted to rent. I did this because previously I had a bad experience at this location not getting what I expected. Sure enough, again, there was a bait and switch. I was promised a new vehicle and received an older model! The one I was promised was sitting right there but the key was missing. The first time I thought it was a mistake now, the second time, I know that it was intentional.

I rent about once a week and I love how quickly I can get in and out and on the road.

Management was great, but there's just too many steps before being able to rent and/or return the truck. The my location app was not working and it took over 40 minutes timo actually reach a live person to speak with. The company relies too much on cell phones to be able to take pictures or reach certain applications. I understand trying to simplify process, but this actually took more time. And all this picture taking is truly unnecessary.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul. The location that I had selected did not have my truck and the truck was at a different location costing me 45 minutes to pick up. Then I was given a mileage credit for 47 miles and was told that I would receive a credit if I didn't go over the total miles. I did not get any credit and I only used 46 miles so why was I even charged for mileage. I want a credit please

Put customers in front of you as priority over phone customers or business. I waited for 10 minutes to be helped. Then was told to go outside and get the trailer, then come back in (again) to finish paperwork. When I came back in, I had to wait in line after another customer again. Very inefficient. What should have taken 5-10 min took over 30 min... Raven was extremely friendly & kind and did apologize for the wait. She just needs a little streamlining and probably more people working instead of just her handling customers and phone calls.

My reservation was at 12:30. I checked in online to “speed up the process”. It was 45 minutes before I was able to get my equipment and leave. Only they didn't have all the equipment on my “guaranteed” reservation and said I wasn't eligible for the $50 credit for damages. I had to drive to another store to get the appliance dolly that was on my guaranteed reservation. An hour and a half after my reservation time I was finally on my way. On the plus side, Clarence was friendly and worked hard to find a dolly at a local store for me. Very disappointed in U-Haul. Get your systems fixed so that when you guarantee equipment you actually honor the commitment.

I made reservations before I arrived, but it still took a long time (at LEAST 20 minutes) until I was assisted (I even checked in online). There should be additional employees (more than one person at the counter and one assisting outside with vehicles) on the weekends. The back of the truck had broken mirror glass in it, it is obvious that it was not cleaned before I used it. I was not pleased with my experience.

I hurt my ankle in your loading and unloading area of the uhaul area, when I was returning a truck. Due to all the cracks and broken concrete. That would be my only suggestion to make it safer for people.

Pick up was fine, and great customer service. Returned the trailer 4 hours later the same day. Asked if I needed to do anything. Was told no. I received the receipt, and was charged for 5 days instead of 1. When I called, I was put on hold 15 minutes then they hung up on me, I called back sat on hold 30 minutes. I had to hang up and call back and ask that once they get it resolved to call me back. I still have a charge for the incorrect amount on my bank account. I still have not received a call back.

Trailer lights not connected at rental center. They were broken, so the employee never connect them. I found this out when I was returning in the dark 125 miles away and did have lights on the trailer I try to explain to the manager. She said you made it back, use our equipment, what's the problem. We got into an argument.
