Wrong keys in the truck at pick up. Forced to wait until open to get proper keys per customer service advice. Lady who opened the store was angry and mean. Poor experience. Whole experience put our move 2 hours behind schedule.

The truck we rented smelled like smoke HEAVILY. It was quite disgusting. I really liked the contactless checkin but at the same time, there was no one to tell or someone to record about the smoke issue. When I went in to to get the keys the woman working there was completely clueless about the contactless checkin. That part was a pain. I would use this location again for pickup truck rentals because it is so close to our house.

Verify the vehicle condition. I was told and it was written on the sheet that the tank was full of gas. When I was about to leave the site in the vehicle I saw that the tank was less than half full.. Other than that,very good service

Reserved pick up at Cuyahoga Falls location. Resevation moved by the proactive Cuyahoga Falls manager to Talimadge location but he gave me the address of your Akron store not the Talimadge store. Wasted time and money driving to multiple locations per you staffs directions. Staff at Talimadge did their jobs but were not pleasant. I asked for a 10% discount to compansate for the run-a-round but the request was denied.

The app was very slow, taking 2-3 minutes to do each picture with full reception. App also locked up when I was paying. I had to drop the keys and leave because I had somewhere to be and it was taking forever. When I got home I saw the email that payment had gone through

This location was great. But we reserved one from the tallmadge Avenue store, and when we got there, they had no trucks. Will never go there again. That is unacceptable! We were moving today, and this was not cool at all. Not well staffed and didn't have a truck, when we had reserved it a week ago.

Listen to the audio. Messed up literally every aspect of this rental. Then when I tried to get the issue resolved Brennan got an attitude out of nowhere. Fortunately another store in Canton has good employees and we're able to get things resolved because they're actually competent.

No one there...2nd time I'd been to this location with no one there. I locked the truck & dropped the key in the slot...Truck still sitting in the same spot 2 days later. & UHaul charged me for 57 additional miles when I only had 46 additional miles.

The two young ladies were very personable and professional. The van we rented was clean and looked like it was brand new. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The app didn't work. It wouldn't allow me to take pictures. By the time I got ahold of a customer service representative and had to finish my pick up via email it was over an hour to get my truck which messed up our moving schedule.
