Showed up rented a car dolly that was covered in snow Including the ratcheting straps all frozen in ice and junkâ€¦. I leftand then returned to the store less than 45 minutes later because the car wouldn't go into neutral so I needed the trailer not the dolly â€¦but the manager on duty told me in an â€œasshole voice â€œtough luck and then I would have to pay for both. I said I guess we're done here for the night since you don't want anything to do with your customers and left. As a frequent customer I want to refund pleaseâ€¦.. rectify this ! 320-221-2102 that employee should be fired I don't know if you treat all of your customers like that but that's trash!!!!!!!JULIUS K.

Nothing. Your guys came out unhooked the tow dolly for me since I am disabled. And they were very helpful with extending our time a few hours do to having to unload and having problems getting into the storage unit. The assistance manager was very helpful in refunding a day's rental when a agent inadvertently charged me an extra day.BEVERLY O.

This is the best run U-haul center we have ever used! We have rented all over the country & none compares to the efficiency, organization & cleanliness that this operation has, along with such pleasant people to deal with when renting a vehicle. This transaction was a disaster from the beginning including having the wrong date for delivery of the box to my house from being five days late arriving at my destination with no explanation. I would not recommend for a move unless you want to spend time on the phone tracking your shipment when it is late. In addition they started charging me another month's rental because they had their box numbers mixed up and again I had to do calling to get things straightened out and delayed in crediting me for their rental box error and refund for the box arriving late to its destination.Marge N.

I did not authorize any CDW coverage for $140. I would never as my insurance covers it all. If it is not removed I will be disputing the charge on my CC and we will have a fight. Customer service is not a strength of Uhaul. The process of picking up and dropping off is far too long and getting help is difficult. If there were other options, I would definitely try them. However, lack of competition is no excuse for poor customer service. The time of your customers is valuable, especially during the stress of moving.Kimberly W.

The people at the location were fine. The U-Haul process is broken. It's very frustrating to make a reservation at one location and get a confirmation for a location elsewhere that is completely out of the way. Also the trailer had a blinker out and when I told the agent, he said well we don't have any other trailers what do you want to do? We really had no choice at that point but to drive a trailer without a functioning signal.THEODORE C.
