The trailer had hauled garden refuse prior to my use and should have been hosed out prior to my use. I returned it cleaner than I got it. Also, right rear tail light did not work. Brake and signal lights did work on the right side just not the tail light. I could have been ticketed for that if stopped. Because the light is LED it needs to be replaced as no bulbs to replace.RODNEY M.
I was assigned a vehicle that had just come in the night before which had not been cleaned by the person who does that. The cleaning person took a mop to the back where there was some sand or dust. I was a little concerned that the vehicle had not been inspected before being assigned to me but it operated fine and the move went smoothly. The cleaning man also pointed out that the sign I had taken from the window and leaned against an adjacent vehicle should be put behind the back seat. His help achieved the positive overall view expressed above. I had been referred to a text on my smart phone put did not have my reading glasses with me. I simply took a picture of the instrument cluster from a previous uhaul rental experience. The fellow who I turned the truck over to on return was excellent.Robert W.

I waited outside in -8 temperature till they eventually opened 7:05am instead of 7am. While I was being processed. All the other trucks were started to warm up in the cold but mine was left and unprepared. I had to wait 10min for window to defrost after scraping the ice off. I was charged an extra amount without proper explanation when returning the truck through the online portal. The seat belt was faulty and wouldn't open properly half the time. They advertised a 59c per km rate and yet charged me 99c per km which is a huge increase and there was no communication about why or when this change was made. Truck door also didn't close properly.KARL H.

Minor technical glitch: I put a deposit on my debit card for my dolly rental. When I returned it, the CSR told me it would automatically go back on my card, but that didn't work, so they had UHaul issue me a check, which took four weeks to get to me. Make sure associates are aware of the technical limitations for certain payment methods.george B.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!! NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF CHARGES AND I AM CHARGED AN EXTRA 30 BUCKS JUST COZ THE AMOUNT OF FUEL I USED MADE THE TANK LESS THAN 25%. The UHAUL location on 84th Ave and King George messed up my storage reservation so I ended up at this location because it had a locker the size I needed. 3 other families were moving in at the same time, while one party was using all 3 carts and monopolizing the elevator. We complained to the front staff and finally were able to get to a cart. 1 elevator is no acceptable for a storage this size it was complete chaos. Once up to my locker another tenant had stuff all down the hallway. I cant wait to get my items out of this location. Even waiting to be processed the space is small and there as a line up of 5 people ahead of me.
